2022 MB 4x4 Sprinter. Van Compass aux suspension install. Bilstein strut install. Ryan and AP took good care of me and their pricing was very reasonable. They understand MB Sprinter RV build outs so you aren't talking to the wind. They stand by their work 100%.

Wow-- they are exceptional. I called for my bf to get his brakes fixed on his car whilst he was at work and I am so glad we decided to come here. Right off the bat (even from the phone call) the customer service was great and friendly which made me feel extremely welcomed! We went in just for the service as we already had our parts, however they were the wrong fit. Team Savant quickly communicated this to us and found us the right parts, all for such a great and reasonable price. They even gave us a little handwritten thank you card which was so sweet and kind-- most businesses do not show their appreciation this way and it really stood out to me. I will definitely be recommending this place and returning for any future auto issues.

This place is a JOKE. No customer service Wht so ever. Don't get your Air Suspension from them or let them work on it. They don't even have a technician there to wk on it, they contract someone to do the wk and it's way below par. They always have your car longer than what they say and it's never finished rt and you're car comes back a MESS. Don't know how they have 5 stars..?? That's a JOKE. They are Rude and the place is a MESS. Don't wast your time or $$. The staff and owner don't care about you or your vehicle. I had just installed new carpet in my car and they made it a MESS

This is my first time coming to Savant and it was for a last minute tire repair (nail in tire). I was panicking about a place for tire repair but it was already almost 5:30 PM and the first place that came in mind was American Tire Depot. I contactedTire Depot and they said they couldn't take me as it was late in the day and would schedule me for tomorrow. I happened to stumble by Savant via Yelp and found out they were located down the street from me. By this time it's 5:45 PM and they told me that they can take a look at it. Turns out Jessica and Rylan (and Nova ) saw the nail and saw it was an easy fix and they would be happy to work on it. They made the stress go away and was very quick about it! Shoutout to the team and owner(s) for the great customer service. Pass it o A hidden gem here in Los Alamitos. I will be using their services when needed but definitely recommending Savant.

Just wanted to leave a long overdue review for the team at Savant AutoWorks. Just got my first 3P Air Lift Performance set up on my GTI. The team here did an amazing job and I'm super happy with the install. Big shout out to Ryan, Jessica, AP , and definitely Matt for awesome job on this mod!!! She looks so sick aired out and the custom trunk set up is show quality. The remote placement was genius as well-sideways with no wires showing. I definitely apologize to the team for being so meticulous about my car but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I definitely appreciate all the hard work on my ride. I definitely recommend this spot and will be back for future mods!!!!Thanks!!!

I reached out to Savant Autoworks for a suspension upgrade. They were quick to respond, helpful, and had an unbeatable price. I purchased bilstein 5160/6112s, old man emu rear springs, pan hard relocation, freedom off road bullet UCA, BMC, viper cut, and nitto trailgrappler 295/70/r17. I had them install method 312s 17x9 with-12 offset that i had purchased before. At the time, there was a black friday deal for a free viper cut with the purchase of the BMC, and free install when you get the freedom off road billet uca. But it gets better. They offered a discount on the UCA on a special they were running. The whole set uo took a day to install and looked amazing. Before the discounts the break down of price was all comparable or cheaper then other shops i had received quotes from. I will DEFINITELY be going back for all future installs. Thanks guys!

Was looking for a shop to install my lift kit without giving them my arm and leg. AP at Savant responded like that ! Reasonable quoted price, availability was asap. One day turnaround job while others claimed 2 days more which I thought was unusual. They do just about everything you need and what they don't have they'll go get which I like. I recently had some unexpected car related issues to see to and Savant made it manageable for me to tackle a few things I had on that list. My 02 Toyota 4Runner desperately needed new tires and Ryan was super accommodating in giving me quotes for several different ones that would fit. After choosing a set of wheels/tires he helped me make an appointment for last Thursday afternoon. {Unbeknownst to me my car battery would decide to die the day before my appointment. Luckily Ryan was also able to place an order for a new one to be delivered the day of my appointment!} On top of that they assisted in figuring out my check engine light code and ordered the part to help fix it another day lol. Having to deal with car problems is never fun or easy, but everyone at Savant was welcoming and communicative with any questions I had. Service was quick and professional, not to mention budget friendly. If you're needing any type of auto work done - especially suspension / wheels / tires associated services - I'd 10/10 recommend you check out and support this local shop :)

They took care of my cars twice, both for suspension jobs and they did awesome jobs for less! I'd go back there for any car issues if I lived closer. Came here to have air suspension done by David. He was super communicative with every step of the process, constantly sending me videos and updates, and let me know when critical decisions had to be made. Got referred to Savant AutoWorks by a friend of mine and by far the best customer service hands down. Been looking for a suspension for the 4Runner and Savant was able to find me the best possible pricing around including installation. First thing I did was get a viper cut from them and their work was clean and fast. Next thing they went above and beyond for was to find me a set of King Shocks with adjusters and again did everything they could to get me right even with the wait time on Kings suspension. They literally do anything they can do to make sure that every customer leaves with complete satisfaction. I even referred a couple of my friends and my cousin who's truck is posted in the picture that they need to definitely go to Savant for all off roading needs. They don't beat around the bush as far as pricing, their work is clean, and the main thing is that separates them from the rest is their customer service. read more

I got an orange exclamation mark on my Lexus CT 200h dashboard, car manual described the problem as tire-related. Tried to inflate the tires but the notification mark remained. It was Sunday afternoon, almost all shops were closed, and the ones still open were closing in 15-30 minutes. I saw this shop opened until 6pm. Tony was very friendly, found out that the right rear tire had a nail on it. He and staff immediately fixed it, checked all the tires and handed me back the keys in less than 30 minutes. The best part is he did not charge me, and not take the money that I persistently offer him and his staff. What a rare breed of people and business ethics. Never in my life had I encountered so honest and very helpful people. I will definitely give them 100-stars if there is such a thing. I will come back to give them my business. I highly recommend Savant Autoworks for all your tires, auto customization and auto repair needs. read more

If you are reading this I would give this business more than 5 stars if that was an option. The customer service is very welcoming not only that these people are hardworking individuals and they always deliver quality work, any performance mods that need to get done whether its tires, suspensions, or body kits they do it all. They always ensure that your vehicle is good to go before they hand you the keys! I recently bought Coil overs for my TRD Camry and needed a spot I could trust and then I was sent to Savant Autoworks, as soon as I got there everyone was so friendly and welcoming its very family oriented here. I trust this shop with my car and that's not something I usually have with shops but I can say that if I needed to leave my car there for the day I wouldn't have any problems or worries! The work is done efficiently and the results are clean. It's also a blessing that this shop is down the street from me! If you need a shop to go to get work done this is the place to be! They have a really solid team here so if you need work done on your vehicle come on down to Savant Autoworks, give them a call book your appointment and watch them take your vehicle to the next level because my fitment and installation wouldn't have been this clean if it wasn't for Savant Autoworks!! Savant Autoworks is an amazing place that helped me through my entire process of getting new tires and swapping out my springs for my 2018 Tesla Model 3. I was a little nervous as people shy away from working with Tesla cars but Tony made me feel very comfortable through the entire process and got me the best quote for new tires and spring install. Very communicative through the entire process and car was ready within a day. Car feels phenomenal and is so much more smoother on the Falken tires that Tony recommended. I recently hit a loose car tire on the freeway which left some damage on my front bumper. The PPF came in clutch and protected most of my original car paint. Unfortunately, the impact did penetrate through some parts of the PPF and left residual scratch marks, however had I not had the PPF the damage would have been much worse and cost a lot more to fix. Leo, Allen, and Dom were so kind to help me clean up and fix the area and make it look as new as possible. However, I followed up a couple weeks later asking if a certain date worked. I even explained that I had been busy and said the only time I'd have to bring in the car would be the following week. I paid $450 for this wrap and an extra $100 for the wrap itself. When the first job was done poorly, I went back to the shop to address the issues and they said they would fix it. I texted on a Tuesday expecting a response, and I waited until Sunday to follow up again. Instead of Lisa taking accountability, she told me I "did not reach out," which is extremely unprofessional and untrue. I had apologized for being busy, and I did reach out; she just did not respond. When I reminded her the job was poorly done and how there had been no response, she took zero accountability and tried to use my words against me. Lisa ignored my response when I explained how the situation should have been handled and how she failed to reply in a professional manner. As the customer, I should not have to teach someone how to treat me correctly or how to run a shop professionally. I wasn't trying to start problems; I stated the truth about the situation, but she did not like that. I went back because I had already paid and just wanted the work corrected. I dropped my car off again on Monday around 11:30am. The shop texted me claiming the wrap "wouldn't adhere," which I knew was an excuse. I told them to proceed because the material was fine, and if they couldn't install it, that was their shop's error. The rest of my car's wrap was perfectly fine. To double-check, I contacted the previous shop, who confirmed this shop was making excuses, saying, "The wrap sticks just fine. It sticks on the rest of your car fine. They're talking nonsense." I knew they no longer wanted to service me, and I no longer wanted their service either. I paid a good amount of money for this treatment. I made sure the job would get done. The shop told me the job would be done by Wednesday late afternoon. This was the second time they confirmed a deadline and failed to meet it. I made it clear from the start that I have a busy schedule and cannot afford delays, yet they did not respect that. Removing and rewrapping a front bumper is a 1-2 day job, it is not like I was asking to wrap half the car. I set a boundary that if it was not ready by 5pm Wednesday, as they confirmed, I would request a refund. My whole car was wrapped, had parts added, brakes caliper color change, and badges blacked out in about a week. I took it to another shop before taking it here. (Dependable Guys in Santa Ana) I am not a professional, but I am not stupid. There were no photo updates either, I had to ask for them. When they finally sent a picture, the wrap looked freshly slapped on two days after I dropped the car off. The day I dropped it off, they said the wrap did not adhere. It looked like my car sat there for two days until I asked for the photo, or it took them two days to remove a month old wrap and throw on one big piece lol.. My car is a small sedan, a CLA, not a supercar or SUV. Her words were: "Ok we will remove all the wrap and give you your money back. Come and pick it up today." She added, "You are demanding the refund so come get it. We cannot accommodate the time frame for you. Thank you we will be gone by 5 so please make it in time so we can process the refund." However, Mark (the installer) had reached out to me and told me him and his co worker would come into work early to finish the job. This was the second time they broke their own deadline, and instead of taking accountability, she tried to flip it back on me. Lisa took everything personally when this situation should have been handled with professionalism. I never asked them to remove my wrap; I just wanted the job done properly. The installer Mark was professional, but Lisa was disrespectful, dismissive, and extremely immature in how she handled the situation. I told them to leave the wrap and keep the money. This was their mistake, which took up the free time I rarely have. Even after I explained my situation, reminded them of prior mistakes, and was patient with the delays, they still couldn't get the job done on time. I didn't want or need the money back; I needed my car back lol. It was clear they didn't take me seriously, and I was forced to escalate this further, which she didn't like either. This was waste of time and caused unnecessary stress. I was frustrated because I had to deal with unprofessional and immature behavior. All I got were excuses, missed deadlines, and poor communication. This business does not stand on its word or its service. Don't bring your car here. Many shops in OC offer far better service and professionalism. I recommend Dependable Guys in Santa Ana! It turns out the wrap sticks just fine and clearly they were making excuses... 3 weeks no issues.

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

After a disappointing experience with another mechanic who didn't seem to care about my business, I was relieved to find Savant. Jessica was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone for my visit. Tony is truly the standout of the team. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the upgrades he was doing on my 4runner. One of the most significant upgrades was the installation of Bilstein 5100 shocks. These shocks have transformed the handling and ride quality of my 4runner. Savant does great work and take pride in their dedication to customer care. They have done multiple jobs on my 4Runner (paint, lift, winch install, new lights, body work, and trimming). I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work along with the team that carried it out. I've observed bad experiences from automobile shops taking advantage of their customers, but Savant is not one of those companies. They're team is super friendly and understanding, I wouldn't take my automobile anywhere else. Whether its diagnosing a problem and fixing it, or upgrading a part, Savant is the place to do it. read more

so I had been looking for a shop that would do my coilovers and supply me with the best performance I could get for my Audi. everyone I talked to wanted a lot of money for cheap coilovers. I went to the shop to get AMP Research Power Steps installed on my truck and the work was done clean, professional and fast. Rob and Tony are professional and easy to trust. I brought my Jeep here to get a 3.5 in rubicon express kit, method wheels and falken tires and when I say I am IN LOVE WITH IT it's an understatement. These gentleman not only helped me get the look I wanted for my jeep but took their time to go over options with me. Only giving 4 stars because they damaged my wrap on the rear driver side of my car. I understand these things happen. Please be more careful next time. Other than that did a great job installing coilovers on my 2020 Corolla. Update: lowering to 3 stars because they also over torqued the crap out of my lug nuts. Had to get em all replaced read more

They are always helpful and arw always listening to the customers wants at the same time providing feedback to the customers request. In all 3 occasions that husband and I have had work done in our vehicles everything was satisfying and done great. There were no issues. Amazing customer service !! I caught a flat tire on my way home from work and this was the closest place from my location that popped up on my google maps that helps with tires. Savant Autoworks installed my AEV lift kit. They did an excellent job; as this lift kit is rather complicated. I did the Fender Flare And bumper install, but the lift was definitely out of my ability without a lift. They came in and got it knocked out ASAP! read more
