Went here on the weekend, and it was a little out of control. They had to ask me what I ordered several times and it took 15+ minutes longer for my food to come out while my friends already had theirs. Omg, y'all gotta try this place. Perfect homemade bagel and cream cheese, all kinda flavors. They also have sandwiches with Boar's head meats, hot dog, quesadilla, donuts, and more!!!! Went this morning and got the lox bagel, it was delicious! They used to have these at big apple bakery, but the last time I checked they weren't getting their shipments in from NY anymore...also tried one at empire deli and bakery in Leland, but it was not good. I will definitely be back to try some of the other bagels and sandwiches. The staff was friendly. Also, they have a drive thru, which is great. read more

Love this place! The bagels are awesome. Especially the Everything bagel. It's completely COVERED with awesomeness on both sides. Not like many other places where there's just a sprinkle on top that mostly falls off then you cut it. They're also light and fluffy. Not overly doughy. Their breakfast sandwiches are awesome too. The only reason I'm going 4 stars over 5 is because the last time we were there it was a challenge to order a half dozen. It's a bagel store. It should be an issue. However, after a wait, we got 6 piping hot everything bagels that were amazing. The customer service was just a little bit off in them getting to us. Still. Awesome new local spot and they were pretty new when this happened so maybe they're more prepared for dozen and half dozen orders now. read more

Maybe we had a bad dozen but they were all soft. A true bagel shouldn't be able to be squished (bone & raised in NJ). Not great, the sandwhich took forever also with just a fried egg on it. I much prefer Beach Bagels texture and flavor. read more

Coffee was just ok, like gas station coffee. No lattes. Bagels we're very good. Flavored creme cheese (honey walnut) was just ok. There was a taste of veggie in the edge so it seemed like they didn't wipe the knife. read more

I never write bad reviews for restaurants or businesses but I've given this place second chance after second chance and I am so frustrated! I will not return to this establishment. Whether it's sitting at the window for 30 minutes while people are served inside or standing inside and watching orders go out the window and people being served ahead of you who ordered way after you... it's chaos. The second before last experience there I watched two cars whose orders were taken at least 10 minutes after mine go out and the person who ordered after me in line get her food as well while mine just sat on the counter for an additional 10 minutes. More than twice now my order has been messed up and not correct, once the wrong cream cheese and once the wrong bagel. It bums me out because they are close to my house and the food is actually pretty good but the service is intolerable. Last weekend my gf ordered in ahead of time, thinking that would solve some of our problems. She provided her card over the phone for a friend to pick up. They not only messed up her card and couldn't use it to pay for our order, but they WROTE THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER ON THE BAG! So unprofessional and unacceptable. Our friend who picked up our order said he could see the full number with expiration date ON THE BAG SITTING ON THE COUNTER WHEN HE ARRIVED FOR PICK UP. We will know where to look if her information is compromised. read more

Love this place. The staff and owners are so friendly. You feel right at home. The sandwiches were excellent. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak and fries. They piled on the meat on a fresh bagel. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside so yummy. I had the lox with the works. Best lox sandwich I've ever had. The place is spotless. Went to the shop on carolina beach on consecutive days, Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day. On Sunday they were basically out of bagels at 1030 as they have to wait for them to be brought from somewhere else. When the guy showed up w the bagels he basically had one kind. So after 25 minutes waiting because the lady in charge has kids running around doing nothing I got the two bagels I ordered and they were fine. It seems that she is the only one there who can get anything done and she pulls people away to do what she needs. On Memorial Day morning I thought I'd try again. Once again out of bagels so I debated as to whether I would wait. I did right up until as I was the very next person in line the woman in charge pulled the only person running the register away to go in the back and "cut tomatoes right now". There are literally 5 other people working in the back and apparently none of them can cut a tomato... I won't return. Awful management for average bagels read more
