The pesto Parmesan is my fave and I get it pretty much every time, regardless of if I'm getting a sandwich or bagel with cream cheese. I should probably try more flavors but it's just so good! The sandwiches here are always a hit and have plenty of fixings. Even the smoked salmon bagels... they don't skimp on the salmon like many places do. I've always had great service here and they are very quick. Putting in your order online for takeout is super easy and always a great option when you're in a hurry. Smoothies are pretty good as well and I know there are a plenty of other baked goods and options too if you aren't in the mood for a bagel. We ordered a pick up order of 8 bagel sandwiches for a group lunch. I ordered a day in advance and pick up was scheduled for 11:30 AM so it would be for the lunch rush. The bagels were great. However, our biggest challenge was that they didn't label them besides what type of sandwich they were. But we had no idea which one was the BLATT with no cucumbers or the supernova without capers... So we had to put our fingers on other people sandwiches to try and figure out which ones belonged to who. if you have 4 BLATT's why not differentiate on the outside what type of bagel or what is there isn't on the bagel so we don't have to do that next time. You bet your sweet bippy they've got great bagels that come in a wide variety. Do you like sweet bakery style treats and decent coffee? They have an assortment of bakery style treats and a selection of decent coffee. Do you want dank mac and cheese? That's weird, but they got dank mac and cheese? Are you looking for an old cowboy boot from 1887? They don't have that and it's oddly specific you're looking for that. I used to get their cubano, but that was before discovering the smoky, salty glory of their supernova bagel. Lox, cream cheese, a juicy slice of tomato, thinly sliced cucumber, pickled red onions, and a generous smattering of capers. It's a little messy, but it's a rootin' tootin' gosh darn shootin' good time. Most of ya'll will want it on their everything bagel, but I've found that it's secretly a banger if you get it on the jalapeno cheddar. I'm also a hoe for their pull-apart cinnamon monkey bread thing, but that's neither here nor there. STB's got a couple locations spread across. Is it authentic NYC bagel artistry? No, we live in Vancouver. We're lucky to even have bagels, and luckier still that they're this good. So get a move on, hustle down to your nearest STB and TREAT YO SELF. read more

First, I have to say how well this place did with covid set up. They have stickers on the floor, signs on the door, and the perfect wrap around order to pay line. Second, all the staff was extremely friendly and quick with prep time. Food- the bagels themselves are soft on the inside and perfect crunchy top. The cream cheese is whipped which I loved and they put a generous portion on them. Unfortunately the breakfast sandwich was a let down with what tastes like a spongy egg and microwaved bacon. Was lacking flavor and quality. However I will definitely be back for the bagels and coffee. read more

This was a difficult rating. I ordered online through Menufy and picked up without any issues. I ordered 3 bagels, all were supposed to be toasted. None were toasted, which really affected the bagel. The ingredients were top notch, and they did taste good. But expecting a crunchier texture and getting a softer texture was hugely disappointing. I'm not sure if something got messed up on Menufy's end or the person who made the order wasn't paying attention. But it's weird since they did see my custom request (to remove cheddar cheese from the breakfast sandwich since I added a specific cream cheese). There was also way too much cream cheese. Next time I would order either half cream cheese or order it on the side. If the order had been properly prepared, this would've likely been 5 stars. read more

Their vegan bagels aka eggels are delicious. Their sausage is pretty damn good. I've picked up breakfast for guests so many times and so many times they've loved the regular orders. We bring them home and air fry them a bit to get a crisp. Pure deliciousness! Call it in on busy days, they do get backlogged. Service is always great. People are always helpful. I used to love Seize the Bagel (specifically the one off Mill Plain), so I was pretty excited when this location near my house opened. My husband and I have eaten here a handful of times, though I finally admitted to myself that their food just isn't that great. The last bagel my husband brought home for me was so stale that I couldn't eat it. They also stopped selling hummus, though to my knowledge, they still sell it at the Mill Plain location, and I'd bet the bagels are fresher at that location, as well. read more
