horrible service. I paid $75 for nothing the tech didn't had the time to wait. the ac is making a noise when its on for a few since I was at work the ac was at 76 no movement. I explained to the tech who was very rude stating that he had no time to wait for the ac to start making the noise. The service person, as always, was good and professional. However the system to make an appointment, modify an appointment, talk to a human created a scenario where the repair took 3 months. Inaccurate appointments, with early morning estimates being so far off, technicians arriving after 3 PM, and leaving after 6. Tried to schedule an earlier visit once the part arrived. Absolutely ridiculous. Appointment could Be moved later, not sooner. Have not been able to talk to anyone in 3 weeks except for technician when he arrived. Terrible system. Brandon was HORRIBLE. Supposedly, he came to help the other technician who arrived before him (David H.), but instead of helping, he just looked at his watch the whole time because he had somewhere else to be. He insulted me for asking any questions about the problem with my washing machine, as if I was wasting his time by asking stupid questions. He said I was holding him up. He said to my husband, "I feel sorry for you for being with her". He said that twice, right in front of me! I told him to get out of my house and then he wouldn't leave because he wanted the $5 to pay the valet parking, which I had already given to David H. (two $5 bills to pay for each of them). David H. took care of everything, politely answered my questions, and later called me to apologize for Brandon's rudeness. David H. was kind and helpful, but Brandon was a total jerk with no clue about customer service! read more

He came on Thursday and found the problem, ordered the parts. The parts arrived on Saturday. The technician came back on Monday and fixed the whole thing. What excellent service I received! Sears Home Services technician explained to me that the GE refrigerator fan motor needed to be replaced. when he looked up the price of the part, it became apparent that the repair cost would be more than I paid for the refrigerator when it was new in March 2017. Therefore I declined the repair and paid the service fee for the technician's service call. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. A mechanic from A &E Factory Service was contracted to come to our house sometime between 1-5 pm today, and at 4:55 pm he still had not arrived. I waited all day for this man (named Robert) and lost work hours. He was very rude in the phone, laughed at me when I expressed my concerns and never apologized for making me waste time. It's a good thing they don't charge for a cancellation fee. I DO NOT recommend Sears Appliance Repair. By any means, find someone else. Their diagnostic fee was going to be $129-a ridiculous fee I wouldn't even oay for a plumber. How a once great company has fallen. read more

After a 2.75 month wait for service because they had difficulty getting parts, an exceptional knowledgeable and professional tech arrived at my house to replace a water filter housing in my refrigerator. He was amazing! Worked as if he'd done this MANY times. Found out he was working on Samsung refrigerators 22 years! I think all the time for Sears. HOWEVER, 23 days later, and we are still waiting for him with a broken refrigerator. 4 appointments were made and no one came, called us or sent a message to inform they changed the appointments. NO regard whatsoever for the person who stayed 4 days at home waiting for the repairman. I canceled the service and the warranty which I had just bought.
