Walked in and the atmosphere was great!!! The cashier was very nice and welcoming. I ordered a dirty chai latte with an Alma BRIZZA!!! They give you a number, you sit down wait a few minutes and my food was ready!!! My Chai Latte was so creamy and pure amazing!!! The Alma BRIZZA was Ginormous to my standards. Found this place thanks to yelp and it was solid. We had the brizza and it was pretty tasty. We liked that they were very accommodating for gluten free eating as the offer gluten free breads and crusts for the brizza. Overall the place is very clean and welcoming. Food was solid but nothing extraordinary. Would go back if I was in the area again. read more

So, I stopped in to this cute little restaurant today on the advice of friends to have a bite and see if it is worth all the hype. I will admit that on first impressions I was rather impressed with the place. The ordering process was effective and easy to get through. The food came to our table hot and quite tasty. Midway into my meal I heard a bit of commotion coming from what I have to assume was the manager yelling at the kitchen crew for informing one of the servers that her hair was IN the food. I have been in the food and beverage industry for more than 30 years and found this to be one of the most heinous acts I have EVER encountered. As such, I will NOT be returning to this business, nor will I ever try out any of the other restaurants that are owned by these people. To simply ignore the health code set down by the state is an absolute abomination. read more

The food is good and the atmosphere is (mostly) quite nice but the wait is horrible. I was there on Saturday around 9:00am and there were close to 30 people in line but only a single cash register open. Most of the seats were still available inside but the management only had a single person taking orders and a bunch of staff waiting around. Either they don't know their business or they have trouble running a business since they happens repeatedly. My other beef with them are the hugely uncomfortable metal chairs that are inside. My god, these are the most uncomfortable chairs that I have ever sat in! While they look nice, they were clearly bought by a short person with an ample sized rear end. For everyone else, the chairs are agony to sit in. I suspect that these chairs were bought to make sure that people didn't linger but they are hugely uncomfortable. read more

Not senior or kid friendly. You over-pay for mediocre food and then have to set your own table. Can't sit down until you order, so disabled, elderly, and the young have to stand. Uncomfortable chairs force you to leave early, right after you clang into your neighbor. Staff are friendly but condesending when you ask for help. My eggs were dry and potatoes were luke warm. Coffee was very good. Sorry, won't be back until you welcome all customers. Just go to Denny's. read more

This place was AWESOME! Before we even walked in a staff member offered us coffee or water to drink while we waited in line. The BF grabbed some coffee and was blown away with how good it was. He asked if he could buy it in bulk when we left. The girl at the counter was super helpful and friendly. We got our food fast and everything tasted amazing. The only thing that's remotely a downside is that it's a bit far from our house. Here's hoping that they put one in the Arrowhead area soon! read more

We went for breakfast yesterday. There was 4 of us and they offer 4 different vegan breakfast choices so we ordered one of each, We often employ this strategy so we can try different things. The place seems borderline cheesy to me. The service was over the top good but the quality of food and coffee not so much. Of everything we tried the French Toast was the best of the lot! They had some sort of sweet potato hash brown that was undercooked and the coffee was on par with the quality of a convenience store. Bottom line - gimmicky place with good service, below average food and lousy coffee. I will not be returning any time soon. read more

Love it! My husband and I live in the area and have been waiting for a great local breakfast place. We are now regulars and can hardly find a weekend we are not headed to Scramble for my weekly fix of the Southwest burrito - its fabulous. The fresh avocado slices combined with the eggs, chorizo and jalepeno cream cheese make for a perfect combination. They also have the best 'hangover' remedy in the Valley - the hashbrowns. Reminds me of my mom's twice baked potatoes (with the cheese and bacon mixed in) - simply delicious. My husband is a little more adventuresome and likes the Santa Fe Benedict, French Toast and Brizzas. I think sometimes he would be happy just eating the butter you get with the French Toast. It's got a great flavor. I always steal bites ... and have to say I've loved everything he's ordered. Not to mention - he enjoys catching ESPN Sportscenter while we eat. The staff is friendly and I appreciated the owner introducing himself and stopping by our table on several occasions. Always good to see an owner 'rolling up their sleeves' and being a part of the business. Gives it such a nice, neighborhood feel. So - we are complete Scramble fans! If you haven't tried it ... you need to give it a shot. It's a great way to start your day. Oh almost forgot - coffee (very critical) - their lite blend is perfect and always super hot (with real 1/2 and 1/2 available too ...). Enjoy! read more

We love this place for breakfast, have not tried lunch items. Multi-grain pancakes with caramel and banana are my faves, the kid likes the choc-chip ones and hubby gets the same bacon, cheese and mushroom omelette every time. We all love the cheesy hash browns despite the coronary clogging side effects. Another yelper mentioned the pancakes having too much cinnamon but I did not taste any cinnamon at all and I am not a fan of the popular spice so I would definitely notice an over kill. The service is always friendly and accommodating, servers that laugh, talk, smile and deliver! The place is clean, cool and brightly decorated. Not a full service place, you place your order at the counter yet the service does not end at the counter. The staff delivers your food, checks to see if you have everything you need and comes to clear your dishes. They also frequently bus the beverage area keeping it clean and stocked. Overall our experiences at Scramble have been excellent, it is now our go to place for breakfast. read more

It was just okay. The french toast was cooked nicely on the outside, however inside where strawberry cream cheese was warm yet the toast was uncooked... I imagine that if it was toasted on both sides I would have enjoyed much more. :/ nice modern environment. I used to come here every weekend with my mom in the past and I don't remember it being this bad. Only one person was working the cash register so the line took forever. Finally got a chance to check this place out and man am I happy. It was a little busy, but we were able to get a table lickety split. I had the meat lover's scramble which came with rosemary potatoes and toast. Wifey had the two egg breakfast, and a cinnamon roll for us to split. Just a good meal. OMG, no way will I ever come back to a self service place that charges this much, in this location, almost laughable. I had to send a tuna sandwich back because I asked for extra lettuce, and they put about 8 shreds on it. When the waitress told the cook to add more, I could hear them, he got defensive, and said he did put extra on it.....OMG, would hate to see what the norm is. read more

We came here for a late breakfast the other day. My boyfriend ordered the costa burrito which he enjoyed, but thought the chorizo was lacking a bit in the spice department. I ordered the Santa Fe eggs Benedict which was quite delicious. We each got a drink and our bill came to a little over $24. Seemed kind of steep for a place where you seat yourself. We'll definitely give it another shot, because I really want to try one of their brizzas, but there are quite a few other breakfast joints I would want try first. read more

I was honestly just really disappointed all together. The place is much like a fast food restaurant in the sense that you have to order at a counter. I was excited to see that they had vegan options and ordered the Vegan Veggie and added quinoa on top and as my side I opted for the "fresh cut fruit" which was mushy and sad looking as well as sour in taste. When I saw my tofu scramble I was instantly regretful. The tofu was hardly warm, the sun dried tomatoes chewy and tasteless. All together regretful of the $12 I spent. read more

Great food and service here. We found this place only because we were looking for pet-friendly restauramt and hopefully with choices of vegan and/or vegetarian food. So here we are at this nice restaurant that serves some vegan food and a nice patio for my four-legger kid. Gave Scramble another chance last week after posting a bad review. My husband and I had a very nice experience this time. In fact, I was pouring my coffee out of cup to get some fresh coffee and one of the service people saw me and asked if there was something wrong with the coffee. I told her that it wasn't very hot. She said she would bring a fresh pot out and give me a new cup with the hot coffee. Very observant worker! Was pleased with our experience and am glad we went back. Plan to be back to Scramble again. They are one of the few vegan friendly breakfast restaurants in the Valley. The tofu options are great! I had the Soyrizo burrito with sweet potato American fries. Yum!!!! read more
