Wes was attentive, caring, honest and saved me time and money whenever he could, in whatever way he could, no matter how busy he was. I was visiting out of town from Bend Oregon when the AC in my car completely busted. It was a huge repair (compressor) and everyone I called was booked solid. I literally called and texted about 10 people to find out how I could get this situation handled so I wouldn't have to drive 4 hours in the blaring summer sun with no AC in my car. And no one could get me in. Except Wes Ducat at Steve Tire & Auto Repair. Wes moved his entire schedule around in order to get my car in and out on time, so I could get home safely without having to spend an arm and a leg on the repair. He graciously called and texted me whenever there was an update on my car and he worked his butt off to make sure I was taken care of. I have no clue how to repay his kindness except to write this review and say that, Wes, your karma is clear for the next hundred years, bud!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was not told at any point during the process from the time I called to make the appointment & thru the entire appointment that they were doing more of an extensive diagnostic check of multiple pages they printed out for me that was $250. I was not told about the fee until after they were done with my car. I told them I was not expecting this because I didn't ask for it & they didn't show any care or seem apologetic about it. Poor customer service & unethical business practices. I've been here multiple times, but will not be coming back. A $250 charge is a lot of money to not inform your customer of until after the fact. While the more extensive check was good, I did not need it nor did I ask for it. I would've gone somewhere else if I had known about the hefty charge.

They don't just insist on one kind of brake rotor, but let you decide how much you want to spend. 4) You can make an appointment online. While you are at their website be sure to read the reviews that are posted there. A couple of quick stories. We were on our way out of town to go camping when my Land Cruiser started acting up. I took it in. 1 1/2 hours later they called us to tell us my car was ready. It needed an ignition coil. They saved our trip! Well, All Automotive Services finally did the job right, and they have a 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty to back it up. Other places, like Firestone, only have 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty.
