    Delicious fish tacos

Wonderful seafood restaurant with fast and friendly service! We had delicious fish tacos and hearty clam chowder; we left full and happy!

Captains Platter. Very disappointed with how bare this was for the price. I will be reconsidering going here in the future

I first want to start with this rating by advising everyone here that I have been a huge fan of Seattle Fish Company for years. I often order take out and I do have my food delivered via Uber Eats occasionally. Tonight I ordered the captains platter. It's my favorite thing to order from here. However, the order tonight was extremely bare. Lacked fries, had one fillet of fish, two oysters and a couple calamari rings. It appears they just threw this together. This has not been the case in the past. It's very unfortunate, and my first negative experience with this place. I hope they aren't falling on hard times. But I'll be reconsidering and recommending other establishments before them in the future

A bit of a hole in the wall with some surprisingly good fish tacos. It's not fancy but the fish was tasty! Ordered fish and chips - with choice of cod, halibut or salmon. Stuck with the classic cod which was flakey and perfect. But the real hit was the fish tacos packed to the brim with salmon, cod and ?? I forgot the third one - but don't let that stop you from ordering it. Delicious!

Best Clam Chowda in Seattle... When I'm in the need for a hot bowl of chowder I'm compelled to visit Seattle Fish Co in West Seattle. This market also doubles as a restaurant serving superior quality seafood. Upon entering I'm always greeted by super friendly fish monger who'll take my order. However he always asks what kinda Chowda I'm desiring. I'm like come on man is there any other type of Chowda other than New England clam chowder. Super thick & creamy in a hearty bowl with an abundance of chunks of clams & potato's. As Jerry Seinfeld say's to Kenny Bania " THE SOUP IS THE MEAL " and believe me after devouring a bowl you'll be ready for a nap.. Not that it needs it but you'll receive a bag of oyster crackers which I use.. Watch my video to see how chunky my chowder is while it tumbles off my spoon. If you're looking for other seafood while you dine they have many items but that's a discovery for you to make, cause to me it's all about the chowda. Anyways you find enough seating in the front of the place to dine or in the summer a few tables outside.. Now it's time for you to enjoy a bowl like your good buddy FRANK has today...

Came here the other day for dinner for happy hour and it was empty. I ordered 4 oyster shooters and steamed clams. The oyster shooter came shucked with cocktail sauce on the bottom. Each one seemed like they weren't cleaned bc each one tasted like they had sand in them which was off putting. The clams however were tasty and cleaned. The broth was delicious and the toasted crunchy bread tasted amazing with it. The service was great from beginning to end! She was patient and helped me with every question since it was my first time.

Found this place near by our AirBnB and we enjoyed for dinner. We togo their soups and fish and chips for dinner. It was perfect choice for the cold weather. Fish and chips were crispy and not too greasy. Loved their cioppino, it helped to balance with fried dishes and creamy soup. They are located in the downtown so you can also explore the area while waiting for food. Staffs were friendly and they recommended their favorite dishes for us when we asked.

We come here EVERY TIME we are in Seattle. Our friend from the area recommended this place and every time it's as good as the last. We are creatures of habit and get the taco special. The fish is delish but shrimp has been our favorite. Expect to use plenty of paper towels, it's messy but oh so good! You get such a good value vs what you get. The clam chowder rocks. It actually tastes like it has clams vs most places I feel like I just get potato soup. Lastly, the service. Everyone has always been nice and the food comes out fast. Hard to beat a place like this.

Captain's platter. 3 fried items with fish. I chose clans, oysters and halibut. Delicious.

We absolutely love this family owned restaurant and fish market. The food is well prepared and reasonably priced. This is the best fish house in West Seattle and possibly the city. Best customer service and truly inclusive. I always feel welcomed. If dining in the restaurant enjoy a nice beer. They have an awesome selection. Yes there is a TV there to catch the local sports game. Highly recommended when visiting Seattle.

Excellent place to try local seafood. Market gives off the perfect vibe for a fresh bite to eat. Clam chowder was our favorite and we were seated right away.

Salmon chowder, robustly flavorful, the potato gives this heartiness

Just outside of where the Farmers Market sits we happened across what might be a West Seattle institution. Part fish market and casual restaurant, this was a perfect snack during a cold afternoon. We had the salmon chowder and cioppino. The gamble was that being a fish market that these two chowders would be packed with goodness. They did not disappoint. We will be back, potentially religiously, for this treat. Yum

Excellent Cioppino! It was full of salmon, shrimp, mussels and clams and tasted so fresh. Great service from the friendly owner. Thiis my first time here and i will be a regular for sure.

Food: So scrumptious and delicious. I may have gone a little ham on ordering lol. The crab cakes were divine and I appreciate that it was not heavily breaded and I could taste the crab. The poutine was my favorite, I even risk my lactose intolerance for this. Crispy fries, some sort of clam chowder sauce, the cheese curds omg. So delicious! Service: order at the county and they bring the food to you. Ambiance: clean, open and cozy.

Fresh vegetables, fruit, amazing cider, meat, cheese, fresh oysters, fresh mushrooms, bread and baked goods. And, of course, gorgeous fresh flowers!! The prices are the same as the other chains in the area - still too much but average for West Seattle. I'll keep driving to Winco in Kent & Using Costco for my major grocery shopping. Prawns were my favorite part of the meal. Perfectly cooked. Coleslaw was pretty good, a little sweet, and helped cut all the oil. Cod and prawns were crunchy and not overly oily. My bf got the 3 piece cod which came with fries. The fries were dry, which means they were probably over fried. Clam chowder was pretty darn good. Mac n cheese was good but ultimately it reminded me of the mac n cheese I'd eat as a kid from frozen TV dinners, which made me nostalgic so not sure how to feel. Think I saw someone else say the pasta was overcooked. I wouldn't say it's overcooked but it's not al dente either. Tartar sauce is not free here! 79 cents each. I would recommend TWO containers for 1 order. I got 1 serving of tartar, which came with the special, and it was not enough for 2 piece cod + 3 prawns. We ordered another 1 serving of tartar for my bf and it was not enough for his 3 piece cod either. Overall my bf and I both separately came to the conclusion that it feels "homemade". Like stuff a family would make at home.
