I don't see the hype. It's like an organic Meow Wolf exhibit, but the employees are mad at you. A place where sad highschoolers deliver you above average-food. -Fresh Produce: The people that work there are like pissed off Trader Joe workers. In the evening, the visual and auditory stimuli is overwhelming (too many and different strengths of lights). It's more relaxing during the earlier hours. People working in fresh produce have extreme customer service burn out. They look at you like they've seen you steal corn in a past life. -Food Bar: Their live pasta game is weak, undercooked, served below ideal temperature, too much garlic powder not enough actual garlic or food talent. If you haven't eaten a "meat lovers" pizza from Palumbo's or at the Twisted Sheep Brewery before you will think their thin crust pizza is good. Steak looked and smelled mighty delicious, but we did not try it. The middle aged people in the meat department are the most upbeat. -Bakery: Their bakery is better than Publix, (I consider Publix bakery to be a hit or miss with a emphasis on the miss). I had Seed to Fables chocolate banana croissant and banana tasted rotten. I don't believe the expiration date they had on the packaged; it tasted putrid. The Buckeyes are a fondant, if you're from Ohio you will hate them. Tiny Lemon meringue and apple pie are delightful. Overall I'd give them 1 star above Publix bakery esp considering that the employees have a bad case of the stare-and-glare as well. I'm not going out of my way to come back to the bakery, it wasn't that fresh or delicious. -Coffee: better than Starbucks! Enjoyed the heck out of my beverage(cortadito) the quality is so pleasant. But once again, their young work force in all departments have stinky attitudes that you smell before the coffee. -Amenities: They're CLEAN,spacious bathrooms rival Whole Food's. There is too many options as to where you can sit down, pay for stuff and eat at but I think I could get used to it. It's confusing and stressful for a first timer. I think it could be a fun date place. There's a lot of good ideas at work, but where they take their biggest hit in ratings is hiring people that glare or smirk at you. Makes the friendly greenness very uncomfortable. The quality in customer service largely impacts the perception of the quality of the product being sold. This would have been 4 stars if the customer service wasn't 60% hostile. -Frozen food selection is a little disappointing. Much like Publix, but with better presentation and a little smaller. Trader Joe's has a better frozen section. -Their sauce selection is impressive, but upon closer observation you will see they don't have a lot of variety, they have a lot of the same sauce in different places. The concept is great and if they learn better customer service it would be an unbelievable concept. They are focused on volume and not customer service. Caution yourself to purchase a really nice steak in their butcher department and they cook it to proper temp. I purchased a $70 steak and wanted it to be cooked medium rare. The steak ended up well done and two managers argued it was medium rare. Bill and Tracy were awful and Tracy told me she was a trained culinary expert and the steak was definitely medium rare eventhough the center was brown. While visiting family in Naples this place is all they talked about. Its a grocery store meets food court meets bar. An interesting concept to say the least. They have a very political sign out front and Seed to Table has been in the news for the owners views on Covid and refusing to enforce mask wearing by customers or employees. Politics aside, if I wasn't fully vaccinated I never would have gone in to this place. The parking lot is huge but we still had a hard time finding parking. It was absolutely packed at 5:30 PM with 90% of people, including many families with small children not wearing masks. The grocery store is up front, food court in the back and the bar with live music is on the second level. We went to the meat department and picked out our steaks. Then came the long line (waited over 30 mins) to get them cooked. They ask what sides you want and how you want your steak cooked. I told them med rare and got a loaded baked potato. It took us a while to find an open table and it still took another 30 minutes to get our food. The steak was cooked well done and was like leather. No one comes by to check how your food is or if it was cooked properly. After a couple bites we just left. This is one place I wish I never went to and definitely would not return to. read more

Really disappointed in business practices. Went here at the high recommendation of my boyfriend, as he has only had really positive experiences in the past. It was a busy Saturday night, we expected to wait. We ordered and walked around for a while. We were told it would take 45 minutes to prepare our food. After about 30 minutes of walking around we found a shared table, waited about another 40 minutes from sitting until our food was ready, so over an hour from ordering. When the food arrived, my steak was over cooked, but we had waited for over an hour, so I was going to eat. While eating we watched as the Food and Beverage manager, Artie continued to move person after person or group from a table marked reserved, their website states no reservations. We laughed about it until Artie began watching us, and moving reserved signs to other tables. It was clear we were in the way. Artie waited until we had finished our food and then asked us if we wanted to move from a front table to the back of the upstairs bar area because his owner/general manager was there. We asked about the reservation policy and he laughed and stated it was for the GM. When we stated we didn't want to move, the GM asked if we wanted to sit with him and I his guests, we did not. We wanted to be treated as paying customers, and although we had planned to buy other items after eating, we left. The concept is great, well developed and there is a lot of staff. If you come with liberal values and are easily offended, this may not be your new grocery store. There are pro Trump and #FJB memorabilia practically everywhere you look- including in the men's bathroom where you can pee directly onto a joe Biden urinal cake (really). But if you can put that aside and giggle (if that's not your political cup of tea) you'll love this place. The food hall has INCREDIBLE food. They serve up everything from brisket sandwiches to sushi to tacos and they do it all to perfection. The staff is on it and are friendly. They also offer beer and wine with very generous pours. You can enjoy your drink as you grocery shop to the sounds of live music. Be aware- this place can get really busy so expect crowds. Best place ever!!!!! This place is not a supermarket. This place is an entertainment center where you can buy food, eat food, dance, drink and be merry. There is live music on the 2nd floor, a bar you can order drinks from and walk around and drink while you shop, or order your own six pack or a bottle of wine and sit down and drink. You can pick out your own steak or other meat and they will prepare it for you. Cooking is free, sides are extra and you only pay for the cost of the meat you select. The pizza is one of the best I've ever tasted and are made to order on site. They have tacos, dessert, all types of food. The energy is so positive and everyone is happy. People of all ages, families, anything goes at this fun entertainment supermarket. I've never seen anything like it and I will be back several more times before I leave the area. Think of this place as Whole Foods on steroids with a giant food court. I came here on a Sunday evening and the place was jumping. Lots of food choices as it it set up as a giant food court with a couple of bars. My husband and I bought steaks from the meat counter and they were cooked there and we ordered the sides of broccoli and a baked potato. Steak was delicious but sides were cold. We bought a bottle of wine too. The tracker system for food delivery worked great. If I come again I would order something different and sit upstairs in hopes that it is quieter and less chaotic up there. So my friend moved to Naples in May and this is where she picked for us to go New Year's Eve.
