It's hard for a woman to find a suit, and when I walked in, I was greeted my Matt, and he listened to what I needed and went to work. He even gave me a couple of pairs of pants to take back home for my wife to try on. Everything was ordered right away and I was satisfied with the price and ended up chatting with him and his wife for over a half an hour. This is my first ever review on Yelp! Wow! My experience with Matt was great! He greeted me and offered me a drink and a cigar. He was very hospitable to me and my group. After lounging for a couple minutes he measured us one by one and showed us his array of suits. I believe he has three tiers of suits and three tiers of shirt as well. His price varies on the quality of the suit but the "base model" is great for the price point. Pros: good value, great experience, and hospitable. Cons: can't really think of one? Matt is as fake as the good reviews from his friends to raise his raitings. He almost single handedly ruined a wedding. He took our groomsman measurements, only 2 to be exact, and still completely botched them. We gave him the opportunity to fix the error and the 2nd go round was even worse. 8 groomsmen all wrong. None of the Hems were close the sizings were off by 2 plus sizes. You play by his rules and he is impossible to get ahold of. Another company stepped in Thanksgiving night and saved the day. Come to find out not only does he measure like Ray Charles he price gouged us. Worst of all offered no refunds for the suits he botched having to dispute charges with the bank. Dont let the free bottom shelf booze fool you this guy is a hack at what he does professionally. Do not waste your time and money this business doesn't care about anything but taking your money. One of the best boutiques I've ever walked into. Saw this place just driving by so I decided to check it out. The vibe in this place was FREAKING AWESOME!! Britt and Matt took care of me! Customer service was on point with both of them. They don't try to make you buy things you don't need(the best part!). They take the time to get to know you and try to figure out your personality so they can pull out colors of your suit, tie, belt, shoes and shirt. After buying a suit I needed for a conference for work, I ended up bringing my wedding party in. How organized Britt and Matt are made the experience that much better. I hope everyone takes the time to read this, notice that every time people post bad reviews they are countered with 5 star reviews. This place is trying to counter the bad reviews with fake reviews from their friends who have never used their service. Let me tell you how horrible our experience was. First they cancelled our original appt we made a month out, the day before. We came in got measured, Matt took 2 measurements that alone was a red flag, i have had multiple suits from Nordstrom's and they take a number of different measurements. Not only were we charged almost $500 for suits shirts and ties, but nothing fit. This business almost single handedly destroyed my friends wedding. The groom suit did not fit and on second try did not fit again. This is 3 days before the wedding. Matt and Brittania should be locked up for stealing from their customers. This is the worst business I have ever encountered. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM YOUR WEDDING OR SPECIAL OCCASION WILL DEFINITELY BE IN JEOPARDY. Savage Suiting is the biggest piece of Shit operation i have ever been too. Better business bureau come shut this place down it's a joke. read more

There were a lot of guys in the wedding party with varying budgets. We settled on a style and color, the rest was up to each groomsmen to choose various levels of quality from poly blend to wool. Even though we chose different quality materials, people could not tell them apart by looking at them. They did a private fitting for us with drinks and cigars. Truly an amazing experience. The groom had his suit custom designed, it really stood out. The photographers all commented how amazing the grooms suit was. We all received a lot of compliments. Savage suits definitely got its name after being a savage. After our best man looked into getting the best experience possible, this place came to his mind. Little did we know we were about to get the worst experience and the worst customer service possible. We showed up as a group and he measured maybe 3-4 lengths and said it was gonna be a custom suit.. HOW is that even possible?! That was a lie. A groomsmen told me the suits were ready a about two months later, never received a call from Matt. I called and confirmed with him that I was going on a certain day because he's only opened short hours a day, he confirmed and said it was perfectly fine. The day came and as I'm on my way he called me and said he's going to have to cancel on me because he double booked, I was already 30 mins into my drive. He had over a week to let me know. I live 50 mins away and I didn't appreciate that. Tried calling him back and never answered me. Left him a voicemail and he never called back. Decided to show up with another groomsmen and the custom slim fit suit we were promised were simply regular fit suits which he had plenty of hanging in the show room. Tried on the suits and he had all the sizes wrong. Ended up leaving with a jacket 5 sizes smaller than what he wrote down for me and bigger pants as well. He blamed me for loosing too much weight. That was baffling. Wasn't the case, hardly lost any weight. After spending $400 on the suit and 4 trips later, he pushed us over to his neighbor to have the pants hemmed. All we got was a handshake and one lousy "I'm sorry, that was bullsh*t." Later on we found out that he messed up on all the suits, all the groomsmen had gone multiple times because of his errors, cost after cost to fix his errors, and never did we get any type of reimbursement. Only when one of the groom party wrote a bad review is when he wanted to fix things to have it taken down. BUT, then miraculously he had all sorts of good reviews posted within minutes with no details. Coincidence? I think not. Wouldn't be surprised if more good reviews pop up after my bad one. I'm also a groomsmen for another wedding party of 8, I told the groom going to Matt at savage suits would be a huge mistake. Luckily we went to a better vendor, cheaper, with better quality suits. Being bribed to take down the bad reviews should never be the case for any business. Wouldn't recommend this place to absolutely anybody. Luckily for this place, there isn't an option for zero stars. read more
