I came here last week to enjoy the lunch special and had the same this week. The cashier was great both times. Love it!

Wow I love the spaghetti factory!…read more Our waitress Skyler really made my make a wish dinner feel special... I ate unlimited breadsticks until I felt like throwing up... It was awesome... next time If I was able to come back I would get the special lemonade my buddies was great.

Ahhh yee old classic. The unlimited breadsticks and soup I keep hearing about on TV. This is my…read morefirst time here and it's not too bad of an experience. The ambience is okay, not too crowded, decent seating. A standard American chain restaurant vibe, nothing more. Food: For an appetizer, I got the Shrimp Fritto Misto which was phenomenal. Healthy amount of shrimp with fried bell peppers seasoned well with marina to dip in. Probably the best thing that night. The bread sticks and soup? Not bad, I wouldn't go out of my way to get them though. For entrees I had the taste of italy which included lasagna, chicken parm, and fettuccine alfredo. Chicken parm was okay, nothing special. Sauce was good, cheese was good, chicken was a little bit on the drier side. Fettuccine alfredo, rich sit you on your ass and regret eating that much, wouldn't change a thing. Lasagna, really good! My girlfriend got the fettuccine alfredo with chicken which fun fact, they use the same chicken as the chicken parm. I went for for girlfriend's birthday which came with a cake and the staff sang happy birthday which was a nice touch. The cake was super rich and hard to eat in my opinion. Overall: Would I come back and eat here again? Are the breadsticks and soups worth it? Not really. There are other local places Portland has that are better. Pastini's, Monty's are ones that come to mind.

This is the first time I can remember going to a place with such low reviews, but the only great…read morepizza in this area is from Ranch, which is Detroit-style, (like an inch or two tall) and that's really a category of its own. At the time I went here, there were 7 reviews and a combined score of 1.1 stars, but they were all 1 year old or older and we've been tired of not having a local go-to pizza place. My verdict is that the prior reviews were too harsh for the current state, but I can understand where they are coming from and this doesn't satisfy my wanting of a great local pizza shop. The way great bread makes a great sandwich, great dough defines a great pizza. The dough is the weakest part of the pizza. It is under-salted and under-seasoned (garlic) and the result is a bland dough. It also was somewhere in the middle on the cracker-to-fluffy scale, and would benefit from moving to either side of the scale. The toppings were generous and good, but they strongly remind me of frozen pizza toppings more than anything else, especially the little balls of sausage. They taste good, but not premium. As it cooled, the last few bites I had also reminded me of frozen pizza more than any other pizza style. The plus side is that the Meat Lovers was not greasy greasy All together, it was an edible pizza and my 4-year-old and 2-year-old assistant eaters ate the whole thing happily. So it is at least 3 stars. But the lack of seasoning in the dough makes it a little unsatisfying and certainly not "crave-worthy". I also want to add that the cook time here is longer than other food trucks (assuming no lines anywhere), so if ordering other food, start here.

Surprised at the bad ratings. The calzones are solid and I've never had a problem with the pizza…read more Is it "wood fired"? No.

We chose PDX Kettle for lunch because we love soup but we also noticed that they offer hot pastrami…read moresandwiches! You'll have your choice of 5 soups, chili and sandwiches. The pastrami is sooo good! I'll definitely be back for another one of those. We tried the chicken noodle soup this time. It's filled with large chunks of veggies and chicken. Just like homemade. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I'll be back a few more times to try more. Thanks for the great lunch!

Good menu,. Great staff. I had the Chicken soup and I was disappointed I took three spoonfuls first…read morewas under seasoned broth, second I dug deep and got blanched carrots and shredded chicken. The chicken was flavorless but had a good texture. Third spoonful was to decide if I was just being picky. I wasn't it was flavorless watered down chicken soup. I returned it and didn't even ask for my money back it wasn't the clerks faults I asked them to pass on my comments to the owner. The cornbread that came with it was good I took a bite of that with the 2nd spoonful to see if maybe they wanted the two to play off each other, The soup didn't play well with others it was to anemic to leave the cart so I brought it back. The cart has sandwiches and other things they might be good I didn't order those so I can't say. I would try the cart again just to try something else off their menu but definitely not the soup again which is weird cause it's a soup cart.
