The workers were really nice and friendly, as soon as I walked in, the atmosphere was so pretty and it made me excited and welcomed to be there. When I finished, my nail technician Abby did a really good job with the design I wanted. It looked exactly like the pic and I was super duper happy with how it came out Thank you Abby and Savy Nails! Probably the worst manicure I have ever received. The shape of the nails was uneven from one side of the nail to the other. The polish lasted less than 24 hours. I asked for clear polish and got one single coat which quickly started to peel. Don't bother with this place.

My wife goes here for acrylic nails and eyebrow threading and is very happy with Mai. I went there for a $60 pedicure and it was horrible! She cut the nails too short and cut me and now I'm in pain! Complete butchery ! NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Have been to two different nail salons, they were good, but Savy Nails was better. The owner and I had been communicating via email, she answered all my questions and when I got there, she talked to me about the benefits of hard gel, since I have natural nails. Abbey was my nail stylist, she was great, took her time and suggested the gold accent on my ring fingers. Now to the pedicure, heaven, her massage was so good...and she did an awesome job on my right toe nail; ingrown nail always. The shop was clean and they do follow CDC guidelines. I'm definitely coming back.

I dropped in on Sunday because I was in from out of town and my Apres Gel X had grown out to the point that I wanted them removed. It was immediately clear that they didn't know what Apres Gel X were supposed to look like or how to remove them. I have removed my own at home by simply soaking a cotton swab with acetone and wrapping in foil for 10 minutes. I told her this, but she proceeded to do it the way she thought, which took exponentially longer and resulted in almost my full hands being soaked in acetone for nearly 30 minutes! At this point another woman stepped it. They were basically playing tug of war with my hands. Not to mention, my nails were not even cleaned off when she started applying the tips. The tips were not even wide enough for my actual nail. She was also very pushy about the hard gel and so I conceded but keeping reading and you'll see why I SHOULDNT HAVE. Now for the kicker. Everything looked OK when I walked out but then I took another look. The tips were so narrow on my nail that you can see the top of my natural nails sticking out on both sides. She tried to file down the sides of my nail to blend in but instead she ended up digging into my skin and my nail bed and making me bleed. I also began to notice that nail polish was oozing for underneath my nails? Wtf. Basically she had been rushing so much that the under layer of the polish hadn't dried before she proceeded to apply ANOTHER layer and cure. I have literally NEVER seen this happen before. By the next day, the polish was fully pulling up from the nail and I ended up having to file a few of my nails down (they no longer have polish). If I lived around here I'd be back and complaining for either a refund or a fix!! I spent nearly $90 on nails and tip and would NEVER come back...

Second day nd the color has faded, my nail beds are a mess and the lady who did my nails was rough nd constantly slamming the uv lamp over my toes. I told her they weren't done correctly nd she said it was just the lotion.

Went in my first time the 16th of December 2023. Enjoyed the friendly staff. Even the hospitality that they give me, every time going in. I've gotten lots of compliments on my nails now, being the 4th fill I've had. How hard I am on my nails and fingers, they stay on. I've been to A LOT of other places and every 2 weeks they fall off. (Acrylic) NOT THIS PLACE. Great job. Even, having a stroke and not being able to use my right hand, the one lady there is so sweet, she checks if my other hand's nails are growing, asks if I want them clipped. I received a full set acrylic manicure while I was receiving my pedicure. I didn't have to get out of my seat at all. They have a never-ending selection of colors to choose from. Everything is kept sanitary and clean. It was very quiet, calming, and relaxing when I was there, including the TVs showing relaxing things to watch & the relaxing music that plays overhead. I think they did a great job and I will be back!

First and second time at Savy. This is now my go-to nail shop, I ask for David and I can trust him to walk out of there completely happy with how my nails turned out!

I gave this salon two trys for a basic pedicure. The 1st technician scraped the skin off my toe with the yellow scrub sponge. The 2nd visit, the technician scraped the skin off of both heels. I will not give them a 3rd try. Very disappointed. The environment and staff were very nice. I will need to find some place new.

I usually don't write reviews, but when I find a place worthy of my time to write I will. I've came to this nail salon for the first time the day before Christmas, the salon was so clean, it's beautiful, and everyone was so nice. Not to mention what an amazing job the young lady did on my nails. I like my nails long and I've always had an issue with them listing, or cracking within a week. I still have a beautiful full set of nails nearly 3 weeks after visiting the salon. Not a single chip crack or nail has lifted at all. I will be back as soon as one breaks lol

Found my new favorite nail place! I've been getting my nails done for years, and only stick with the best places. Since I've moved, I needed to find something a little closer to me. I've tried a bunch of other nail salons in the area, but nothing compares to this one by far. They are under a new owner ship (previously Nail Republic) and the owner David is the best!! Just moved to town and chose this salon based on reviews. Before making my appt, asked if they did the dipping powder (as that is what I had on my nails), they said yes. They do not, it's the powder acrylic that the put on with the brush (not dip). So, I received the regular acrylic fill with gel polish. Not a huge big deal, but disappointing because I asked Nails are lumpy and thick. Also, not the cleanest salon. My old salon used new files and buffers, that you brought back each time. This place uses the same file and buffer on everyone. read more

On Vacation with friends, our feet hurt from walking the strip. We called and got 4 signature pedicures. Chloe, Abby, Grandma, and David did a wonderful job. Great massage, great services. David was hilarious and we laughed the entire time. Go HERE and TIP WELL. :) David is too skinny, he needs to eat more. read more

Went in for a pedi and gel manicure the pedi was fine but when it came down to my gel manicure it was done sloppy and since I didn't get it done at the nail table instead I was in the massage chair I feel I paid for something I can do at home very disappointing $35 waisted! read more

I found this place when I was driving later in the day. They are open past seven, which is great if you need a place to stop by after work. The owner is so sweet and thorough. She really cares about her clients. I got a pedicure and full set. I came back three weeks later and she remembered me. I love nudes and natural colors and she is always helpful with helping me pick out colors. I don't think I will be going somewhere else. The amount of care and attention given by Savy Nails is amazing. Thank you for taking great care of me! Also, I have to add the decor in this place is awesome!! read more

Let me just start off with the fact that this is a fresh set. Just left the nail salon 10min ago. I will never be returning to this nail salon again because of Tiffany who did my nails. This is her 3rd time doing my nails and every time there's a new problem but I try to keep good faith and build a relationship. This time... was the last time. When I came in today I asked for a brand new set and I wanted French V tips. When Tiffany did my nails... she stayed on the phone the entire time (hour 30min). I'm the type of person where I don't mind you being on the phone but the entire time is completely rude... so that was the first thing. Then she hurt me twice with the shaping tool.. I had to tell her to please be careful. Mind you!! She probly isn't paying attention to what she is doing because she is on the phone. After she does the shaping and just finished painting one of my hands. I try to tell her that my pointer nail looks crooked... she replies and says she will file it.. which confuses me but i let her take lead. Then after she does that second hand... I tell her that she is not getting the edge of my nails with the white paint.... She then snaps at me and says "I will file it!!" Saying this while also still on the phone... I look directly at her and completely lost interest in my service and decided I will not be coming back. I work too hard to spend my money with businesses that don't take customer service serious. read more

I went to a different place for the first time a few weeks ago and they must've used bad gel or something because my nails became weak, brittle, were breaking off. I came here and they totally fixed my toenails and gave me a really great pedicure. I don't live over here, but whenever i'm in the area i'll definitely stop here! everyone is friendly and it's really clean. best pedicure i've had in a while!! thankyou so much! read more

I was visiting from Seattle and my feet needed work from all the walking. Best mani and pedicure ever. The best part was the sugar pedicure massage foot scrub. He also drew a beautiful flower design. It was my first time back to a mani/pedi after COVID. I wanted to try a new place. I have problems with ingrown toenails . I really like where I go but they really dig at my big toes --so I thought now would be a good time to try a new place. I love the look/feel of this place. The owners are so incredibly sweet. It is really clean. They are doing a great job with all new individual packets of stuff to use for the whole COVID situation. They even gave me the file they used on my nails. They have plexiglass up at their nail stations. I was impressed. While they are not close to home, I picked them because of a 5-star rating. Now I'm giving them 5-stars too. I'll be going back. She is super sweet and friendly, and makes you feel so comfortable during your service. They use hard wax only, which is a strip free wax that is much gentler on the skin. You feel waaaay less discomfort with hard wax because it does not pull on your skin like the strips do. I usually see Lucy, I've seen Nikki quite a few times, and I recently had Kiki do my Brazilian. They all work at a perfect pace which allows them to efficiently wax you while also making it a quick process -- I always want to be done as quick as possible lol!! You can tell how much Lucy enjoys her business and her clients. She always goes over aftercare and what to expect after your service, even if you've heard it already. They also send out reminder emails a couple days after your service to remind you to start exfoliating then! The booking is online through Vagaro, it's very easy to book and cancel or reschedule if needed. I've booked last minute appointments a few times and have always been able to find one on short notice. They've got a rewards program which basically equates to a free wax per year. The place is always clean and bright, with happy music playing. The only thing I wish they had were walls that go all the way up to the ceiling to make each room completely private. Besides their waxing services for all genders, they also offer facials and skincare services. I haven't tried any yet but I will get to it eventually. Lastly, they are so so friendly and remember your face, your name, what you usually get done. The front desk employee is an absolute sunshine every time! I honestly don't know his name but he's always so cheerful!

The shaping itself came out really nice -- I actually loved how my brows looked in the end. Clean, defined, and exactly the look I was going for. However, my main concern was with the tinting process. I was told the tint would be left on for about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes without any heads up or explanation. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

As always a great trip to Savy Nails. I have been a long time customer here for a few years. Abby is my go to for my nails. But I have had a few people do my pedicures and they have all been great. They take time and do it well. For a little more you can get additional things like a hot stone massage etc. I have naturally long nails but they break on the corners often, so I get hard gel. I have them cut short and then the hard gel applied. They feel/sound like fake nails but aren't damaging I have always stuck to French tip because I'm indecisive and my OCD hates when my nails stand out/don't match.. However after a year of that Abby asked if she could try something different to see if I liked it. She kept it very simple but changed it up. I loved it and I continue to let her pick my polish design. I walk out with something I never would have asked for, but that I absolutely Iove and enjoy. Highly recommended this salon! Love this place!!! The owner David, really makes sure that he connects on a one on one level with all his customers. Every time I go in he knows every one by name. Every staff member is very talented. I never choose one person to do my nails because they're all very good. I've never been clipped or burned by anyone so they definitely have my trust every time I go in. Finally, this is the best place to go if you're in a rush. An acrylic set with gel on top with design took 40 mins! Anywhere else I'm AT LEAST sitting there for an hour. I love this place and highly recommend it!! read more

I had a really disappointing experience at Savy Nails. The staff seemed rushed and didn't pay attention to detail. The nail technician barely listened to what I wanted, and my manicure ended up looking sloppy with uneven polish and rough edges. The salon itself didn't feel very clean, and the tools didn't seem properly sanitized, which made me uncomfortable. On top of that, they were overbooked, and I had to wait much longer than expected even though I had an appointment. For the price I paid, I expected much better service. I've been searching for a new nail tech and I came across this newly reowned nail salon and I'm so happy that I did. David is the best! You can tell he really wants his salon to succeed and his ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. Everyone in the salon is wonderful and they really try to get you to have a good time. I couldn't stop laughing at their jokes. David did hard gels on my hands and his wife (Jenny I believe was her name) did my gel pedicure. They both really took her time and did SUCH an amazing job.
