I had not been here in such a long time !! Name changed and all !!! Yellow tail was nice fresh and just the right temperature! Had a variety of the rolls .. that chipotle Mayo They have is interesting. Not a fan of the sweet chili sauce though... next time I'll order without . I freaking love this place! Everything I have tried has been delicious. Lately, I have been ordering the Yakisoba and I always get a LV roll. It's soooo good. A little pricey for me, but I can stretch the Yakisoba for 2 meals so it's alright. Everyone is really nice and friendly when you walk in. The giant "A" on the door for their health dept score is a nice touch too! read more

We've been ordering carry out from here lately. Always friendly staff taking orders over the phone and I haven't had to spend too much time waiting for food that is consistently delicious. Definitely priced well for the quality. Leaving 4 stars because service is a bit slow when you eat there. I've seen a server handling the floor all alone during a busy shift and this is not good for the customers nor the staff. Maybe adding another server During busier shifts will allow them more time to tend to the customers, upsell, etc. This helps profit a lot better than saving labor dollars by running one server. Other than that the food is great! read more

I've been to Seido Sushi maybe 10 times and service is always friendly and sushi delicious! The chef on duty has even occasionally brought out yummy bonus bites to try. Sitting at the sushi bar is the best, getting to interact with the chef when the chance arises is fun. The ambiance is casual and clean. I look forward to dining here again soon! read more

I 1000% recommend this place. Food was so yummy. We got 4 different rolls and they were all SO good. Habanero one is pretty spicy so don't order that one if you don't like HEAT . You totally get what you pay for too. The rolls are HUGE. We were completely full after our third one so the portion size is awesome for the price. The food came out so FAST & everyone was great. Service was amazing, best customer experience I've ever had. Alice hands down makes the entire experience worthwhile. From the moment you walked in you are greeted with so much JOY!!!!! I hope no one is EVER rude or mean to her because she was absolutely amazing. We went for a birthday and she made sure to make everything as special as possible. Everything was really good! I had the Philly roll, hubby had the salmon teriyaki and we split a vegetable tempura. The food was delicious and we'd definitely go back again. It looks like they're short-handed, so things took a while, but that didn't deter us from having a lovely meal. read more

We came here for lunch and I have to say I was very impressed. The staff was very nice and attentive (it was not too busy that day). The server was extra sweet for our son and even turned the music down a little for him. We got the ramen lunch special, which both Spicy and non-spicy tonkatsu ramen were delicious. The broth was really rich and flavorful. They used the firmer crinkle style noodles, which I love. The meat was thin sliced and the egg was a perfect soft yolk. We did the California roll and fired rice for my son, which he loved. My bf tried the unagi and said it was delicious (he's a pretty tough critic for unagi). My only issue, was I'd want a few more pieces of chasu in the ramen, so next time I'll get extra piece of egg and chasu. We do want to come back and try more sushi, so will post an update after that if it's needed. read more

I tried out a spicy tuna roll and a Arizona roll and a cucumber salad. This ended up costing $30.43. The employees were fairly friendly. The front part could use a gardener to cut down the huge weed bushes that are protruding into the actual walkway. The Arizona roll was delicious. The spicy tuna roll wasn't that good. The rice they use in their sushi is of mediocre quality. Although the cucumber salad wasn't bad, it was definitely the worst cucumber salad I've ever had in a Japanese restaurant. read more

The sushi is fresh. They have Fantastic Tonkatsu Ramen as well. We drive about an hour to get to it just for the ramen. The owners are so sweet and always come by the table to ensure we had a pleasant experience. read more

Update: still delicious although they've recently made some noticeable changes. No more happy hour (bummer). Also, they removed the 50 states sushi selection. I'm sure those same rolls are still available, just under different names on their menu. Changing from 5 to 4 stars due to the removal of Happy Hour. Fortunately, there are so many nearby establishments with awesome HH specials. read more

Formerly K Sushi, I tried Seido tonight and enjoyed the service and the meal. I ordered the 8 piece sushi combo and the 6 piece veggie tempura. The veggie tempura is a great deal ($3.25). They said 6 pieces, but the portions are large: 2 broccoli florets, a large slice of carrot, acorn squash, asparagus and onion ring. They were battered and fried to perfection. The tempura sauce was a little too sweet for my palette, and it was not served with grated radish. The sushi was decent. They gave me 2 pieces of snapper, 1 piece of yellowtail (hamachi), 2 pieces of fatty salmon, unagi or grilled eel with sauce, white tuna and tuna (maguro). The nigiri sushi was sliced well with little to no gristle. The California roll I chose instead of the spicy tuna was made with rice cooked well, but a little unevenly rolled. It still tasted good and held up to my son's standards when I brought him leftovers. On my way out, the chef/owner (Mr. Lee) was so nice and gave me a 10% off my next visit. food was amazing, we ordered the spicy miso ramen, gyoza, and the rainbow role. the roll taste so fresh!! the ramen has 3 spicy levels and i picked number 2 which was too hot for me but very good. the employees there are super friendly and love their job. and they very big on k-pop lol. overall a 10/10 and i would for sure be coming back. thank you!! read more

We had a nice time here. The staff is super friendly. It's cozy and clean. It reminds me of some of my favorite San Fran spots. We had beef ramen. The broth has good depth. We also had tuna avacado rolls, salmon skin rolls, and octopus. It was all fresh and yummy. The green tea was lovely. There is a great ambiance here. I will be back and would recommend it. read more

This place falls short even compared to grocery store sushi. Our initial visit last year left us unimpressed with non-sushi rice and off-tasting fish. Giving it a second chance today, an $86 bill for 4 rolls, two drinks, and edamame reaffirmed our disappointment. Timing of the dishes coming out of the kitchen (I hate when it feels like they want to turn over the table so the serve everything at once making the Nori all soggy, losing that snap when you take a bite.). Menu, easy to understand, pricing fair and varied enough for my family to have choices, (my cousins stir fried rice dish was hot and flavorful). As a comparison... there are many places that can serve a large portion of food but it's rare where I see it so well done (ordered a sashimi plate here and almost couldn't eat the entire meal, they served so much, almost overflowing the plate). Friendliness... I heard the owner speak 4 different languages in the short time we were there. Don't be afraid of asking for recommendations! I had some of the most flavorful carpaccio of yellowtail sliced so thin, stretching across the plate from one end to the other, glistening with truffle oil (I am going to buy a bottle of my own next time I go shopping). Finished with a bit of color across the top that made my mouth water before my chopsticks even reached my plate. Communication with a smile is the sign of a good business person as it sets the tone for a really good meal (instead of some places that forget you have soooo many other choices. I hate it when the first person you meet has a sourpuss face, then the waiter never comes back, the order is wrong, too spicy or sloppily done. Sully's gets it right. I could have sat there all night and felt completely comfortable. (Truth be told, I had 2 bottles of saki with my meal and felt that warm glow spreading through the room. Love that effect from a good saki choice.) Finally, let's talk about the food. I was told the quality of their fish is one of THE reasons they have so many regulars coming back over and over again. I would have to agree. Deliciously tasteful, art worthy presentation, (I think every type of fish on my sashimi plate was cut a different way showing the chef's skill set and allowing me to easily see which each was, not to mention the deep color of each fish laid across the plate. I probably would have ordered it all over again if I wasn't so stuffed from the first round. Thank you Sully's for a really wonderful meal. If you haven't already, put this place on your to-do list.
