Mike recommended the Pastrami Burger with fries and the Cowboy Burger with fries because he said their fries are done differently than anyone else's. We took his recommendations and we weren't disappointed. Both burgers were the best burgers we have ever had before. Yeah, they were that good. Just incredible. Super high quality ingredients, perfect preparation and great presentation. He wasn't wrong about the fries either. We've never seen anyone prepare fries the way Red Dirt does them.
