We would have been more understanding if there were an ounce of communication but if our food had arrived 5 minutes later we would have left before it arrived (we just had waters at that point since we did a lot of drinking for the holiday last night). Will be interested to see if our experience stays consistent in future visits. And I really hope our experience wasn't just because we opted out of bar drinks today.
