I didn't mind that so much... maybe he was seeing poor work I thought. It was the humiliation of the young girl he was training that almost made me get up and leave. About an hour into my procedure I hear a regular patient of his get lead into the exam room next to mine. Then after about 5 minutes of tinkering on my tooth. He leaves to treat this other patient... and never comes back to me! After about an hour I wandered out to the receptionist, she goes in and checks with him and she comes back out and tells me I'm done! DONE?? He literally left the room without a word and didn't say he was done let alone saying goodbye! I left angry but I got the work done so I forgot about it. I went back to my dentist a week later and she asks me why the root canal and fiber post work was not completed! I was stunned! Turns out that the second the regular patient came into his office... he re-capped my root canal, a root canal still in progress and left the room. This was during the SECOND appointment with him... the tooth had been capped for a week as a medicated temporary filling and this was the post placing appointment. He walked out of the room instead of finishing the work to go to his regular patient... and then he tried billing me for work he didn't do.
