I hate to write this kind of review, but it needs to be said. The last few times I have been in this business, the employees have demonstrated poor attitudes. Judging by several earlier reviews, it seems my experiences are consistent with what has already been said. In my most recent experience, an older white woman could not have demonstrated a more unwelcoming, uncaring attitude for no reason. In effect, I politely requested heavy cream for an espresso. When asked, she replied yes. Yet, she subsequently hands me a half and half carton. I then stated that this is not heavy cream, and she launched into a condescending sermon about how half and half is basically heavy cream and how it comes straight from the cow, etc. Obviously, she had no idea what she was talking about. When I corrected her about sugar content etc., she became even more unpleasant because she had no logical response, so she concluded by pointing to the back of the store for me to buy some. Well-done, lady! Way to take good care of a 20 year casino bartender, Lake Las Vegas resident who was fully prepared to offer a gratuity. Nice having a tip can out with that kind of attitude. No thank you, no expression of gratitude, no apology for the inconvenience, not even a smile. On top of that, she was struggling to ring in drinks correctly. Probably one of the most unpleasant store employees I have encountered in years. Considering their fairly aggressive price points and customer base, it's very surprising and disappointing that Seasons would employ such an unremarkable employee. She clearly hates her job and has no business interacting with the public. Nothing worse than an incompetent, unpleasant employee. I advise the manager or owner to share this review with her in its entirety. That being said, I expressed my concerns to a manager on duty and it seemed to be well-received. Important to note, however, I have also directly witnessed employees treat certain groups of customers much differently than others: For example, there is a large number of construction workers who routinely come in and I have seen workers basically ignore them or barely greet them with any discernible measure of enthusiasm; yet, when older, well-dressed people of a certain background entered, it was often much different. Let's just say much more welcoming enthusiasm, eye-contact, and formal language. Put simply, it seemed more like hospitality as opposed to plain service. Comparatively speaking, these people were treated like first class citizens. Interestingly enough, I bet those construction workers consistently spend much more money in there than anyone else. And I say all of this as someone who is extremely pro-business! read more

As I long time homeowner in Lake Las Vegas, I am extremely happy this market is here! It is well stocked with great service and I regularly shop there. I was in today and thanked them again for controlling their parking so residents can actually use the market. I was told that about 1/2 the residents have been complaining about not being able to use the market's Parking spaces for longer parking!- all I can say is those people have to be among the most self entitled on the planet. Everyone that lives in LLV is lucky to have this great and convenient market and I encourage all my fellow LLV residents to regularly patronize it. There is more then enough parking in the garage for anyone planning on dining or enjoying the water sports- stop being rude and start acknowledging how lucky we are that the market is here! read more

Returned THREE rotten salads. They were 50% off, but that's not an excuse for selling rotten food. When my husband returned to the store for exchange, they made sure he was charged the other 50% of the price. WTH. They sold ROTTEN , STICKY food. And when the customer returned for an exchange they should've said SORRY, and give us the good ones for FREE OF CHARGE. Don't go to this store. We'll never return. read more

A grocery store that ORGANIC + non-gmo items as well as your regular conventional brands. In terms of Organics/natural/non-gmo they have That's it bars, organic peanut butter, oats, cereal, coconut milk, almond milk, lentils, chicken breast, frozen peas, mango and pineapple and more! Most of the staff here is very rude, ESPECIALLY the older woman with the long blonde hair. They never say hello, and forget about receiving a thank you or have a nice day. I ordered a iced chai tea from the bakery area and it was the worst! I also got a very small muffin that was more than $4.00 and tasted like cardboard. Aside from all of that, the store is very charming and in a beautiful location. Other than the the produce and bakery, the prices are decent. The owner/ manager of this store, needs to get herself over to this store...We've been staying locally for 5 weeks and have seen so many problems. 1- Though they close at 9, orange juice and hot chocolate is turned off at 7 for cleaning so, you can't buy anymore after 7. Loosing money for two hours. 2- I've gone in for fresh OJ several x to find they don't have the oranges washed and ready for the machine...then, you have to wait for them to get it ready. I've watched while they chit chat with each other and don't prepare food for service...This also happens with not chocolate ...regularly. 3- they run out of soup and don't make more..., though they have packets of it and all they have to do it make more. We sat there for 90 minutes drinking coffee and chatting, We had been told no more soup. It was only 4pm. After us, several others came in for soup. It turned out they had these small bags of it and. Hold have heated some up, but chose not to. Lazy employees...poor Management. I'm surprised them make money. 4- Horrible customer service with their female employees who will talk back to you ...consistently....and argue with seniors...They need retraining 5- high prices. read more

This isn't a market where you can do your weekly grocery shopping but none the less it was badly needed at LLV. It's obvious it should survive based on how busy it has become on the weekends and during special events. I stopped here on 3/18/2017 about 6:00pm (day after St. Patrick's) and the check-out line was non-stop with most customers purchasing just a few items. So the wait to pay could get long on busy weekends especially with just one clerk. Dedicated parking is available but I doubt all parking here are in the store. Security was parked across from the parking spots but his location actually made it more difficult to utilize the spaces since it's narrow already. I guess he wanted to intimidate folks not to go over the allotted time of 30 minutes. Anyway, I was browsing near one of the double doors along the lake side of the building and 2 men entered and walked past me into the stock room. I received unwanted attention from the 2nd man walking past me. Then I noticed the back of his shirt said "marina employee". So I don't know if he worked at the marina or he's just a fan. Having the Mint self-serve cleaners at this location is really great and is an added plus to this new store. I wish them much luck! read more

Visiting friends here who walk their dog about a mile to the market every morning for coffee. The almond croissant is definitely worth the walk. It is a friendly environment with a great view and outdoor tables as well as comfortable indoor chairs. Clean bathrooms. read more

Newly renovated, very clean, and exceptionally courteous and engaging staff. Great prepared foods, meat and cheese section, coffee bar, as well as fresh juicing machine. Good wine and organic food selection. Has all the necessities you would want from a grocery store...and dropping off dry cleaning here at the Mint Lockers takes 60 seconds. Love this place! Not only is it a market (think a bit smaller than Trader Joe's but well stocked) but it also has a coffee/pastry shop encompassed in it. Furthermore, you can grab some coffee, wine, and picnic food and eat it out on the floating (and covered!) dining area on the lake (which we did!). Quite a unique experience. Customer service and the food were also excellent! read more

The cashier Angela racially profiled my boyfriend & I as we were about to check out. We went in for a quick snack before going to the Water Sports Park & as I was headed to check out I noticed that they served food, so as I was looking at the menu the cashier by the name of Angela kept telling me she could take my items...I then told her I wanted to order a sandwich & she said ,"yeah but I can ring you up here." As though she was alluding that I was about to take items I had without paying. She then said they rang all the items together which (DUHHH that's what you do when you're completing your purchase) if she had taken my sandwich order then she would ring everything up, but she didn't even get to that point without being persistent with making sure I paid for my chips & guac first. The manager Aaron was there & when I asked for a direct number to corporate I was told their wasn't one (like google doesn't exist). All in all, horrible first impression in which was a convenient store to shop in.i left my items at the register because I refuse to give my money to any establishment that has employees like that. read more

Seasons Market is a great place, especially if you need last minute items or want a treat. It's a great addition to Lake Las Vegas and they have specialty cheeses and other items you cannot find in a regular market. They have the best ice cream that markets don't carry and it's a big tub for $4.99, with specialty flavors. The staff are all very friendly and are always willing to help. Sometimes they have free wine tastings which are always a treat. Walk outside and there's plenty of seating with a lakeside view. Can't beat that! read more
