Wow...too many choices of taffy in huge barrels! They also have some nostalgic candy towards the back left side of the store. I bought some different flavors of salt water taffy and they were all good! I think i picked out 5 different flavors and it was only alittle over a buck! Cute shop with a nice lady at the counter. The interior is a bit dark, but they have a huge deli case full of delicious chocolates for purchase. So many different types of truffles, bars, and other delicacies. I especially love the chocolate covered potato chips! You can also see that they're trying to keep up with the trends - Funko pops and beanie babies are arranged on one side of the establishment. It's not the highest of quality, but decent for its price. For $35 and for its size (see photo - it barely fit my trunk), it was a deal! I found something identical in Etsy for $75, but I was not about to spend that much for a piñata! You won't find the 3D piñata right when you enter the store, but you can ask them if they have it and they'll look for it in their stockroom upstairs. They're very helpful! The place looks very overwhelming in the beginning with the amount of piñata hanging on the ceiling, but you feel immediately hopeful that they might just have the piñata that you're looking for. They also have a ton of Mexican candies and party supplies. With party city gone, it can be challenging to find party supplies with a certain theme. Thank god they're still here! Will be back for sure for my kid's future piñatas!

Dulceria had everything! Rows and rows of candies, extra things hanging off shelves, fridges with queso and other perishables, sauces, dried goods, statues, piñatas hanging on the ceiling, so much stuff! It's a one-stop party supply. I walked around several times and each time I saw something new that I missed the first time around. There is TWO stories here, although you're not allowed to go all the way up the stairs. Prices are hit or miss. I got a really affordable piñata,but thought the box of tamarind candy was a bit pricey. Still, it's convenient and has everything in one place and it was fun walking around seeing all the items they offer. I'd recommend going here over Party City any day.

They make their own chocolates and I am the biggest sucker for salted chocolate caramels. I love that they have both dark and milk chocolate to mix it up a bit. I didn't get a chance to purchase their caramel apples as customers were buying them up, I will definitely have to try them as they must be a popular commodity. The shoppe is well organized with a wide variety of chocolates, gummies, peanut and pecan brittles and so much more. The young ladies that helped us were so friendly, welcoming and helpful they also mentioned their favorites candies. I will absolutely be back that's not a question. :)

My family and I spotted this adorable, sublevel shop while walking downtown…read more Not much else was open down there on a Saturday night, so we were surprised to find the kindest people still at their shop. It was bright, charming, friendly and they have a huge selection. A lot of candy is sold by the pound, so my kid had fun filling a little basket with all kinds of things to try. I've learned my new favorite salt water taffy flavor is chicken and waffles. I also had the most delicious handcrafted truffle!! They had a lot of nostalgic treats and that was fun to show my kid. We're looking forward to going back and I know where I'm getting special candy from for gift giving, too.

However, our experience turned sour shortly after entering the store. The cashier, in the middle of helping another customer, reprimanded my husband for throwing away an empty cup in their trash can. Her facial expression and tone of voice was obviously upset and stern, as if we brought in a ton of trash to put in her bin. That experience alone made us feel unwelcomed and we left immediately. Like lady, who the hell hurt you so badly that you're upset at an empty cup thrown in the trash. This review was left moreso to let management know of their employees level of customer service. And well, if she was management, then that is just a shame to treat customers that way.
