Muy mala experiencia tuve el pasado 20 de Febrero 2025 con la reparacion de mi lavadora. El tecnico le puso una pieza en menos de 5 minutos y el monto fue de $421.41( pieza, y pago al tecnico) la lavadora trabajo bien por 2 semanas, vino el tecnico de nuevo, porque la lavadora empezo a hacer un ruido. Segun el tecnico dijo que era la transmision, sin haberla checado..estoy pidiendo parte del reembolso, porque esta dentro de la garantia..he hablado 5 veces y nadie me da una respuesta...segun me van a mandar un request para el reembolso y hasta la fecha nadie me ha mandado nada...sean serios por favor..el monto que pague fue excesivo por tan mal servicio y mal diagnostico..no recomiendo esta empresa.. read more

Waited patiently throughout the day for service, they provided updates every two hours and unfortunately they had to cancel at the last minute. Although it was disappointing to have wasted a day waiting, today marks my third day of waiting and the appointment has once again been rescheduled for the end of the day. After putting in the compressor and not put in the new board part that was ordered, he just upgraded it. The refrigerator seems to be working but after service, an hour and 45 minutes later, the front screen went dark with an error F5. I will be filing a report with Headquarters in Illinois, Transformco as well as the BBB. It appears to me you are attempting to collect on a service contract by claiming you have performed work that you have not. I feel that this constitutes fraud. The worst experience of my life. There is no one talk to. Automated line gives you run around. Sears Service Company unilaterally reschedules appointments without consulting with the customer. The service is atrocious. When I finally got a live person on the phone and asked for a copy of the appliance protection agreement, I was put on hold and no one came back on the line. Ridiculous!! read more

Don was very professional and courteous during his time working on our AC unit. He had a second person who arrived shortly after he did to assist in diagnosing the problem. The short of it was that our unit is almost or is older than twenty years old, and we should look into replacing it. He did replace a part and said that it should help the cooling, but to definitely look into a new one. Efficient techs, both he and the assistant. Thank you! STAY AWAY FROM SEARS! They sent a repair technician to fix our freezer. A part needed to be ordered and we had to pay for the part and service up front, in full. Part was to be delivered withing 5-7 days. After the service person left, we got a call from a different Sears service tech saying he was at our front gate to fix the problem. I told him their rep had just left. So, after ten days we called Sears and found out that the second technician decided to cancel the ENTIRE order and the part never showed. I guess he was ticked off. We told them we'd get someone else to do the repair. They said we'd get a refund on our credit card. Refund never came so we started a dispute through the card company. This is a very dishonest and vindictive company. DO NOT TRUST SEARS. read more

Garth, the technician identified the cause of our refrigerator ice maker not working, ordered the parts and came back to install. A suggested fix was to drill a hole in the frig . He thought of a better way and no hole was needed. I will contact Sears Home Services and request Garth for all my high end appliance repairs. I recommend you consider doing this too. read more

The technician never showed up. I waited all day. Then he called and said he was on his way in 30 minutes but did not come

we had an appointment to check out our AC. we were then scheduled to have service done that following Friday, week 1. The technician showed up and thought he was supposed to check out our AC again instead of service/fix the AC. He did not have any equipment to fix it. we rescheduled for Monday, week 2 from 8-5. Someone showed up and said this is a 2 person job. They rescheduled for Wednesday 8-5. no one showed up. They called and rescheduled for Friday 8-5. No one showed up and no one called. on Monday, week 3, I woke up to a message saying it was rescheduled for Monday (no advanced notice). We waited. no one showed up. The technician called and said Friday. Finally he showed up and did an excellent job. During this process I tried calling every number possible. It all routed to people outside the United States who could not help. I feel sorry for the excellent technicians who have to deal with this horrible company with terrible customer service. Sears cannot avoid their customers by pawning them off on an overseas call center who can't do anything for us! I am giving 3 stars because of the 5 star technician and 0 stars for Sears scheduling and communication. read more

Dwight was fantastic and worked diligently to fix the fridge. However, I will NEVER use Sears again! It took over a month to get the fridge repaired after the initial assessment. Despite escalating the issue three times, I was repeatedly promised a call back that never came. To make matters worse, during my final call, I was told the work order had been marked as completed--when no one had returned to actually fix the fridge. The whole experience was a nightmare. That said, Dwight was exceptional and went above and beyond in his efforts. read more

Sears ordered a part for my refrigerator in November, I got the part mailed to me the end of February. The service man showed up unannounced, I was not home and closed out the repair saying they installed the item. When I called their service department, they informed me the work order was closed out and completed. They said the have one week to install the item after it is received. I am a bed ridden person, I am paralyzed from waist down. My air conditioner stopped working in a hot day. I called for immediate service after spending all night in the unbearable heat (86°F). A tech was suppose to Come, no show. I got a call from him at 5:30 pm saying that he could not make it, he wasn't feeling well. I had to spend another night in the heat. It was the worse time I have ever experienced in Florida. They know in what condition I was in, they didn't even take that into consideration.​ I would definitely NOT recommend SEARS to anyone I know.​ read more

I explained in detail to the representative who arrived at my house what the issues were. All he did was tighten the belt and leave and told me I did not know how to do laundry. This is the third GE all in one unit that I have owned. The first one lasted 14 years the second one lasted 6 years this one has lasted one year. I do small loads I do frequent loads. The fact that he did nothing irritates me because I had to take a day off work. The window for arrival was 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. when I booked the appointment. Who does that? Delroy was A+! Professional, helpful and very courteous. Gave good information. Unfortunately your contact people/800 people gave him BAD information. I specifically informed them of the problem and pointed out two possible situations. Delroy came prepared to replace door seal, not the other option=the hinge. After accessing the problem he pointed out the hinge. A part which is not available. I paid $127 to be told it was not fixable. This is not the Sears I'm familiar with.
