Initially, I went in there to buy a blood pressure sleeve for my wife because I thought the one that she had was not correct. The gal refused to sell me one because she said mine was perfect for her, and didn't want to take my money. I was very impressed with that. Most entities would sell you one anyway, in my opinion. In fact, we went to another store first to buy a cane, and the lady sold us something that we couldn't use and try to sell us other things that we didn't really need. Long story short, we ended up buying a cane and eventually a electric wheelchair. They also gave us a sample of a CBD Balm, and said it will immediately take the pain away from my wife's arthritis in her knee - with a comment that "I know you will be back to buy the product because it has worked for everyone that I've done this with". They were right! The pain goes away immediately, and we have probably recommended this product to at least 10 to 15 other people who suffer pain from arthritis. What impressed me the most also, was the attitude of their customers coming into the store to buy something. Most of them seem to be repeat customers. I've also ran into friends that know the store, and say it's the best store for product, service and value. Everybody there is very professional, they know their products, and the service is way above any five star rating I could possibly give. I took my four wheel Mobility Scooter to Alpine Med supplies when it wasn't working properly. Ben quickly discovered the problem. He said the only way it could have broke in this manner was dropping it I had taken it on a trip and apparently the airline dropped it. I didn't report it right away, so I just paid out of pocket. Next trip, I will check immediately and file a claim if it breaks again. I heard this happens often with the Airlines. It didn't take long for the part to come in and the Scooter to be repaired. So now I'm out and about on my scooter, causing trouble. Whenever I need any supplies, I'll definitely go to Alpine. I give them a five star rating! read more

Alpine was super helpful when my wheelchair battery was dead. A new lithium battery would have cost $1300.00! Alpine worked with me to get my dead battery working (and had even suggested cheaper ways to get a new one)! They are HONEST! We will now use them for all our medical needs. read more

I am very impressed with this place. I use a walker and took it to a place in LB to order a new Drive Niitro Brake Cable but they wouldn't touch it. My husband suggested Alpine and we went over there and he was very helpful. He called for the part and ordered it. Within 9 days he called to say it was received. The walker was taken over soon after receiving the call and was repaired within 90 minutes. The most amazing part is I wasn't charged for replacing it! The "Rick's" and their staff never fail to amaze me. Kind caring helpful trustworthy and reasonable. They won't sell you anything they don't believe in and they certainly don't overcharge you for anything. My husband is disabled and recently had a seizure so he can't drive his car he has a mobility scooter I hurt my back and I cannot drive at the moment. He was at the doctors office last week when his scooter died. We got it home but we had no way to get it over to Alpine medical. So we called "The Rick's". Explain what happened talk to them over the phone they said no worries will order the part I'll bring you a loaner scooter for the weekend and pick your scooter up and get it fixed for you. This is a follow-up review. About a month ago I purchased my new Jazzy Air mobility chair. Please be forewarned this is the Lexis of the mobility world. Pricey! That said it is more then wonderful. I now can walk next to people and be at eye level. I motor about at its highest raised level consistently. I am constantly being approached by people asking about my chair. Everything so far is fine. One negative and this has nothing to do with Alpine. It is directed to Pride. The footrest has too narrow of a range to raise. Mine is at the top and I still have my heels barely able to touch. This happens to be a very important thing. It helps your back if your feet rest flat on a footrest. I also do not have short legs. I have a normal body relationship measurement. I have to address this issue. I will see if a body shop can rework it. I can always add a wood block like you do on a bicycle. Or I can wear shoes with a bit more of a heel. Since I am walking disabled, I usually only wear very flat heels. I am first going to buy a pair of shoes with a bit more heel like a platform and try that out. Alpine is a great place to shop. They will really help you out. read more
