The other 30% was unappetizing, the dimsum was sad looking and lacking variety, oyster grilling station took forever to cook, the crabs were lacklustered and didn't taste fresh. Buffet spot that opened for maybe 1 year now? In flushing. Buffet here is as good as any in NY, they have plentiful of crab legs, sushi, frog legs, oysters and even grilled meats. Their fruits selection and ice cream is just as good! They have alot of seating and the times I've been, I didn't need to make reservation and was able to be seated immediately. The servers constantly walk around and clear your table of plates so it'll always be empty when you come back with a new plate of food. This is hands down my favorite buffet ever. We went for mothers day so it was a bit more expensive than the regular day. However, they do have a special for the holidays. They brought everyone stuffed lobster or crab, each person is limited to one. I really like the extensive selection of options at the buffet. Lots of raw options such as oysters, clams, while also having cooked versions too. There are lots of expensive options like lamb chops, hibachi, crab, and more. I always stay away from the fillers like noodles.. I tried lots of new things like escargot, really cool place to try new things! There is lots of seating available, so even though it was PACKED there was a seat available for us. I would highly recommend checking this spot out if you love buffets. read more

This buffet is definitely one of the more affordable options in New York City, which already makes it stand out. We went during lunchtime, and I was excited to see that they had grilled oysters which was exactly what I was hoping for. They prepare them with garlic on top, which added a really nice touch. That said, the oysters were clearly a very popular item, and there was always a line. The attendant was cooking them in very small batches, so everyone had to wait around each time. It would've been great if they cooked larger quantities and had them ready on the side, since they're such a big draw. As someone who loves oysters, I found it a little frustrating to keep lining up and competing with other guests for them. The rest of the buffet was solid. There was a pretty nice dessert selection. Previously, I saw ppl talking about this new buffet in flushing and I have been wanting to go and check it out. They were not kidding about the seafood. I was happy with the selection! Do you see how much we filled our plates with seafood? They practically had all the seafood: oysters, clams, abalone, sashimi, shrimp, crawfish, crab, crab leg (my family and don't really care too much for crab legs so we opted out), octopus, frog, jellyfish, steamed or grilled fish. An AYCE buffet is something you definitely don't want to frequent often as it'll leave you full all day and uncomfortable. I came here for lunch with my family and service was super friendly and prompt. The server made sure to celebrate my daughter's birthday which was really nice of him despite her leaving him a mess. There isn't much an ambiance.. just expect the usual at a buffet in terms of noise. The good thing was that there was no crowding over food .. it could be that we went during lunch. I thought for buffet, the options were quite good ranging from dim sum, seafood, cooked food to sushi. I personally thought the lunch price was worth it so I can't speak to dinner. Given that Sea & Sky Feast Buffet is right across the street from the bus stop on Sanford Ave in Flushing and their great selection of food, notably the seafood, meat and sushi, it would be convenient to stop by. Why not also try their grilled oysters loaded with garlic as well. The grilling station for these prepares these in small batches and they run out fast, so be sure to line up when it is served. The strawberry mousse cake in the dessert section stood out and they also have Blue Bunny ice cream in a counter fridge near the entrance of the buffet. The cut fruits are always refreshing. A modern ambiance with a futuristic-looking robot rabbit sitting on the bench in a brightly-lit restaurant where there is also a big teapot sculpture at the lobby. Great for pictures! Two things that make Sea & Sky Feast Buffet 海天盛宴 a good destination for all-you-can-eat Asian-style buffet seekers: - The restaurant is close to the mass transit hub of Downtown Flushing, whereas other buffets in the same class are less convenient to mass transit. - The food is higher quality than other similarly-styled buffet restaurants, and that is reflected in the price. My favorite items from a recent holiday lunch visit ($42.99 per person plus tax and tip) were the stir-fried snow crab legs, walnut shrimp, and fried lobster. The stir-fried snow crab legs were medium-light on oil, and seemed less salty compared to the regular steamed snow crab legs. Both versions seemed fresh; it may be worthwhile to eat snow crab legs here than to buy and make your own from a local supermarket. The walnut shrimp had a light crisp. The fried lobster was heavier on oil, but still tasty. The regular steamed crab legs, stir-fried beef, and chicken wings were also good. The grilled oysters needed a splash of lemon. The lamb chops and the Peking Duck buns were OK; I wouldn't have missed them. Tea and soda are complimentary, as are freshly squeezed / blended orange juice, carrot juice, and apple / cucumber juice. The one issue I have with the menu is that Sea & Sky Feast Buffet doesn't explain on the menu the differences in pricing tiers of lunch, all-day dinner, and holidays, other than to state that holiday pricing provides "special dishes". The restrooms lack paper towels by the sinks, and use electric hand dryers instead. Bring some napkins with you if you don't watch to touch the restroom doors on the way out. Came here on a Saturday night with a group of 4. We were seated quickly. There is a lack of food in both quality and quantity. A lot of the trays were empty. Most of the selection were deep fried or frozen food. I visited during the restaurant's opening, and the food was excellent (lamb chops, crab legs, more sushi). So this second visit was shocking. For the price, it can't get better than Sea and Sky Feast Buffet in terms of variety of luxury seafoods like king crab, abalone, conch, raw oysters and clams, and an assortment of sashimi! There's plenty of hot foods as well. Each person gets a complimentary soft drink. We went two times, first time on a Saturday night around 8 pm and a second time on a Friday night at 7 PM. Both times we were seated right away. It was never crowded during these times. My girlfriend and I could not stop eating the grilled garlic oysters toward the back of the buffet. The butter and garlic combo is simply delicious. They also have Peking duck for those of you who can't resist the juiciness of roasted duck and hoisin combo. We also ate a lot of king crab legs which can be hard to extract the meat without the proper tools but luckily one of our friends brought a scissor just for this occasion. Some of their special concoctions were great too such as abalone with vermicelli, conch with bean sprouts, or steamed egg with shredded crab. We honestly did not even get to try everything in our two times coming here because we fell in love with certain dishes right away and kept on going back for more. I highly recommend this place. The moment it was refilled it was quickly taken away by the next couple of people. I was lucky to eat a singular lobster tail that was left behind. The fried and steamed seafood (not sushi) was a hit or miss. Most of it was borderline not fresh. 3/5 of my shrimps was hard to peel and mushy. The meats were decent, would avoid the Chinese sausage. Cold meats were not marinated well. Sushi was pretty good for an ayce buffet. Surprisingly fresh and tasty. How are you going to throw all these videos on social media showing cheese lobsters, lobster dishes, stir fry salt and pepper lobster and not even have any. Crab legs are served cold and are small in size. They are water logged and not very fresh. The remaining food was just okay, nothing special or above average. I've been seeing this buffet restaurant all over social media and decided to try it. It's located in the heart of Flushing, so your best option is to come by public transportation. They do have paid parking, such as metered and private parking, if you need it during their lunch ours. In addition, they seem to also offer free parking during dinner time. I came during lunch so the wait was about 20 minutes long. Upon sitting down, the staff asks what you want to drink. I was able to try a variety of foods, ranging from grilled oysters, sashimi, meats, and crab legs. My main reason for coming during lunch was for the crab legs. Just the crab legs itself would be worth it for lunch. I did find the meat they offered (short ribs) to be a bit salty and full of fat. The way they have the tables and seatings are a little awkward. As I was seated on the left hand side, I had to move around to get to the food area. The layout of the food selections are in an L shape, which allows you to browse through all the choices you have. The seafood section was fully stocked. The grilled oysters did take a while to get as they were making it on the spot and there were multiple people ahead of me on the line. Overall, it is a decent place to get your buffet fix. Staff were very attentive, which is always a plus. They constantly came to take away the plates and provided the refills for the drinnks. Nonetheless, my friends and I were craving seafood and decided to give this place a try Overall impressions, we went for lunch and I'd say the prices for what you get is pretty worth it! So the price is great and better than any other but we know they will raise that within the first half to a year. I also noticed that if you didn't get the fresh scallop sushi on the first go around you won't be getting any at all. That's one thing they do not replenish . So something to watch out for . My family members are buffet connoisseurs, so when we learned of a new buffet in Queens we immediately took the drive from Brooklyn to try it. If you're a seafood lover, this place is for you. If you don't eat seafood, or eat very limited amounts of seafood, you may want to find a new place to eat since there aren't many options for you. From snow crab clusters to oysters, abalone and even Peking duck, this restaurant has a variety of high quality dishes. This is the only buffet we've ever been to that offers freshly grilled oysters, so that was a win for us. Seafood here was fresh and constantly refilled. Only complaints I have are that the buffet line itself is quite small, so you better really like crab legs and seafood in order to fill up. One thing that was surprising is that they had salmon and even mackerel sashimi but not tuna. Usually find tuna in most sushi places. Had other seafood well with raw oyster and boiled crab. A buffet in the center of Downtown Flushing??? Say less! This was all the Chinese community could talk about ever since the grand opening so of course, I was down to try it. We came on a good day so there was no line. I didn't know about the free parking so we didn't take my car. It's located right behind the Capital One Bank on Sanford and Main, at the street level of this residential building called Victoria Tower. It's not very big compared to its competitors, but there is still a good selection of food. I really enjoyed the variety however as pleasing as it was to the eye, the overall taste of everything were underwhelming. Most of what they have are very gently or under seasoned. I understand that this could possibly be intentional due to the majority of their customers ranging from middle aged to elderly and watching their dietary sodium intake. Rumor has it that they do not allow tools (aka the seafood cracker) for cracking open crabs here. For the most part, I don't perceive that to be an issue for me since I'm not much of a crab person. The snow crab legs snap very easily and the blue crabs they serve are often chopped up into manageable sized pieces. Service was close to nonexistent aside from initially greeting you and setting down your drinks (they did not return to check if we needed refills). I just had to try Sea & Sky Buffet after months of seeing them on my social media feed. The must try items according to everyone are the lamb chops, lamb skewers, crab legs and lobster. After my visit, I would agree that those are my favorites as well, but the rest of their menu we're a miss to be completely honest. They have a juice bar - orange juice, cucumber & apple, carrot juice. While this sounds like a neat idea, it was not freshly made. They sit on a bed of ice and there's a ton of separation which makes me wonder how long they've been sitting out. The fried sea bass was really good until you get a bite of tiny bones. The sushi was OK, and I'm not particularly picky about my sushi. At a buffet, all that I ask for is that it's fresh. My daughter loves the salmon roe (Ikura) so I grabbed her one. She asked me why is it so hard? I inspected it and it was indeed hard and dry on the side that is resting in the cucumber holding it together. One would almost think it's a display product. Overall, I think it's a decent buffet but mainly for crab legs and lamb. If you can eat $50 worth on those 2 alone (Which I probably did) , then it could be worth a trip. It's a new buffet with great options. The lake is a bit . There's more food in the back which can be easy to miss. The food is plentiful and tasty did the most part. Typical buffet options. The secrets are all nice and they are constantly cleaning and helping each other. The one serving my wife's family and I was particularly complimentary. Finally, the vibe is nice and super clean. Idk how long it'll stay that way with its busy location but it's worth a visit. There's a small parking garage across the street with reasonable pricing and they allow for 90 min of eating which is plenty. read more

A decent Chinese buffet. A few of the dishes I felt like you couldn't really eat too much of, they were a very "oh let me try it" but you wouldn't come back to for the rest of the night kinda dish Came on a Sunday for $40pp so that we can try the lobster as well. The lobster dish was gone as fast as it came. People wait as they refill and it's grabbed quick. I had a few pieces and it's not bad but nothing too crazy to write home about. They had snow crabs as well as other seafood(clams, oysters) but you shouldn't expect top tier quality. The sushi was pretty good but selection was limited. They did have sashimi as well The Peking duck was solid and probably my fav dish there. They also did have honey walnut shrimp and crawfish! Towards the end of the night(an hr before closing), they kinda just stopped refilling which was unfortunate. We came during dinner time and there wasn't much of a wait. Got seated quick and got drinks as well. Seems like they got plenty of seating and they do big parties as well. Lobster available on Sunday's only for $40 PP. Other dinner nights are $37. They have a variety of food, including snow crabs, lamb chops, peiking duck buns, soup, mac and cheese etc. I don't think there was anything especially good and my favorite item was the chicken soup. None of the entrees stood out to me. Wish the honest walnut shrimp was like the real restaurants but they're not. Lobster goes crazy fast so it's hard to get a lot. Soda/tea/coffee comes included with the buffet. For dinner you can get "fresh" juices as well like orange, apple or cucumber juice. I put fresh in quotes because the OJ tastes just like tropicana. I like that there's a bunch of dessert options and fruits. Downside is I definitely had to use the bathroom following dinner. The raw oysters were pretty fishy and the lamb chops were very fat. I saw this worker lady put dropped food on the sides back onto the serving plate. Overall, I don't think I got my moneys worth which is probably why there was no wait at all. read more

Came for lunch , if yall seen this via tik tok or instagram, it isn't worth the hype! There's a lot of other buffets in the area that's def better. For the price, it's doable, serves mediocre dishes. Your typical buffet in the hood area with seafood - IMO. They have a grill station where 1 guy grills oyster (FYI- you get 1 oyster each time unless you give him a tip) and the other guy is grilling the ribs, shrimp. Sushi selection was ehh, most the rolls were filled with crabmeat. Sashimi was ehh, I was praying to not have any issues after we left. read more
