Today I came at 8:30 for breakfast. The Mexican breakfast was amazing and I was able to Come in and get some work done. With nice music, great customer service. Pepe helped me out with my order and honestly if hospitality was the grade, they would have an A++++ but the food is amazing. I'm from California and since moving here I have yet to find a great Mexican food spot until now. You won't be disappointed

We are regulars! The street tacos, fajitas, steak fries appetizer and the seafood burrito are our top favorites at our table. The service is great and the bar is popular, great house margaritas, a must try. Expect not to drive if you have one+. The ambience is pedestrian casual, very comfortable.

I was in town briefly, staying at a hotel nearby and had a taste for a margarita and queso. I Googled places near me and decided to try this spot. They have a nice sized bar and restaurant area. I ordered a medium Texana margarita on the rocks and queso dip with chorizo. I loved the queso dip. It had the perfect amount of chorizo and the chips were fresh. The margarita was huge and arrived with smoke coming from it. It was cute and very tasty. The staff were very nice. Overall it was very nice experience.

We really enjoyed our late night meal. It was after 8 on a Sunday and we were looking for something that wasn't just bar food. The service was good, friendly and fast. The location is convenient to the Vinings and Smyrna. Lots of options beyond just tacos and burritos. We enjoyed the california enchiladas (shrimp) and Chilaquiles Chihuahua. Both arrived hot with lots of flavor. Small restaurant but they do have a few tvs with sports and a bar area. Great prices too. $$

So I originally went to the Chinese spot 2 doors up but they are still doing repairs to a fire that happened. Not feeling like driving to another spot and I was hungry so I walked down to here. It was around lunch time and it wasn't a lot of people in. I decide to get my meal to go. I ordered the New Mexican pasta w. Shrimp, chicken and steak. It is a new item on the menu and it was really good! I also ordered guacamole for my chips while I wait. The ambiance is cool, clean and up to date. I really like the bar area. Too bad I decided to give up on drinking. Other than that, you really can not go wrong here. And you get quality food for your bucks.

I walked in to pick up a to go order today and the host literally looked at me and ignored me! He was wearing a brown apron looking thing over his clothes. He made eye contact and STILL did not come over or asked if I needed help. He instead went and sat down at a table with two Hispanic girls and start talking and laughing. I went up to the bar and asked the gentleman for my order. About 20mins later the bartender says "I think that's your order behind you". The same guy brought my order out and once again never said anything. Another lady of a different race walked in and he immediately rushed to help. Wow! I was tempted to complain but I decided to write my review instead so the public would know what they could possibly expect. When I was leaving, I saw him picking in his nose and then rubbed his nose with the back of his hand!!!! Never again! In this era of germs and diseases, restaurants have to be vigilant! I wouldn't feed my dogs from here. The music and vibe was kind of loud but not unbearable. Be safe people cause this place is not it!

The service here was great! We got seated right away with chips and salsa and got our order taken quickly and our food came quickly as well. I wanna say, the salsa here is amazing! Rarely have I gone to a Mexican restaurant where the salsa was actually spicy, but this one was! It was spicy and flavorful, I loved it! For a drink I got the mojito, which was also delicious! I legit could've drank so many of that, it didn't even taste like there was alcohol in it. My friends got a margarita, the medium-size one, but I could not believe my eyes because it was in a glass as big as my face so I can't even imagine how large the large one is! For my entree, I got the steak street tacos and these were pretty average to be honest. The salsa that came with it was pretty good, also decently spicy. However, the flavor of the steak was pretty meh. I found it way to salty, to the point where the salt overpowered the taste of everything else. Legit all I tasted was salt. The corn tortillas didn't seem that fresh to me and tbh I think adding two for each taco was a bit overkill because each one was pretty thick. In the end I was starting to get full so I was just eating the one tortilla. I was also a little disappointed because when I asked for "steak" I expected chopped pieces of steak, not ground beef, so I felt a little bit scammed. Otherwise, pretty decent, definitely more than enough food but I expected the taste/quality to be better for the price I paid.

Came here for cinco de mayo and I do not regret it!! Had such a fun time here. I love how on their menu you can mix and match different combinations so you can try more things. I got the black bean burrito, refried bean enchilada, and chalupa. Nothing blew my tastebuds out of the water, but I would still come back for sure. The drink deals and tastes are just too good! First off, they have soo many different options and flavors of drinks to choose from so that's fun. You can either choose a small, medium or large, and you are definitely getting your moneys worth with these!! In my picture that if the medium. There's also a pitcher option for the table too. Also their bar area started to get pretty crowded and that portion of the restaurant turned more into a bar scene! Had a really fun time here and looking forward to coming back.

Ordered the cheese nachos add rice, cilantro and avocado. Chips were very dry, paid additional for more cheese. 5/10

Free small parking lot in front. Free extra parking across the street. The total was about $150 for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 drinks, and a dessert. Pros The quiet, intimate, and classy atmosphere was exactly what I needed for my family. When we first arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait outside. However we were given continuous updates on when the table would be ready, they apologized, and they were very understanding. Considering we were a large party in an intimate space, we understood and only waited about 20 minutes before the table was ready. You could tell the food was fresh, the orders came fast, and the service was amazing. The fresh in house pasta took everything to the next level. It was the perfect night out. Cons The establishment is intimate so I do not think it would ideal for extra large parties. I had a party of 8 at 8PM but I dont know if they could have accomodated us if it was any earlier during prime dinner time. I wish they had a better parking situation but its not bad and its free. Would I Recommend: Absolutely! I will be returning! No complaints. Follow me here on Yelp and @jessreviewss on Tik Tok/Instagram for more.

Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

Let's start with the catfish: perfectly crispy on the outside, flaky and tender on the inside, and seasoned like somebody's grandma whispered the recipe in the chef's ear. Honestly, it was so good I almost asked for another plate just in case I missed something the first time. This is a 10/10, no notes kind of dish. Now, the collard greens? Whew! These greens deserve their own standing ovation. They were hands-down the best I've ever had--an 11/10, slap-yo-mama, text-everyone-you-know level of good. Perfectly seasoned, just the right amount of smokiness, and with a flavor that'll make you question every other batch of collards you've ever eaten. The mac 'n cheese was solid--cheesy and definitely satisfying. The cornbread? Sweet, moist, and the perfect sidekick to all the rich flavors on the plate. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the service was as warm as the food. The only catch (besides that incredible catfish)? It's a bit of a drive from the highway, so plan accordingly if you're popping in for lunch. But trust me, The Manna House is worth every minute of the detour. The oysters were the star of the show--plump, fresh, buttery, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite tasted like it came straight from the Gulf. We ordered two appetizers, including the shrimp and crab fondue, and my son found a bug in the fondue. At that point, we immediately stopped eating. The manager came over, apologized, and said she would have another one prepared which we appreciated but we weren't sure if we even wanted it. We had to make a fast decision if we would leave or stay, but since it was Friday We honestly considered leaving, but we were starving and didn't feel like going somewhere else, so we stayed. However, after that, we were really surprised that there was very little follow-up from the manager, no effort from management the attempt to recover the experience. Our server, Skye, was very apologetic and did what she could, but overall the customer service from management was extremely disappointing. At Pappadeaux's price point, finding a bug in your food is already unacceptable, but the lack of proper service recovery made it worse. This should have been handled very differently, and quite frankly, the entire meal should have been compensated. What happened to making sure guests actually have a good dining experience? We chose not to escalate things in the moment, but I can say confidently that I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage others to double-check their food.
