The kids have quite the art supplies and were in need of a change of scenery! Greg was awesome and very welcoming! Both kids enjoyed their first time here, but this definitely won't be the last! Everyone was very welcoming. They do parties and private events. They sell art supplies as well as various artistic products throughout the store. Best part was the kids were able to bring in their supplies and use art space free of charge with no rush or pressure to buy anything or get in and get out, all because we had our own supplies! The girls in my family LOVE Brighton, and while Riverside has a Brighton store I prefer shopping here, the customer service alone is always top notch. When I bought Brighton they were having an AWESOME promotion and I was able to buy 3 pieces for the price of two. Now the obsession has turned into everything there. They have anything and everything you could ever need for holidays. The overall aesthetic is gorgeous and changes with every holiday and keeps it really fun to keep coming back. So 10 out of 10 would recommend for sure! Ask for Dana, she always takes really great care of me. I can go in with an idea and she brings it to life with every time, and gift wraps it too!

Greeted at entry I asked to exchange shows in which she directed me to the shoe section instead of the register. She was very fast at leading me to pick something out and rushing my choice. At check out Tarren rapidly experienced difficulty on the exchange of shoes and when I asked to ring my clothes separately she rang everything together. Then, yes, there is more, I asked how much the shoes were because my total was very high, she asked, "you weren't watching the screen"? Ha! I almost lost it at this point. Then the card reader wouldn't work as I tried both ways in the reader only for her to tell me it goes the other way, I handed her the card and she attempted to do it herself and it still didn't work! She basically threw my receipt and tells me to have a nice day ignorantly! Never shopping here again, overpriced items and poor quality. I can get the same items for less at kohls or target!

Found a qr scan at the back by the showcases and was directed to a website that said I was 6th in line and current wait time was 80-100 minutes! Just to check out a gun and likely make the purchase. This is worse than waiting in line at Disneyland! Value: competitive pricing for the one I was very interested to buy. Selection looked decent. Service was horrible for such a long wait time. As a result of the ridiculous wait time coupled with many other customers looking frustrated and growing more impatient, I left. Because of this service failure or lack of a better process for an exemplary customer experience, you've lost the strong likelihood of a handgun sale today. Very disappointing.
