What amazing service and high quality fish that is served here! It is organized and well maintained around the store. Plus, there's plenty of samples of fish and other goodies! The employee helping my friend and I was so kind and helpful. He gave us recommendations and overall provided a great experience. Food was beyond... FANTASTIC. I am dreaming to come back to this place. High quality everything. My friend and I shared a 2 protein poke bowl and the salmon panini. Definitely two amazing things you could order here. I wish I took pictures but we absolutely scarfed down the food. LOL. Please give this place a shot when in Seattle! Amazing is an understatement about this spot. (PS, Look at their refrigerator and try out their hawaiian sodas, SO GOOD, and their ice cream!!!!)

Pulled up for a late lunch on a Saturday around 1:15PM and found a bit of a line piling up the door. Seattle Fish Guys is a small store with very limited indoor seating and a couple of picnic tables outside for when the weather is nice. Overall, it is a little pricey, but still an authentic Hawaiian poke experience, which can be hard to find in Seattle proper. Sweet Shoyu Salmon (4.25/5): Salmon is fatty and almost melt in your mouth with a perfectly balance between sweet and savory. Onions add a bit of tang and overall a pretty perfect poke. Creamy Spicy Tuna (3.25/5): The texture on the tuna was just much less satisfying and this poke kind of just tasted overwhelmingly of sriracha. Definitely go for the salmon instead. Smoked Salmon Mac Salad (4/5): Not the creamy mac salad I was expecting, but instead a drying mac salad with a very generous amount of smoked salmon flaked in it. Definitely the boujee-est side I've gotten at a poke shop!

I've been wanting to try Seattle Fish Guys since coming to Seattle and it definitely lived up to the hype. The fish is very fresh and smooth. We got the sashimi plate with seaweed salad and rice. The seaweed salad wasn't anything too special, but the slices of fish were delicious. Each tasted so smooth and fresh. It paired nicely with the fish and I definitely would want to try their poke bowl. It's pretty reasonably priced for the quality and size of each slice. There's an underground garage and it was free to park there.

Seattle Fish Guys What can I say? This spot came highly recommended by the bride, and it did not disappoint! If you're looking for fresh seafood, this is the place. Inside, you'll find an amazing selection of fresh seafood, including salmon belly, large fresh prawns, fresh poke, and so many Hawaiian-inspired favorites even tempura batter and other specialty items. I stopped by to pick up some salmon belly to bring home, and I can't wait to cook it! If you're a seafood lover, I definitely recommend adding Seattle Fish Guys to your list.

Two scoop plate (sweet shoyu salmon + avocado ahi + mac salad)
    Melinda C.

Avocado ahi was good, but $30 after tax for a two scoop plate is too much in my opinion (recent price increase) - especially when there aren't leftovers :( Not many non-spicy salmon options except for sweet shoyu which was sickeningly sweet after a couple bites. The brown rice honestly tasted a bit old. However the crab mac salad was very unique and I loved that with the fish. Service was just ok. Makes me appreciate Jus' Poke in torrance, california more (half the price with better side options).

Quality of fish here is unmatched! We ordered poke, sushi bombs, and their sashimi plate. It all came out to be about $65 but honestly the quality and portions I felt were well worth the price. Their yellow tail and salmon here are especially fresh, I absolutely loved them. You walk in and choose everything, and there's tables outside. Service is nice and quick to serve! Poke bowls come with rice or salad and a side you get to choose.

Ordered the Avocado poke with crab salad, it was very fresh. The $1 spam masubi and $2.99 shrimp tempura was a delicious. Will definitely come back when I'm in town. Underground free parking is very convenient.

I saw a video on this so I had to come. We ordered the poke plate, clam chowder, and salmon belly. We chose salmon and tuna poke and let me tell you, the chunks are huge!! So fresh and so delicious. The clam chowder was my second favorite and I would choose this clam chowder over Pike's. I thought the salmon belly wasn't bad, but it didn't live up to the price tag. It was the most expensive thing we got and my least favorite. Overall, get the poke and the clam chowder!!

Came here for poke and was not disappointed! I wish I came here sooner! Fish was super fresh and well marinated with really amazing portion sizes for the prices. Service was incredibly friendly and truly felt like a local business. They also sell lots of other fishy items and also Hawaiian/Japanese items. Outdoor seating on benches. Wear clothes you don't really care about when you go in because we were in there briefly but our clothes smelled fishy afterwards!

This is one of the regulars in my monthly rotation. I love going to Seattle Fish Guys for their delicious poke and fresh seafood. Their salmon is especially excellent quality, and I love the yuzu salmon poke. I love getting a side of the unagi / eel as well. The choose-three poke is a huge portion and enough to feed two people - it's my go to. It's a counter service casual place with a few tables inside and outside. They have several parking spots in the basement as well. Definitely add this place to your list!!

Best Mac salad in town- hands down. They prepare it with smoked salmon Great poke selection always fresh and flavorful. Portion sizes are generous. They also pack and sell fresh seafood (sushi grade quality) along with other Asian snacks and misc other grocery island items such as furikake and sesame oils etc....They also carry single serving portions of cakes and other desserts from Patrick's Bakery and Hood Famous to name a few. This place is usually always busy with a line going out the door but it goes by fast. Best place for poke outside of Hawai'i. Here'sa tip: if you can't find parking on the street level, there is parking down below in the garage.

Love the poke here. Service was fast. Ambiance felt like a home corner store. I got the spicy ahi w/ brown rice and Mac. My wife got the spicy salmon w/ white rice and Mac. We also got a side of crab salad. Love it.

Quality/Quantity - Scallop Poke $4.80 - This was the "wild card," as you can tell we got the least of this. But it was a hit with most/all of us. Seaweed Salad $5.50 - I feel the Costco one is just as good if not better. Tako Poke $15 - My choice, love that octopus! Tuna Poke $12.50 - What beautiful color, see pictures. I hope it was not dyed. Salmon Poke $27.99 - The hit of the options. And we have a few people that do not like salmon, but still ate this up! Glad we got a pound of this. White Rice $6 - We got two orders. As light eaters, including our guest, one would have been enough. Ambiance - Small place. Very small indoor seating, plenty of outdoor seating. One unisex restroom. Service - Counter service. Many samples - Do not be greedy, one sample per person. Price - $76 which included the 3% credit card charge. Expensive but worth it, as it has been over a year since we have been back to the HI islands. And if you are following, you know we spend approximately 2 months (not on a single trip) a year there. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success. We have taken a break from the islands, so this was a very positive reminder. Hopefully in 2026 we will go back to Maui. Follow my travels.

Do they have uni available in October?

Sal says October is the start of uni season. Check the 'gram for updates!

What is the parking situation? It says on here that it's garage? Is that true and do you have to pay to use the garage?

No, you don’t need to pay. The garage entry is an under ground. You will need to take the elevator back up and walk outside then next door.

Do you have gluten free poke?

I believe if you ask they will use tamarind instead soy sauce.

    Is it dog friendly?

In the warmer months they have an outdoor seating area that allows dogs.

    When is the uni season?

    It's just starting!

How much is Dungeness crab by pass he pound?

I would think it's a market price kind of question probably best addressed by Seattle fish guys. You may just want to give them a call and find out before you head over.

But the lunch omakase special is what I really wanted I think. But even so. The poke bowl was mixed. I have to unfortunately knock off the stars/taste because the rice I got was literally the worst rice I've ever had touching raw fish. The rice was like hard and stale. I even had a clump that looked like it was the burnt part from leaving it on the cooker for too long and it couldn't bite it. I know this place is for the fish, but there's a bare minimum expectation on rice quality. And the fish itself was good? Maybe cuz it's the poke and not the omakase (so mixed chopped pieces) but there were pieces that tasted super fresh and delicious and then there were pieces that had so much tendon I couldn't bite through it. The folks there were super nice and friendly especially since I had no idea what to order. Just wish I was more delighted by the meal, especially cuz it was like $18 poke bowl. I'll give it another try with hopes it's better next time.

What immediately caught our attention (for obvious reasons) was the bold sign: LIVE KING CRAB. We walked in and were instantly impressed. Large water tanks filled with live Dungeness crab and live king crab, crystal-clear water, and absolutely no fishy smell--always an excellent sign. The space feels more like a clean, well-run warehouse set up for both wholesale and retail, not a typical seafood market. A gentleman working there quickly came over and started chatting with us about crab. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide selection: live, fresh, and frozen crab, Japanese scallops, fish, and a variety of shellfish. We considered the live king crab, but it was honestly too big for the two of us to handle in a hotel kitchen--and definitely would've been a splurge. So, plan B: I called my sister-in-law to see if she'd like some frozen king crab legs. She said yes immediately. The gentleman showed us the frozen options, and the king crab legs were long, meaty, and impressive--similar in size to what Costco carries, but priced better. We ended up negotiating a great deal and purchased a box of their Party Pack King Jumbo Crab Legs for her. Later that evening, she surprised her daughter with a king crab birthday dinner, and they reported the legs were super meaty and absolutely delicious. Safe to say, we'll definitely keep Seattle Seafood Center in mind for future seafood splurges. If you love high-quality seafood and especially crab, this place is worth a stop--even if it's an unplanned one.

This place does it decently well at average prices. About $15-18 for a sushi burrito, about $3 surcharge ordering via Uber Eats (but sometimes have 35% discount which I took advantage of to make it cheaper than retail). I got the S1 Titan Crunchy sushi burrito and a make your own with salmon and other offerings (which ended up to be cheaper than the S3 Aloha Salmon that I also wanted to try, and also was able to add more of the toppings I wanted on top of what was in the preset S3 Aloha Salmon). Both sushi burritos came in a neat rectangular box that you can open in the middle, and it is precut nicely. I thoroughly enjoyed the salmon sushi burrito as all the ingredients are present with good amounts and the salmon was quite fresh. Also, the topping to sushi rice ratio was good as there was a lot more toppings. However, I took off a star because the S1 Titan Crunchy which had surimi crab and tempura shrimp, had the shrimp tail included which made for very strange texture when I munched the burrito. It would have been really appreciated to not include the shrimp tail shell since while it can be edible, it was a bit tough and did not mix well. Also, the crunch around the rice was pretty soft - not crunchy at all. Between the 2 burritos, I love the salmon one a lot more and would recommend that. However, if you don't like raw fish, the S1 Titan Crunchy is a good choice.
