Ok so we did that and started playing several games. We gained a few tickets before noticing that we needed to leave to get ready for our evening reservation, so we went to the winners circle and the virtual card wouldn't scan , the young lady at the winners circle, I think her name was Daisy, was very kind, very patient, took the necessary steps, but still nothing worked. When the manager came over, he said, " it doesn't work with virtual cards, you hb to go to the desk and she can transfer it to a physical card" WHAT??? (this is yall app, yall virtual card) Anywho, we went to the desk and this woman (the staff member) had her purse on the desk, messing with her phone (doing something with the Sim card), never looked up when I asked her to transfer the ticket balance to a physical card and said, "a manager has to do that"- Needless to say, we got on the elevator and left. Billiard rental was inexpensive and there was more than enough room on a Monday night to distance from the more serious players that use Shamrock as a place to practice and hone their skills.
