Great value. Always make sure to choose the right washing option for the amount of dirt you have on your car. Thank you Scott and staff. My 2019 Subaru Crosstrek looks as beautiful as ever!

Piece of metal that went in my tire

Popped my tire due to some one leaving big sharp pieces of metal ask for some help on what to do, since it happened there at the establishment, pulled in to the car wash bay a heard a loud burst of air coming from my tire. I was told I will get towed away if I left my car there and that they couldn't help me with anything. And it's not their problem. Because it's not their responsibility to go behind cars to make sure the floors are clean . So I had to drive to the nearest tire shop on a flat just to get it fix . Rude an uncaring

Great and fast service! No trying to sell you more than you need or try and pressure you in any way. Very fair prices as well!

What's the pricing like at the self-service car wash bay? Minimum price/cost per additional minute? Vacuums?

Do I have to make an appointment?

No you do not! They do have an online apt form, but honestly, they said to just come in whenever you can! They are pretty fast, and are able to get people in and out.

They were surprisingly quick for a Saturday afternoon, charged a reasonable amount, and included a voucher for a free car wash next door.

I stopped here sometime in October because my tires felt off and they were in the area. Yeah I…read morecould have stopped anywhere else but it was rainy and I needed to stop somewhere. As soon as I parked I wasn't even a customer going in the shop, I parked near the garage and a friendly tech walked over to me and asked if I needed help, this is NOT normal. You go to a shop and the techs almost ALWAYS avoid eye contact with anyone. I mentioned my tpms light kept going on and he adjusted the air pressure. It was all good and then a few days later, the SAME THING happened again. So, I decided maybe I'll go to another shop. The tech at the other shop looked at my tire and said nope it looks fine I don't know what could be wrong and why it keeps going flat. So I just ordered new wheels and new tires and waited for them to come in because of course winter is coming and I don't want to be stranded. Before my wheels arrived I made another stop to Midas and the same tech greeted me and helped me and said, air already? I said yeah the guys at the other shop couldn't figure out what's wrong. So I mentioned there wasn't any nails or anything. So he took the time to take the wheel off.. I'm not even a customer. Just someone asking for help. He realized the valve needle(?) in my tire wasn't locked in all the way so the air wasn't staying in. He adjusted it and told me to come back if any other issues arise. I didn't go back after he fixed that and I thanked them and promised to go to their shop when my service is due. So months go by it's the end of December. I decide to do an early oil change to get ahead and see if there's anything else that needs to be done to my car, I went back to Midas as promised and the same tech was there! He loved my car and said wow you have a clean tlx! He mentioned he got an Acura recently as well. We both agreed they are beautiful and he told me something's about my car and as I waited for my oil change I chatted up with the manager and he was very kind as well. They gave me a list of things that need to be done to my car and I mentioned I got some spare parts and he mentioned if they fit my car they can use it in place of ordering to get the work done on my car. While it is pricey to get car repairs, if I could afford to have them do it all at once, honestly I would. These guys are genuinely kind. As I drove off I had noticed my car was making weird noises, they did a tire rotation for me. I called them and they invited me back and lifted my car up again and showed me that the shop that installed my wheels and tires put the wheel weights in a very awkward spot making it rub against my brake caliper. So no problem, the tech switch the wheels back and told me to demand I get that fixed because as much as he would be able to do it. He wants to be sure that I go back to the shop I went to so that the manager can see what went wrong to prevent the next customer at the other shop from having a hard time. Nice right? Anyways, these guys have my loyalty.

Salesperson listened to our needs and gave us a couple of options, quoted prices, assured us the tires were in stock. We made a reservation for the next day, and within an hour they installed the new tires, also checked the alignment, honored the price they quoted on the phone. No fuss. Very clean and professional. All in all a very positive experience, particulary since the staff broke down the specific details about the tires we were purchasing.

They not only botched my oil change but refused to fix the problem they created in a timely fashion. I had to have my car towed elsewhere to have the oil change redone. They'll try and upsell you aggressively. They tried to sell me on a $1,200 complete brake overhaul that I didn't need. They also sold me on windshield wiper replacements. Only minutes after paying for this add on, OOPSIE, they didn't have the correct windshield wiper in stock. Rather than offer to refund my money, they told me they'd "call me" to come back for installation once they had the part. One thing I can guarantee them -- I won't be coming back. EVER.

This location is intentionally using faulty equipment that can under fill your oil. Then they…read morerefuse to provide documentation when it happens. On 8/18, around 1pm, I got my oil changed here on my way to work. The process was normal and I continued on to work. When I pulled into my driveway after work that night, my oil light came on. When I checked the oil, the level was so low the dipstick was bone dry. There were no leaks or signs of it previously. The store was closed, so I contacted them first thing in the morning. I called the shop around 10am 8/19 and told them the situation. They told me to bring it in and they'd check it out. I asked if they really wanted me to drive a car with an unknown amount of oil, they said they would send a tech to check it out. The tech arrived and told me their oil dispenser has been having problems and pumping a bunch of air. He checked for leaks, didn't find any, and started adding oil. It ended up being 1.5 quarts low, about 30% of the indicated volume. I told him I'd like documentation about the problem from the shop and he told me to follow him back. When I arrived I met the manager, Ryan. I asked for a note on my paperwork that stated it was under filled yesterday and properly filled today. He mumbled "yeah, sure". They then proceed to do another oil change and started waiving me out of the bay. I told Ryan I needed paperwork and he mumbled something about the computer being used and to just pull forward. Ryan eventually comes out with a blank receipt with basic date/time/mileage, and no note about the low fill. I then say 7-8 times that I would like it documented for my records. Each time he gives me an excuse, "it wasn't even that low", "you didn't even drive that far", "it's not a big deal, don't worry about it", "I've been a mechanic for X amount of years", "what are you worried about". Each time I say I just want it documented for my own records. He eventually points at the mileage on the new receipt and says "do the math if you're that worried about it". I then say "why are you being such and a--hole about it? I just want it documented". He responds "I can tell this really bothers you, but I won't give you a hug". At this point I know he's completely incapable of handling this in a mature or professional manner. I called the corporate line to be put in touch with the franchise owner of this location. They took my statement and opened a case, stating the franchise will get back to me within 72 hours. It's now been 5 days without a response. 2 sentences on my paperwork would have saved everyone some headaches, or better yet, double checking your work when you know you're using faulty equipment.
