The way great bread makes a great sandwich, great dough defines a great pizza. The dough is the weakest part of the pizza. It is under-salted and under-seasoned (garlic) and the result is a bland dough. It also was somewhere in the middle on the cracker-to-fluffy scale, and would benefit from moving to either side of the scale. The toppings were generous and good, but they strongly remind me of frozen pizza toppings more than anything else, especially the little balls of sausage. They taste good, but not premium. As it cooled, the last few bites I had also reminded me of frozen pizza more than any other pizza style. The plus side is that the Meat Lovers was not greasy greasy All together, it was an edible pizza and my 4-year-old and 2-year-old assistant eaters ate the whole thing happily. So it is at least 3 stars. But the lack of seasoning in the dough makes it a little unsatisfying and certainly not "crave-worthy". I also want to add that the cook time here is longer than other food trucks (assuming no lines anywhere), so if ordering other food, start here.
