Five stars for the best fast food service I've had maybe ever. Mario the manager welcomed us in and walked us through the menu. He was super friendly and helpful through our entire visit. The menu includes 12 sliders, shakes, chicken fingers, and salads. We went with the combo boxes to try a few sliders and their chicken. The sliders were a generous size; I could eat two for a meal. My favorite slider was the mushroom swiss burger. I really liked the chicken fingers. They weren't super crispy but they were juicy and a good size. You can choose from seven different sauces for the chicken fingers. The fries were okay. I liked the option for different seasonings and we tried the house and cajun. The dining area was spacious and pretty clean. I'd come back to try more sliders.

How can you go wrong with freshly made chicken slider sandwiches!!! Even though it can take some time to make, the cases of chicken sandwiches are super tasty. Even the cajun fries had a good kick. You may have to ask for less cajun seasoning as they are a bit spicy. But these chix sandwiches were finger licking good! I'm craving them as I write this review sitting a few states away.

Almost Fabulous... I called two hours ahead for my food to be ready at four pm. We got there at 4:10 and I don't think they had even started the order. They had a question because they were out of the custard shakes I ordered (they were on special and sold out... sorry child). I got my $1.25 refund and they began our order (a little tacky, but oh, well). They had adequate staffing, but were not super busy. No one was bothering to wipe down the sticky soda covered drink area even though there was an abundance of young workers about. The food came out at 4:18 and it was tasty and hot. The curds didn't look like much, but had good flavor and nice ranch. They had a deal on sliders, so I got 6 for the three of us. My son opted for a burger rather than the tenders, but they looked juicy. I'm sure they will be a good lunch for him tomorrow. The cod looked the best if the lot. It was a good proportion and was similar to Arby's spicy fish sandwich. The breading was good and the boom sauce has a good kick. The same went for the chicken... I thought the breading was great. I went for the beef next... A1 isn't my favorite steak sauce, but it did have a nice flavor and the beef was not chewy at all. It was great. My son's angus burger was very good.... Similar to a little Culver's burger. The fries were well seasoned with their "house" seasoning. My husband will enjoy the falafel sandwich later. I hope to try the shakes next time. It seems cheap of the store to run a sale and then "run out". It isn't that hard to make more. Fortunately they food was great on its own despite this tackiness. The bathrooms were pretty gross for a place that hasn't been open long. The women's restroom facilities were pretty gross for being a fairly new place.

Ordered chicken n biscuit, tots and cheese curds. The chicken was a little dry on the inside but the honey helped lol. Cheese curds we're good, not overly salty. Dipped in savvy sauce is great. I don't generally eat fast food or fried food. I would cheat here again. The staff is very friendly and the drive thru orders are actually packed corrected with napkins etc.

Got the number one classic box, and my boyfriend got the fish box number 6. We also got cheese curds and a chicken biscuit. Everything was delicious and hot! We got the house blend on the fries and it seems like a typical salt pepper onion garlic maybe paprika seasoning on it. Little kick but not spicy by any means. Overall my boyfriend and I really liked our food and deff wanna come back!!

We stopped here without looking up reviews first. I'm glad we went inside. I can't imagine how long drive through would have taken. Ordering was quick and easy. We got our shakes right away and they were good. Then came the ridiculous wait. The only fast food place where Ive had a worse wait was Popeyes. I don't know of the processes here were modeled after that, but based on reviews and my experience, I would say yes. It was more than 45 minutes later that we got our food. The sliders were great. The sweet potato fries were gross. I've never had such a wet and slimy fry. I came home and air fried them and they were eh. Overall, mayne great for a slider when you have endless time.

The shakes are a little weird to me, being custard I would have to compare them to Culver's . The sliders were fresh, ingredients had a crisp taste. Their buns are bakery quality. The wait was not that long- almost as fast as Jimmy John's! Good food, but I didn't like the shake. Definitely thick enough to be ice cream though- a spoon was necessary.

    House made ranch

Me and my bestie aren't from here and came here while dog sitting for her co worker. We got no sliders, but the chicken fingers did not disappoint. The sauces are very good- love house made ranch. The chicken fingers are flavorful and the fries are too. I prefer crispy shoe string fries but for being thick and fluffy on the inside they are good.

Wow! All of the Stars!…read more Tavern 109 in Williamston is such a cool spot. It used to be a bank, and is now a quaint exposed brick, retro ambiance restaurant. I felt like I was in a movie with Johnny Depp playing John Dillinger, or that Al Capone was going to race down Main Street leaning out the window letting his "typewriter" lose, with a black and white cop car screaming up behind him. It just puts you in a different period. And the food! My goodness. We ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Pizza, Jalapeño Artichoke Dip and my wife got a side of the Ginger Carrot Bisque. Phenomenal, all of it. I don't know what I enjoyed the most. The pizza was a perfect 10" size, with incredible flavor and crunchy crust. They certainly do not skimp on toppings. The artichoke dip was insanely good! The naan bread was baked to perfection and sprinkled with a perfect amount of salt to complement the dip. The soup was a good as it sounds too! Service was top notch. We were seated immediately (around 9pm) and our waitress was very helpful. She made sure our drinks were topped off and kept us up to speed on the status of our food. We will absolutely be back and we will be recommending Tavern 109 to all of our family & friends.

It was like two locations side by side, but I got to see both by heading to the restroom. Would definitely enjoy dining here again if we were in the neighborhood.

Big time, baby!! In those 58 years, the exterior has not changed except for a patio on the back side. The men's room is really small; much like Texaz Grill in Phoenix!! No door on the toilet stall to this day. Seating area has same setup; booths and tables appear to have been replaced over those years. Dagwood's offers 10 or more draft beers today. The classic MIchelob is absent. I had ham and bean soup, cheeseburger and fries. The soup is homemade and just what I wanted. Burgers are all smash-style; cooked to order and still juicy. To me, the fries are the hit; hand-cut fresh potatoes fried to order and great! Saturday afternoon was a little spotty but they got the job done. Dagwood's is a classic college dive bar with good food cooked behind the bar for all customers to see.

In the beginning, it was a little bit more pricey for the food, but it just tasted better. So I didn't mind. The last few times, they cannot seem to get it together while charging higher and higher prices. Last night we visited again, reluctantly. Jimmy John's was across the driveway and a Cracker Barrel across the street. I would've sufficed for that, but my wife wanted some of the extras that only Culver's can give. For a family of four, our bill used to be around $45. Last night it was almost 65. And in a day and age where people are really counting their pennies, it didn't sit right. Let me set the atmosphere for you, we came in to the lobby. Always impeccably clean. We were greeted by the cashier. She was young, helpful and kind. So far so good. Much better than the girl that was at the drive-through window the week before when I just came through late at night to pick up a couple of Sundays you know, the two scoop caramel with cashews? But that's a whole Nother story. Two scoops of ice cream, a bunch of cashews and a hint of caramel for $13? Definitely not worth it. Nor was her attitude. Getting back to last night we ordered four combos. Our girl was very fast and very courteous. So fast that I couldn't keep up with adding the next thing to my order. We asked for two sets of onion rings and two french fries. With multiple burgers, which then became combos. Somehow, we got 5 cups for four people and a slushie drink. The lobby was not busy, which is a rarity for Culver's. We thought this will be easy Peezy. My wife saw the tally and told me not to look at the card reader and just pay it. Lol. This building used to be one of the best. Customer Service was so high. I felt like I was at a Chick-fil-A. (who still holds the bar for accuracy and politeness) my wife wanted to check through the large bags we got before we went out to the car, because they almost always forget something or give you something different. I didn't want to stay in there any longer so we got into the car and yes, we got one onion ring, and three french fry. We sought to go around to the drive-through and have it exchanged, but the line was long and our food would get cold before we get anything done. And that's not really too big of a deal because we like the french fries but also like to get what we ordered and paid for. We got home and as usual, the deluxe burgers that I've loved was once again burnt to a crisp on the outside rim of the burger, and very salty. It's been this way the last three times I've been to Culver's. I know McDonald's can be garbage, but they never burn their burgers. I really don't know what's happened that this has become a consistent thing. Since I have moved to Lansing, Culver's have popped up all over the state. Maybe they are just getting too big to care? I hope not. But the younger generation have attitudes in every bit of their lives, especially in a workplace that they don't appreciate. Many complain that they don't get paid enough to do a good job. I don't know that's the case for Culver's. But something is amiss in their kitchen.
