Today we enjoyed lunch at Seasons with an out of town guest. We've eaten there many times prior, but I never left a review. Our food was delicious and our server was very pleasant and attentive. I had the beef tenderloin salad, and believe me, the tenderloin is top notch, perhaps even better than what you may get at more expensive steak eateries. The meat portion was very generous, cooked to medium rare perfection. My husband enjoyed the Kona crusted lamb and our guest loved her salmon. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Great date night! My boyfriend and I split the crab cake mushrooms and the lobster bisque, and then I had the ahi tuna salad and caymus wine flight. Everything was so good the ahi tuna salad was to die for. I've had it other places and they don't stand in comparison. I love the caymus flight as well great wine and I love the flight aspect. Been here many times, and reviews this place a couple times before. It's always going to be a favorite. My star rating today is not 5 only because ordered two meals off the menu and both were out. A group of 4 of us were rated and I had made the reservation about 5 days out. Drinks are top notch as always, had to ask for water twice but it wasn't a big deal... I could see the restaurant was packed and I think management didn't plan correctly for a Saturday evening. When we placed our orders, I wanted the rotisserie half chicken, I was told they were out. Then ordered the lamb, only to find out from our server upon her return, that they were out of it too, my friend ordered the sea bass so I said I'll do that too, server came back and they're out of the sea bass as well. Settled for salmon (which I didn't really want to order) and my friend got pork chop. Other friends were set. Desserts also top notch. Service was good. So my disappointment was that they didn't have main dinner items available to order. read more

I have been here a few times and I believe their theme is a seasonally changing menu. I had their scallops while my mom had their filet mignon and lobster tail. Five stars for the kitchen...but the rest... I've had Seasons 52 in my Yelp Bookmarks for a while. The Happy Hour specials (Monday-Thursday) looked appealing. A glass of wine AND a flatbread pizza for $12? Sign me up! When I realized that it was at Biltmore Fashion Park, I was a little bummed. Parking is always challenging here, but Seasons 52 does offer valet parking. When I entered the restaurant, the "host" was less than friendly. She looked annoyed to have to face another "guest" despite the fact that they weren't particularly slammed (career tip: consider a less people-facing position). While Happy Hour is available throughout the restaurant, I choose to sit at the bar. Kudos to them for having actually comfortable seats at the bar. You want to linger and keep ordering drinks (point of a place that offer 52 different types of wine by the glass?!). The interior of the restaurant is classy and sophisticated. Likewise, the clientele trends this way (dress up a touch). Unfortunately, things started to go downward from here. I should point out that sitting next to us was a highly inebriated customer who got more belligerent as the night wore on (and wore on...). I don't know if her presence threw off the staff's game, but what we experienced was unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. We only got menus because they were sitting there. Basically, we sat there for 10 minutes, unacknowledged, until I flagged down (ignites SOS signal) for a bartender to come over. Even after the order was placed, no glasses of water, no cutlery and napkins, no nothing. When the flatbread pizzas did arrive, we were blown away. The size, quality, and appearance were incredible. It was one of the best things I've eaten in quite a while. Likewise for the meatballs we added. The kitchen is killing it. BUT...we never got plates. We only got cutlery for the meatballs when we asked for it. I get that staffing is a problem, but Seasons 52 looked well-staffed to me. These weren't even training issues; they were simple common sense. No one cleared away our dirty dishes (and gross crumbs that we were forced to leave) despite walking by many times. The guests of this establishment deserve better. Again, I don't know if the tipsy customer made this an outlier event. Would I go back and try again? Yes. But things must improve. read more

The bartenders took a while to get our drinks and we sat for about 30 minutes before they came around to take our order for food even though we told them we were there for food so that was a little bit annoying. The tuna tartare appetizer was amazing highly recommend the Seabass was also amazing highly recommend.unfortunately our food came out with the wrong order and we only got one dish at a time and our risotto was undercooked as well and management or the bartenders did not acknowledge it, which was disappointing. I have been to this restaurant several times now. It's one of my families favorites. It's a beautiful restaurant and huge. They are great for accommodating large parties. We were there for Mother's day in 2023 with a very large group. They put us in a section all by ourselves. It was so nice. I've had several dishes and all were so good. The trout, the soups are really good. And their Mother's Day brunch is also nice. A few selections that are not on their regular menu. We will be going again this Mother's Day. read more

Went to a work happy hour meet and greet event last night at Seasons 52. It been a while since I have been there. Note to self, don't let it be such a long time until my next visit!! The service was otstanding, the staff did an outsatnding job keeping the tables clear and were incredibly friendly and helpful! The appetizer table was absolutely delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops were perfectly cooked, tender and delicious. The flatbreads, slow roasted meatballs, avacodo toast, steak and chicken were also incredible. The dessert minis are perfectly sized and give you just the right amount of a sweetness to finish the meal! At Seasons 52 - Phoenix -- This restaurant so far has been the best we've eaten at while in Arizona! We had a reservation, they asked if it was a special occasion we told them. They gave us a hand written anniversary card with some freebies and free dessert that almost made me comatose because it was that delicious! It's a rare thing anymore to dine out. So on the occasion of my husbands birthday I wanted a special dinner for him. Seasons 52 delivered in taste, ambience, service and of course social distancing and masked servers. We had the flatbread appetizer to start and it was delicious. It had just the right amount of crunch and toppings. Hubby went with the shrimp and grits. He enjoyed every bite. I enjoyed my Chilean sea bass. These are dishes we never make at home so that was an added treat. Mike also had a side of crab polenta. The manager dropped off a lovely birthday card for Mike and a free flatbread coupon for the next visit. Our service was excellent and the shotgun desserts were not only beautiful to look at but just the right amount of sweet, I highly recommend going to this establishment! So impressed with our last visit! Decided to do curbside since we are still iffy with this whole COVID thing. Celebrating a birthday, and the guest of honor wanted Seasons 52! Today did not disappoint. The ordering system is so easy to use and you can pre-order, pay with credit or even a gift card. There is space to make requests, like putting something on the side. They followed every request to a tee! They even included a birthday dessert and a card with a coupon for our next visit. Super sweet! The staff really made an effort to go above and beyond and make the meal special in spite of curbside. Super easy to find curbside parking out front, their process makes it easy. Also the meal was right on time. The lady who came out made sure we had everything and nothing was missed. So pleasant! The food was cooked to perfection, packed exceptionally well to avoid and spills or messes. This was flawless execution. Season 52 has been a favorite restaurant for decades. We love the ambience, always a place where you can have a conversation. We have been enjoying this classic restaurant since the days of the piano player in the bar, literally in the interior of the bar! Very few times have we been disappointed in the food or our service. This Thanksgiving, I decided to make reservations for me and my husband since we Found ourselves alone this year. Not many choices on opened restaurants for Thanksgiving. Upon arriving to a multitude of people waiting outside, we found ourselves waiting for over a half hour. We were patient and The staff seemed to have it under control. Our disappointment was with the quantity and quality of the overpriced thanksgiving meal. My meal consisted of two very small slices of breast meat and a clump of dry grizzly dark meat. Little gravy on top of extremely small portions of stuffing and mashed potato. Normally, I would be taking home some leftovers, but in this case I was actually still hungry after the ridiculously small portions. Even my dollop of cranberry sauce Made me think that perhaps they made a mistake and brought me a child's plate! Upon exiting, I saw Much larger servings being delivered. They were swamped with people waiting therefore I did not mention My personal disappointment. I hope to have a response from the management of seasons 52. We have experienced many managers over the 30+ years and I Believe Adam will respond to our review. One negative in our hundreds of visits will never disqualify our future appearance. read more

Had dinner at Seasons last night. Called in for a reservation last minute but they were able to accommodate and we sat as soon as we got there. The restaurant seemed pretty empty for a Friday night but it just made for a more quiet and pleasant dinner. Steven was our waiter and he was great. He was attentive and charismatic. To drink, we tried some of their seasonal drinks, the New Old Fashioned and Cucumber Basil Smash. We started off with the Ahi Tuna Tartare and for the entrees we ordered the Filet Mignon with Maine Lobster Tail and the Wood-Grilled Boneless Rainbow Trout. We finished off with the Key Lime Pie and Cookies & Cream mini desserts and I had an espresso as well. Everything was delicious and the service was on point. My wife and I had the privilege of celebrating a very special occasion last night at Seasons 52 on Camelback in Phoenix. We like Seasons 52 because their offerings are wood-fired, fresh and delicious without an excessive amount of calories, which is important to us. Our patio seating was green and pleasant, and far away from the traffic inviting conversation. Sounds from the other diners were quiet and not intrusive. Our server Dee was pleasant, present and competent. She was so helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions that by the end of the evening she seemed like a friend. We ordered lump crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms; moist, hot and delicious. My wife had a cup of Lobster Bisque. It was delicious and much better than the offering she had just last week at another restaurant. She also chose the wood-grilled filet mignon, which seems like a classic choice but was dangerous because she likes her meat well done. Not to worry, the kitchen handled the wood-grilled treatment with just the right amount of control to present an attractive and delicious result. Just the way she wanted it. I was having a difficult time deciding between the grilled scallops and wood-grilled dry rubbed pork chop. Our server helpfully suggested the pork chop with scallops as a side. Pared with a glass of wine, this turned out to be a perfect solution. With a cup of coffee, delightful company and a light desert our evening was complete. This is the perfect restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, or to just celebrate life. Which with their help becomes a special occasion too, as well it should. We used to love Seasons 52 and went almost weekly in Illinois. We have been to the Phoenix location a few times now. Tonight I had the Filet and my husband had Trout. They were both good. Our server Matt was very nice. I think I used to be more impressed by our meals. It's hard to compete near Scottsdale and all it's amazing choices to eat. If you want to make it in AZ you need to bring a pretty special meal. We enjoyed our meal but it will not be the first place we think of next time we are looking for a nicer evening out. read more

Seasons 52 never disappoints. This was one of my favorite places in Indy so it was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday. I kept it light and had lobster bisque, a crab cake and shrimp skewer, everything was great! Hubs had a steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes, he's still talking about how good it was. Went here to celebrate a birthday a few weeks ago. Has quite a grand entrance, but more of a casual feel inside. For some reason we were expecting it to be more of a fine dining setting, but it isn't quite like that. Anyways, for it not being as fine dining the food was pretty good. Imagine it having the same foods as a steakhouse, but MUCH cheaper and still delicious. We each got a cocktail, soup, appetizer, entree, Side and dessert for 155$. The mushroom soup was better than the lobster bisque in my opinion. It was thick and creamy and had good umami flavors to it. The beet salad was delicious ( can really mess that up) , the tuna tartare was also quite good and very generously portioned, and the sea bass was the star in my opinion. It has an amazing crust and was moist and delicious. The bed of rice and the truffle risotto leaves much to be desired, but the fish was awesome. The dessert if presented on this wheel of sorts and you get to pick which you would like.. I thought that was cool. If you get dessert, do the KEY LIME PIE. Amazing little dessert that wasn't too heavy but my oh my was it delicious. If you're looking for something casual where you can get a lot of good food for rather inexpensive, come here. read more

We had a reservation on a Sunday for restaurant week. We were able to be sitter right away, most of the tables in the dinning area were already full. Service was great and at tentative. The dinning area was dimly lit providing an intimate and warm setting. I got the impression that this is more of a "dressy" restaurant, but they do not have an active dress code. We went on a weekend night without a reservation and were able to get in pretty quickly. It was easy to find and lots of available parking.
