Extremely disappointed! I went in for a manicure. What they did was a ten minute service where they cut my cuticles (with cold water in a bowl from the tap) and filed down the top of my nails (length) and then tried to charge me $28! The whole time she was on a FaceTime call talking out loud and with no ear piece, so I could hear both ends of the conversation. She also took time to order her Starbucks from a co-worker. The salon is not new by any means. It looks like pieces were taken from another salon and moved here!! In other salons I have been to a manicure can take up to an hour and consists of a spa like experience. My whole experience lasted 10-15 minutes!! I will not be going back or recommending you to anyone. The one star is only because you are not allowed to give zero. read more

Service was super good and beautiful salon. They charged me $140 for acrylic french toes? I dont mind paying much but for something to be that expensive after 2 people told me 4 different prices is ridiculous. At first it was $60, and then it was $75 because of the frenchies (understandable) and right after my service was done it went up to $124, but then when the lady went up to her other coworkers it went up to $139. During my service the lady asked me if i wanted a basic pedicure or a more detailed pedicure, i said a basic one would be fine. I looked up their menu to see their prices and they dont even offer acrylic toes, so im wondering if they just estimated how much it would be?? For their most expensive pedicure its $97 (this is including bath bomb, 20m massage etc etc ALL OF WHICH i did not recieve since i didnt ask for it) and for their most expensive acrylic w/o tips (which is what i got for my toes) its $68! So where did the $140 come from?? I went back home to see my pinky toes having acrylic on them (pic for reference) ??!! What the !! $140 for acrylic overlay frenchies and i still have a chunk of acrylic stuck to my toess? Super sad since it truly is a beautiful salon :( read more
