I checked out of my storage unit of approximately 9 months today. Sad to leave because the place felt like home, but I moved into an apartment with a garage again and don't need the space. Nothing but the best to say of the facility. I love the "Mom and Pop" customer service from the managers. They have the cutest little Yorkie dog in the front office that I've ever seen. I enjoyed saying hi every time I visiting my storage unit. My storage unit was always safe and easy to access by driving up to my roll up door. read more

When I got there two days later they had given my reserved unit to someone else. The lady had a really bad attitude, and told us to 'go somewhere else'. The service has been excellent. They helped me pick a proper size unit for the first month, then let me downsize to a smaller unit as I moved items into my home. Pick this one!!! Best price, seriously best customer service. This property was acquired in the last year by new management (Deanne) and even after renting for just 5 months, I've seen so many improvements to the property! Deanne gave us a brand newly redone unit and was so helpful and accommodating. We had to switch to a bigger unit after 3 months since we acquired more furniture to store, and she was able to switch us to a unit about 5 steps away from our first one!! No extra fees whatsoever. Wide driveways between each row so you can get in and out easily without having to backup or bump into anything. Easy to punch in your code to get in and out of the property (you don't have to get out of your car to put your code in, which I've seen at a lot of places! Which would be annoying!) Again, you're going to feel like you're in good hands wth Deanne and you can call and ask questions at any time and she is always SUPER HELPFUL and acts like nothing could ever be an inconvenience. We finally got an apartment and move out was easy. Again- no hidden fees of any kind. We just paid the 4 or 5 days from that month that we owed and that was it! 5 stars- just rent there. read more

Security is great and video cameras all over the property; there is bobbed wire I feel it is a very secure facility. The building seem very sound structurally. The units are clean, well-numbered, and the entire property looked well-kept-up. The main office was bright and comfortable.
