Robert is Amazing !!! I walked into my appointment a little down. He greeted me with the warmest hello. And was ready to set me up with my service. To my surprise he turned out to be my makeup artist. I was so grateful for him last night. He lifted my spirits and beat my face down!! He's just what the doctor ordered. His energy was amazing and he is GREAT at what he does. I received so many compliments last night. When I return to Sephora for another beauty make over I only want him. SPOILED!! Thank you again Robert ! I appreciate you so much! Nic

I always buy my make up on line. But from now on I'll make the trip to Sephora Fifth Ave. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I got a full face make up and it was beautiful. I received a lot of compliments. My makeup artist , Tiffany, was patient and very friendly . I will most definitely go out of my way to come back to this Sephora.

I went to this Sephora (5/26) for a MAKEUP MINI: Find Your Foundation. The "makeup artist" Ivan was the individual working on me. His application of the makeup was a little tougher than what I would of liked. After he was done I noticed flakiness on my chin. I asked if this was because of my skin he said "no probably the stuff I used to prep". Then I noticed that makeup was all over my light blue blazer. I had to ask for makeup remover which did not help. He asked if I liked it, which was the least of my concern as I was wearing something brand new. Spoke with the manager who said I should of been offered a cap. She processed to give me a business card and said I will be reimbursed for dry cleaning. Lesson from this: REQUEST cape. Ask for someone you actually does this on a daily basis.

For whatever reason, stores in NYC have this magical appeal to them, even the everyday brand stores like Sephora. There's this frantic energy that seems to surround me when I enter a store like this. I walked around to check out the different brands they carry. Each Sephora has a lot of brands, with some brands that are only featured in the bigger stores like this one. The staff was courteous but it was cold outside and it was nice to be inside. I am a big fan of makeup, more for how it makes me feel rather than trying to look perfect all the time. Makeup is fun and taking care of your skin will only reward you in later years. Sephora makes it easy for me to buy different brands all in one place. As always, there's no pressure to buy and they have plenty of testers for you to try before you buy. Just be careful of the eye makeup because you don't want to get an eye infection like my friend did. I always color swatch on my neck or my arm to see how it might look with my skin tone. The best deals are for beauty insiders and holiday gift sets. If you ever are in the city, check out this Sephora for the sheer whimsy of it all.

Location is on 5th Avenue & 48th Street - come and ask for Edward, if you're looking for skin care products

Not as impressed with Anastasia's customer service as I want to be. The brow service was very good otherwise would have given 2 stars.

I walked into a space that covers a lot of ground, from snacks and drinks to beauty products, home goods, and collectibles, and the density of what is on display makes it easy to spend more time browsing than I planned. The snack selection is the strongest draw and covers an impressive range. I saw Asian versions of familiar American snacks sitting alongside Japanese and Korean originals, and the drink section downstairs is broad enough that finding something I have not tried before is a near certainty. The variety of drinks, many with anime or character branding, reflects a buying approach that goes beyond the standard convenience store selection. The beauty and skincare section upstairs is well stocked with Korean and Japanese brands that are not widely available at American drugstores. I browsed through everything from face wash to sheet masks and specialty treatments, and the prices are competitive for imported products of this type. Blind boxes occupy their own significant section, and the selection across different series is one of the better in the city, with reasonable pricing relative to what the same items cost at specialty toy stores. Home goods, toys, collectibles, and kawaii accessories fill the remaining floor space. For a one stop shop for Korean and Japanese lifestyle goods, snacks, and beauty products in Koreatown, TESO Life delivers a broad and browsable experience that rewards repeat visits.

I want to report that this website continues to post and promote products that are clearly a scam…read more In my case, I placed an order for body creams on March 3rd, and the company that processed the charge on my account was a completely different one called MELIO. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I walked into a store that is essentially one large room, and the density of product on display meant navigating it during a busy period required some patience, but the selection within that compact space was broader than the size suggested. The Korean literature section covers both Korean language and English language editions across a range of genres, which makes it genuinely useful for anyone studying the language or looking for titles that are difficult to find at general bookstores in the city. I saw children's books in Korean, well stocked. The K pop side of the store covers albums, photocards, posters, keychains, stickers, and merchandise across a wide range of artists, with BTS having a particularly strong presence historically alongside newer groups. Pricing runs higher than what I would pay ordering online or finding the same items at a larger retailer, which is the standard trade off for a specialty shop in Manhattan. Album prices in particular can be steep, though sale events bring them down to more competitive territory. Individual accessory items like stickers and bookmarks are priced at a premium relative to their size, so going in with a sense of what I am willing to spend helps avoid sticker shock at the register. The store is a reliable stop for anyone looking for Korean books or K pop merchandise in a physical retail setting in New York, with the caveat that the pricing and the crowd level are both factors worth knowing about before I go.
