I ordered and paid on the website, so I couldn't use my coupon when I picked-up. Would be nice if there was a code on the coupon to put in the promo code field at check-out. I bought a taco salad and pick 2 combo. I thought I ordered beef taco salad, but it was chicken. The chicken and fillings were good, but the tortilla shell, and the tortilla chips tasted of cleaner or air freshener. Inedible. I still have the combo to eat tomorrow. I hope it's yummy! Service is bad. I'm glad they're having fun, but maybe don't do that while serving people in a restaurant. Food is made with more animal byproducts than they disclose, and there is a HUGE language barrier. We came here for my friends birthday, and we were not disappointed. First off every time they brought the chips out they were warm. Plus the salsa was really good, and the queso was amazing. I got two chicken soft tacos, and they were very good. Chicken cooked perfectly, and they were seasoned really well. Added bonus the server asked me to smash the whipped cream into my friend's face. Ordered from Grubhub, should have listened to the 60% of other people who have had missing items, wrong orders. My first time ordering and low and behold my entire second dinner was missing. I don't know who or what they have working there but they need re-training and to follow directions. Food was "alright" from now on I'll drive to Alcoa to get REAL Mexican food. The waiter wasn't very friendly and the food was not the same as it once was, two of the people at the table couldn't eat the the dish (chicken taco salad) they ordered after eating a small portion, they offered to bring something else but they didn't want anything. The taco salad looked like it was drowned in some type of dressing, very wet and very little chicken.The dish I ordered was one I always eat wasn't at all the same , Enchilades Verde, no sauce and very bland. The fajita taco salad was pretty good and served on a hot plate. Little touches make a difference. I didn't mind the wait because when I finally got my Arroz Con Pollo it was very, very good! The servers were most gracious and kept checking on me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The second time I ate there was in the afternoon. I ordered the chicken chimichangas. I was raised on Mexican food and have had chimichangas at least 100 times in my 62 years. They were so good I asked the waitress to bring out the chef who prepared mine. I have never tipped a chef in my life, and I have eaten at everything from Taco Bell to a number of 5 star restaurants, but I tipped this guy. Yes, it was that good! The salsa was terrific, the refried beans were perfect, and the staff was wonderful. I'm hoping they are open today for Cinco De Mayo. I want to try the next yummy thing on their menu! When you finally can't eat anymore pizza down at Bella Roma's, there's Senor Cactus, the best Mexican restaurant from Hardin Valley to Clinton Highway. They have good chips and dip, good entrees, fast and friendly service, and a nice facility. The prices are good, and often times you get enough from a $10 or $10 meal to take home half. Second time was good but very slow food service. The waiter was wonderful and apologetic. Third time the waitress spoke poor English and did not understand a drink we were ordering off the menu. She called for help. Food service was again slow, but very tasty. Refried beans were too 'spicy' for my 8 year old, but good for me! Third time also received their punch card for free meals and found out kids eat free Mondays! We will be back - hoping they will just get better with time.
