By attention to detail, I mean they package your wings in boxes vented in a special way so they won't get soggy. This is super important when you order them to go. 100% of every other place I've order from doesn't care at all about these kinds of details. My wife and I got the wet garlic parm and maple bourbon butter flavors. We still catch choose a favorite tho. Love that each order is made to order as well so they taste fresh. I ordered on two occasions before writing this review just to be sure it wasn't a fluke. The service is exceptional, Mia is sometimes there helping out and she is extremely nice and professional. Other times it's a young man, don't know his name but he is super nice and helpful if you have questions. Just by the way they help you out, I know they really care about what they're doing. Again best wings I've had across several states and cities. Luckily I live near by and will be ordering often. Not sure why there aren't many reviews. Perhaps this place is new. I was really excited to try this place based on all the hype here on Yelp. But, unfortunately, I did not enjoy this food as much as everyone else did. It may be an anomaly, but the wings I got today from Scratch Wings were soggy, not even the slightest bit crispy, which you can imagine was a major disappointment considering they were "double fried", and the onion rings were not able to hold the batter. It just slid off before you could even dip one in sauce. And the "homemade" blue cheese sauce tasted like blue cheese dressing from the supermarket. No chunks. As it stands, Pluckers still holds the championship title when it comes to this type of food; wings, blue cheese sauce and onion rings. The chicken wings/parts are hugh but the quality of the wings and lack of flavor were disappointing. Also, I requested well done as I hate crunchy batter on the outside but stretchy skin once you break the crust, well done is not what I got.
