As part of the food court Conservatory Galleria, Seoulside Wings is a Korean restaurant is one of many options that food court has to offer. You can either order via the key pad or from one of the workers that will help you navigate the menu key or they can place the order for you. My go to is the Bulgogi cupbab, which includes rice, and lettuce. You have the choice to add fried egg, and fried dumplings. Items I would encourage getting. All cupbab comes with kimchi, potato salad and korean spinach. I've been here twice and have gone with the SBulgogi dishes each time. They do offer a variety of Korean Fried Wings, I think 8 choices of wing types, and they come in 5-, 8- and 10-piece orders. My achilles heel are fries and have yet to try them out, maybe next time, but there is also an assortment from their Ride or Fry menu option of Kimchi Fries, Honey Chicken Fries, Seasoned Fries and their Honey Butter Fries. I'm sure they're all low calorie :-), but very tasty nonetheless. There is plenty of seating both inside or go outside if you choose to enjoy your meal, but regardless definitely give Seolside Wings a try.

My daughter ordered 8 piece wing with K sauce. The wings were huge and you could hear the crisp crunch with every bite she took. She could only eat 2.5 of them. $17 including a tip.

Located inside the Conservatory, which is a collection of small restaurants, with shared seating very much like a food court kind of setting. In this part of Houston, restaurants could easily be $100 or more per person. It's nice to have a grab and go, lower cost option. Food is fine, got my food pretty fast. Parking in front of building.

Among the very best Korean fried chicken wings in the city! Have been here 3-4 times so far, and will continue to return. Wings are huge and juicy, sauces are incredible, and they always come out steaming hot. Price is fantastic for the portion size and quality of food. Employees are super chill and always fun to talk to. Conservatory vibe is lively and casual. I order the 4 wing cupbop with hotbeokki sauce. Comes with rice, salad, kimchi, radish, and potato salad. It's delicious, a lot of food, and a great deal.

This was a good amount of food for the price! It was pretty good! The service was pretty quick as well and there were many people ahead of me! The ambiance is chill!

Seoulside Wings was AMAZING. I got mine extra crispy and they did not disappoint--super crunchy, juicy, and the wings were honestly built like they were on steroids (in the best way). Super thicccc. Flavor was on point. The pickled radish, potato salad, and the rice with furikake seasoning brought everything together perfectly. Customer service was quick and friendly. I recommend this place to everyone who asks. 2nd time coming & def won't be the last!!

The buffalo lemon pepper wings are delicious!! I would come back just for them. The dry rub is a perfect blend of savory, tangy, and lemony, and wings are an explosion of flavor, juiciness and tenderness. The K-sauce flavor was a blend of sweet and savory (also juicy and tender), but both are so good in their own ways. The conservatory also had such great vibes- it was giving dim-light bar x food hall. Loved it so much and definitely a vibe plus great tunes all night! I also got a drink at the bar and it was great, not too sweet and not too strong. Will definitely be coming back!!

We got the 10 piece wings: 5 soy garlic and 5 K sauce wings with a side of fries and radish. The soy garlic wings were perfectly crispy and the sauce was umami and a bit sweet with the essence of garlic throughout. The crispy garlic bits to garnish were also a great touch. (8/10) The K sauce wings had a strong gochujang flavor and had a thicker sauce than the soy garlic. The wings had a little kick to them and were overall tasty. (7.5/10) The fries were super well seasoned and had a crispy outside with a pillowy inside. (9/10) Would definitely come back when I'm craving Korean fried chicken!

Nut allergy friendly: They have no guarantee on sauces ("May contain nuts") but don't use any nuts directly in anything! Located in the back right of the Conservatory food hall, this food truck-turned-brick and mortar spot has been mentioned as one of the best Korean fried chicken spots in Houston. After finally making it here, I would say it is a fair contender for the title! We took 20 wings to go and ordered half of them fried "hard". Unfortunately, I didn't notice much of a difference as the sauces still meant that they did not travel well. I would highly recommend that they (or you) poke holes in the boxes to release steam, as this helps maintain the crispiness of the chicken if you're travelling over 15 minutes. Alternatively, get sauce on the side. For the wings themselves: Lemon Pepper: Universally our favorite wing. It travels the best since there's no sauce and remained crispy after 30 minutes. The flavors really come through. Honey Butter: Second favorite wing. Very unique! Reminds me of the honey butter Chicken biscuit a little bit, and there's honey dripping off each piece. K-Sauce: My third favorite. It had a bit of a kick, almost like a gochujang flavor but not as intense. Soy Garlic: My friends' third favorite. I thought the flavors were a little muted here, but they were good. I think I'd rate these more highly if I had them when they were still crispier. Furikake Rice: Nothing crazy, portions easily enough for two. Corn Cheese: Also nothing crazy, one order fed three. Would highly recommend adding something like fried onion or garlic. Overall, a solid wing spot that I would definitely return to.

That's some good "Seoul" food there! Amazing food and amazing service. I've been here about 3 times now and have always enjoyed my experience. Today, D was helping me understand certain items on the menu that I wasn't familiar with. D was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciate his advice on what to get to satisfy my interests. It didn't take too long to get my food back either. The food looks and smells delicious. I got their 8 wings, 4 Honey Butter (my fave) and 4 K-sauce (D stated this is like the Korean BBQ sauce. The wings were hot (temperature) and crispy. I love the crunch and the taste, especially with the Honey Butter sauce. It's so unique to me. The fries were also hot (temperature) and crispy. They are seasoned with a sweet and savory flavor, which I enjoyed. And their rice is really good. I can just eat that by itself. Overall, this is one of my favorite go-tos in the Conservatory Galleria for some good quality& quick food.

The service here was amazing. The person who took our order was super friendly and had a great attitude. We got our food pretty quickly as well. The bad part was the wings were very heavily breaded for our tastes. We got half Parmesan garlic and half hot lemon pepper. The lemon pepper sauce was extremely overpowering and briny. So much so that we could finish the 5 we had that were coated in it. The rice was not hot and the fried dumplings were a little soggy and did not contain much meat.

I'm so excited to have a KFC place near me that's also delicious. Its inside of the conservatory food hall and there is a ton of free parking in the front and in the garage in the back. The food hall was giving bladerunner vibes. I tried the tteok-bokki flavor with a side of pickled radish. They were crispy and flavored well. The chicken was great. These wings were so so so so so spicy though so can't wait to try a different flavor next time.

Best wings in Houston and it's not even close!!! I've tried all the top rated spots in Houston and these take the cake in my opinion. I ordered the 10 piece, half lemon pepper, half buffalo. When he brought them to my table, I was shocked. The sheer size alone already put them above many other competitors. Once I took that first bite, I knew it was all over. From the perfect texture to the incredible flavor. I can't say enough about these wings and how perfect they were in every single way. Last, but definitely not least........their ranch is god tier!!! It's clearly homemade. It's even better than wingstop ranch‍ Go order the wings now!!!! It's located inside the Observatory. It's so nice inside!!!

They make their tofu in-house, and you can really taste the difference. The soup is rich, comforting, and flavorful without tasting overloaded with MSG. We normally aren't fans of cheese tonkatsu--in fact, we didn't even realize it had cheese in it when we ordered it--but wow... it was actually so good. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
