    My Desert Financial Credit Union Nightmare My wife died on…read moreOctober 25th, I lost my job a week later, and I have a daughter on disability. She had accounts that did not have my name on them. I'll skip to the end. After multiple attempts, each time receiving a different answer and incurring legal fees, it came down to bringing my daughter to the bank to cash in an IRA that was less than $1000.00. They gave us a check. For SSI Reasons, she has a cap on how much money she can have in the account, and it was already over the cap. I took her across the lobby to cash the IRA check, and they refused to cash it. On the good side, I was able to buy my wife her headstone. The final problem was my daughter's account that holds SSI money. I had to go to the SSI office to get a letter stating that I'm the party responsible. I returned the letter and tried to have the account changed so I could gain access. They told me that I had to wait until they heard from SSI. I called SSI, and they said that any existing money was between D.F. and me. I checked the account online; my name was on it. I went to the credit union, and they told me I still didn't have access. I had to beg her for her back rent money. Too: Desert Financial Credit Union, you win. Keep the money January 29th, I'm going back to SSI and having the deposit moved to another Credit Union I can trust. At least you won't get anymore. I'm selling my house and will cover expenses until she gets caught up. If Desert Financial says, "I'm making this up," they have a record of each visit and can publish it. To Desert Financial If you want to sue me? Save your legal fees, I'm protected by poverty

I am requesting my family to also cut ties with this fraud of a bank. They are rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend using them.

Prestige auto was the light at the end of the tunnel for me, where ultimately I was able to walk out with the perfect car. Levi and his team are amazing. Made us feel so welcome, and made the process easy. As a woman buying a car, it can be very anxiety inducing. Salesmen constantly pushing you to spend way too much money on a car that's in terrible condition, tacking on all these dealership fees as if i don't pay attention to that. Prestige auto was a breath of fresh air in the car market, and took so much stress off my shoulders. My wife would always tell me how she hated to go anywhere to purchase a care, and she even praises Levi and Prestige. I have personal spoken to several members of the Prestige team and ALL were extremely friendly, educational, and accommodating. It did help that I already knew what car, however, from introduction to driving away was only an hour. Levi is an amazing person, friendly, straight forward and honest. Did I get a great deal? No, but I did get an extremely fair, good, deal, and I honestly do not feel either one of us got screwed. I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige Auto Brokers and Levi.     A once good Bank - No longer good 10 years ago, I started…read morebanking with Midfirst and I really liked the bank. Good people and good customer service. I really enjoyed working with Marcus, but he is now along with the customer service. Being retired, I was traveling and had not looked at this seldom used account for a while. When I looked, I realized I had made a simple math error which caused the account to be overdrawn. I was really upset when I noticed what I had done, and on top of that, I was dinged with $130.00 in overdraft fees. Since I had NEVER had a single overdraft in 10 years, I thought they would surely be willing to wave these ridiculous fees. I called the bank and expressed my concerns and was told the manger would call me back shortly. I waited four days before I got a call from Ann Marie. In a cheery voice she told me NOPE! It appears that the once good customer service has been replaced with plastic corporate types, with the attitude of "what can we get out of our customers". Since loyalty obviously means nothing to them, I am moving my accounts to a Credit Union where I will actually find quality customer service.

All of the employees are considerate, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The manager, Wendy, is one in a million. She is top talent. This is a showplace bank in looks, employee actions and in management. Something this great doesn't happen by accident. Within 2 seconds during my first entry, I knew this was something very special.
