We've used Scripps Plumbing for the past three years and we are so happy with their service, kindness and professionalism. Our first experience with them was to have our water heater replaced. They were prompt, provided us excellent information about choosing the right water heater and how to care for it, and completed the work quickly. On another occasion we had trouble with the faucets in the master bathroom being stripped. In order to replace it, dry wall had to be cut/replaced in the master bedroom. I was amazed that you can't even tell where it was patched and the faucets work great now. More recently, our toilets have been stopping up quite frequently. The toilets were 17 years old and needed replacing. Once again, Josh provided his expert knowledge and recommended a good brand. Both toilets were replaced and work beautifully now (no more plunger!). Scripps Plumbing provides friendly reliable service and reasonable prices. Josh is very knowledgeable and up to date on plumbing regulations. They are licensed and bonded and very trustworthy. They also pay attention to the details and clean up the workspace. Josh was not only a nice guy, a caring person, and a great employee. He was family. Josh worked hard on renovating our family bathrooms by putting in long hours, spending extra time, and pulling money out of his own pocket. He was great at giving fair prices on work and materials. He took our rotting gross bathrooms and made them into fantastic well made flush kingdoms. This exact example is also true for plumbers. Are they there for you, looking to do the right thing for a fair labor charge? Well, I am one of those who has found a great plumber. Just want to say these guys are awesome. I had Anderson Plumbing give me a quote of $900 for a toilet replacement in my condo rental so I called these guys & they said typically the labor charge will be about $125 plus the toilet cost & that's the price I was expecting. However, my rental had way more problems than my tenants told me so they installed a new faucet & fixed the huge crack that was in my sink. Some of the items they replaced were free of charge & they did some extra services since the bathroom unfortunately started getting moldy and had some leaks. Basically, I had all these services done for almost the same cost for 1 toilet from Anderson. I highly recommend them as they will go to Home Depot & purchase your items (if you are not looking for high end fixtures) & they are professional and keep in constant contact with you if you are not home to watch the work. This is the best plumbing work you will ever find. They are clean and neat and totally helpful. The work is meticulous and very well done. They have almost finished a whole house re-pipe for me and it is amazing to see their clean and neat work in a small attic space. I honestly don't know how they were able to get into my tiny attic access. I wish there was a place for photos because you would be amazed at the difference in a quality job. This is the only plumber I will ever use. They cleaned up after the job, they always are clean and neat in appearance, they are kind and just wonderful to work with. Just had a totally positive experience with Josh from Scripps Plumbing. He was thorough and totally professional and really courteous while working on a leaky faucet at my parents house. He didn't have the parts needed, but quickly got them at Home Depot, and didn't install them until he cleaned out all the corrosion and debris from the old valves. Honestly, the best part was that he didn't try to oversell my parents on things they didn't need. My parents are on a fixed income, and it seems like everyone we get out to the house for repairs tries to sell them stuff they don't need and can't afford. Thanks so much. I had received a bid from another plumbing company that was very high so I called Scripps to get an estimate.
