Sunset out the windows of the restaurant!!! Enjoy a vino and your company while waiting !!

12.29.24. Dinner. Club sandwich/ quesadillas/ mozzarella sticks/ cheesecake. $50. Dinner table on the glass overlooking waves / sunset / ocean - priceless. Short staffed so patience is key !! Enjoy the view and who you are there with. Staff for us was friendly and attentive. Even made a special drink for the little one. (Above and beyond and not on menu - how cool is that? Pays to be nice to staff when shorthanded. !! Place was clean and busy. So we liked the price / food and VIEW. go at sunset (early to get a seat on the windows !).

We came here for our anniversary the last weekend in April, and it was such a perfect choice. Seaside Restaurant & Bar might be small, but it's cozy and intimate in the best way. The decor gave total beachy/ocean vibes, relaxed but still nice enough to feel like a treat. My husband ordered the ribeye with a lobster tail, roasted potatoes, and asparagus. I went for the ribeye too, but with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Honestly? Both were incredible. The steaks were cooked exactly the way we asked, no sending anything back, no weird surprises, just really well-executed and flavorful. Our waitress was amazing, super friendly and really attentive without being overbearing. She somehow made the whole evening feel even more special. This was a meal we'll definitely remember, and I'd 100% recommend it for a date night or celebration. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our meal and have to say that we were pleasantly impressed. The food was tasty and served well, our waitress was fantastic and service was on point. The ambiance went well with the restaurant and we enjoyed the view along with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere!

Not super hungry but the views are to die for in the dining room at sunset! Ordered a glass of house Pinot grigio and a bowl of Fisherman's mussels. Spouse had the Pub Club sandwich and a side salad. The food was good, not special but wow those views. We lingered a very long time because they weren't busy and the weather and ocean breezes were spectacular. Service was fun and friendly, in a sophisticated casual way. This is not fine dining, not pretentious, but we enjoyed it a lot! I apologize for no food pics! Only wine and views!

First time being here after three years of working in the northernmost city of California surrounded by the gorgeous pacific west coast oceanfront with the majestic rock islands and probably one of the better views of any restaurants in the lonesome Crescent City area, we came for Friday evening dinner. The free parking lot was half full with easy access to the front door to the grand entrance shared with the lodge! Two ladies working for the hotel lodge were nestled behind the plexiglass were friendly enough and the pool table at the grand entrance was somewhat nice, with a winding stairs to upstairs on the right side of the foyer entrance was rather scenic. The restaurant had a big glass windows overlooking at the most breathtaking westerly sunset over the pacific coast! Beer was very limited to the local Port O' Pint's draft beer in a cold mug for $7. The Margaritas are $8 each but very generous. However the Tequila was not very strong so the friendly waitress gave us extra shot of Tequila for much better tasting Margarita. The fish and chips were generous with plenty of fries as well as three huge deep fried golden cod. The coleslaw was unimpressive however. Their $38 ribeye steak had been marinated in some sweet tasting wine reduction sauce with bacon and mushrooms stuffed in the middle for their specialty steak offering with baked potato versus fries and soup or salad with sautéed vegetables. I was hungry so it was ok. Their clam chowder was delicious but little salty probably due to batch in hotpot keep getting saltier by evaporation. I really liked the white creamy texture and plentiful potatoes in my clam chowder! I definitely recommend this place!

What a view! Great Ambiance and the food was good too. The Salmon was great. The coconut Shrimp was delicious and the Clam Chowder in a bread bowl was good. The service was great! I felt very taken care of!

Service and food were excellent! Just simple and delightful dinner. And the sunset ocean view is priceless.

If you love clam chowder theirs has big chunks of potatoes, carrots and celery. The bread bowl is not sourdough, but was still tasty (more like a biscuit consistency). I enjoyed it, but I also have to note it has a strong bacon flavor (I'm not a fan of), but still pretty good overall. They served locally brewed craft beer too and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Best part was after our meal we went outside to walk our pup (pets are welcome!) and they had benches outside overlooking Pebble Beach AND a full service window where we ordered a couple of beers through and enjoyed while watching the ocean and sunset. The beach is accessible from here too!

They have seaside views but their sea food is entirely fried, overpriced, and likely from Sysco. Do not go. There's no fresh sea food here.

Fettuccine Alfredo was good but god does this place feel like a high school cafeteria - a shame with the view.

Great place for breakfast in Crescent city! They are open for lunch and dinner, we only went there…read morefor breakfast two mornings. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and great breakfast!! Let's just say, if you are a biscuit eater this IS THE place for them! My hubby is from the south and southerns do biscuits. And each time they are off- BUT not at good Harvest , they do biscuits right! Make sure you try them. We get t an order of biscuits and gravy We also had the huevos ranchero - you can get a small or large which is nice. This was amazing and we got it both days! The veggie omelet is also very yummy! Check them out.

Breakfast review: Food: just fine, no complaints. Eggs benny…read morewas tasty and cooked properly with homemade cheese sauce instead of hallondaise. Nice touch. Service: our server was kind and pleasant. Food arrived in a timely manner. Ambiance-average for the coast. I gave a 3 star because, while the breakfast was on par, later on in the day... not so good. We ate breakfast and headed south. Dessert review: On our return trip north at dinner time, we stopped in to get the chocolate cake as we were celebrating our 31st anniversary on 3/19. Husband went in without me and asked for chocolate cake. At first the worker began to cut "unusually small pieces" at ANY price point. My husband spoke up about how small the size. When the worker rung it up, the price was $30 for 2x , yes 2x, let me repeat that...2x pieces of cake!!!!! She had a bad attitude, she was rude, she was put out to provide good service to a paying customer. She justified $30 by saying the cake was from Cheese Cake Factory. I recognize good labor is hard to find on the coast. (I'm certain I've seen this same chocolate cake and cheese cake for sale at our local Grocery Outlet...about $30) I'm sorry for the restaurant that this is the best employee they could find. When my husband came out ... he was p.o.'ed. Then he told me the cake was a few dollars short of our breakfast price and $30 was charged to my card. I FLIPPED A GASKET AND WAS EVEN MORE P.O.'ed. We are locals and we feel SO RIPPED OFF AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! My husband thinks he was hustled and gouged and overcharged BECAUSE HE WAS! Unfortunately, I don't think we'll return. Word to the wise, if the price isn't printed in the menu...buy at your own risk.
