We brought the car back immediately and provided photos and videos of the water intrusion. Although they couldn't duplicate it during that visit, we were told to return if it continued -- which we did on May 15th. At that second visit, Jordan informed us that Jimi (Service Manager) knew exactly what the issue was, that Tesla needed to perform the repair, and that Infiniti would schedule the appointment and honor the repair, since the leak existed prior to purchase. We were told we would receive a call once the appointment was coordinated. Over the following weeks, we did not hear back from Infiniti but when we called, Jimi personally apologized for the delay, admitted the ball had been dropped, and assured us the issue would be resolved. At no point did anyone allude, insinuate, or suggest that Infiniti would not honor their commitment. Every communication reinforced that the repair would be handled. After waiting patiently since April 26th, we were finally told on July 9th that Infiniti would not move forward with repair or replacement -- despite acknowledging the issue, committing to scheduling Tesla, and assuring us the repair would be honored. This behavior is unethical, deceptive, and completely inconsistent with the promises made by their team. We acted in good faith from day one. Infiniti did not. Nor did they ever respond when we asked them to remedy this and honor their word. What a shame.

While my purchase was being processed, the sales manager, Mike, sold the car to someone else, completely overriding our confirmed commitment. He reportedly laughed and said there were nine other buyers for the car, prioritizing them over a customer who was ready, willing, and able to complete the purchase immediately. I have documentation of my intent to buy and have filed a formal complaint with Mercedes‑Benz corporate. This experience was unprofessional, unfair, and completely unacceptable. Initially booked a check up at one of the local Scottsdale dealers, but meh on their response, so skipped. Looking into my Carfax history, the previous owner had used Goody's a lot. Called, and boom--perfect response, merged all files, and great to chat with. Dropped off my CLK for a used car "let's get it up to date" check, and got the call that everything looked fine, did need a few important items along with the B Service (perfect), but otherwise good to go. Even printed a list of "how to" for certain odd items like the convertible hydraulic fluid, and "don't waste money on...". Went to get new tires, etc. after "oh but bring it back for alignment right after, we'll knock that out too!". Love this place, and it will be my only Benz maintenance spot going forward.
