Called three minutes before closing and was greeted with the most friendly person. Ordered two pizzas, the margarita and the all meat.....both were phenomenal. The crust was perfect, crispy but chewy. Sooooo good! Highly recommend ordering and heading over for some cider down the road.

Very fresh and very tasty salad to go with our lunch special.

Oh, what great pizza we had at Serious Pizza Plus! We were trying to figure out what to get and decided to get the lunch special in which was a 8" pizza and a salad. I got the Vegetarian Pizza while Steve got the Goat Cheese pizza. We had a nice salad that tasted great as it was very fresh tasting and the dressing that went along with it made it all the better. My pizza was so good! Very, very fresh and the crust was excellent! All of the toppings were flavorful and with a dash of red pepper flakes that made the pizza all the more alluring. I will definitely be making a return trip here whenever in the area!

What a gem of a place!!! If you like your pizza with zero flop, nice crunch, great sauce and prime toppings then this place is for you. Indoor and outdoor seating, friendly service. Couldn't be happier with a pizza. You HAVE TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!!

Best pizza on the west coast!!! We have to come here every time we visit, it's mandatory.

Food was great. Pizza is a thin crust. We ordered the meat lovers and cheese bread. Service was excellent. We had a big party and we were accommodated perfectly. They have inside and outside seating. Dogs allowed outside with a leash on. Gave the kids room to run a muck.

Came here after seeing reviews and such. And hearing some about it in the community. Out of things and or/not prepared in the middle of the day.. I won't even dock them for that. Because I get it. Some days are just not perfect. The cook/waitress seems nice. Good little pizza restaurant feel, it's a bit cold in here though and I got a coat medium sized coat on. A child on the table next to me brought up an interesting point , no Parmesan cheese at the table , but again I don't really care about that either. Lots of typing before the food haha. Anticipation The pizza is great, but this is like fancy food kind of scam. Get good food and stupidly small portions for a high price. If you want something a slightly gourmet and a delicacy, give it a try, but if you like value, not the right place. Chicos happy hour deal blows this out of the park.

Pepperoni pizza with a slice missing because she wouldn't wait ....

We love Neapolitan style pizza and find it hard to find good places for it, but not today!! Serious Pizza makes awesome Neapolitan Pizza and if you're looking for good pie, this is the place. We came to Ilwaco for the King Waves and just happened across Serious Pie on National Pizza. Staff was fun and informative. Store was clean and comfortable Pizza came out fast, hot and delicious.

Hawaiian Pizza. Looking at it now I wish I could eat it all over again.

I hadn't read too much about this place, only that it got good reviews and that it served pizza. So I kind of had it my mind that we'd be eating at a gorgeous PNW gastro-pub pizza place with lots of local beer on tap, a real cool vibe, and some great pizza. Well, it's not that. With the fantasy vision cleared away by the real basic ambience around us we sat down and got the menu. Strike two: prices. Oh my! This is not your Papa Murphy price sheet. But, ok, it was fresh pizza to order and we saw along the wall cases and cases of canned Italian tomatoes. Not canned sauce or frozen crust so, hey, it's not cheap to make good pizza, I guess. I'm half expecting strike three to come along. In fairly short order, the pizza arrives and crack! Out. Of. The. Park! Wow, I couldn't even bring myself to mark the stars down for the missing tap bar and polished wood railings, the pizza totally covered all the bases. I've already recommended it several times and looking forward to going back. It's really a simple flowchart: Do you like pizza? Yes: go here. No: Do you want to like pizza? Yes: Go here. No: Search for a restaurant without pizza in its name!

Great pizza, really fabulous! We go there whenever we can. It's authentic thin crust Italian pizza, made with imported Italian flour.

The pizza is mediocre. Dough is burnt on the edges and gooey in the center. The day I went the person attending the cash register was rude.

    Are they ever open?

We are normally open, however, my partner and I have both contracted COVID so we opted to close to keep our staff and customers safe.…

    Are they open in December?

I don't know. I was shocked they quit doing takeout last summer. Normally they're open weekends…

Do they deliver? If so how far away, like to the next town over or do they deliver only in Ilwaco?

They do not deliver. But it is worth driving for.

The Depot has always been one of our favorite places for special occasions on the Long Beach…read morePeninsula. We own a house in Long Beach, and during the time we lived there full-time, this was our go-to spot for anniversaries and my husband's birthdays. It exudes that cozy, historic Seaview charm that invites you to relax and linger...warm, intimate, and full of character without being over the top. A true small-town and now not so hidden gem. My husband is a fan of their Old Fashioneds, particularly those with a smoked maple twist, and he often gravitates back to the slow-braised pork. Their current Southern Comfort Pork dish is just his style: slow-braised pork shoulder served over brown sugar yam mash with jalapeño creamed corn, green onion, and maple-bacon salsa. That's comfort food crafted with real culinary skill. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, I truly appreciate how The Depot makes an effort to accommodate vegetarian and vegan diners in a way that feels genuine rather than forced. Last winter, I was thrilled to discover the ginger-coconut soba noodles, they were flavorful, satisfying, and perfectly balanced. Their current mika soba noodles with garlic-ginger coconut cream, vegetables, toasted cashews, and cilantro are exactly the kind of dish I'm thankful to find on a Peninsula menu. I also have fond memories of Burger Wednesdays from our time on the Peninsula. It's incredible how satisfying a customized portobello burger can be when a kitchen understands texture and seasoning especially in a place where plant-based options can still be scarce. The food is fantastic, but the service deserves a special mention. While Peninsula restaurants are known for their good service, The Depot's service is exceptional: polished, friendly, warm, and just the right amount of attentive. Although we now reside in California, we plan to make another reservation when we return to the Long Beach Peninsula in July. I'm already looking forward to their summer menu. Note: I've forgotten to take photos so the ones on this review are from the restaurants social media - definitely a reflection of our last meal at The Depot without the drinks.

We arrived before 5:00 pm, and it took a while to even put an order in. Even though we were sitting in the bar and there were a LOT of servers/bussers/etc. We ordered the Mushroom burger, the Chicken Bacon Guac burger and the Prime Rib Dip. Let's start with the pros - the Chicken Bacon Guac burger was pretty good! But the Prime Rib Dip had something like shredded meat on it, not sliced meat. So, when you dipped it in the Au jus, chunks of meet fell into the Au jus. Be ready to fish them out with a fork! The Mushroom burger was an exceptionally thin burger. Our server asked how we wanted it cooked. But it didn't matter. A burger that thin was coming out well done, no matter what. It had mushrooms on it, but not many at all. And we ordered the Cajun Tater Tots. Tonight, it was just like someone cooked tater tots, then shook some seasoning on them, and maybe the lid fell off the seasoning? They were drenched in some kind of Cajun-adjacent spice. We had recently been telling visiting guests that the Lost Roo was the one consistent, reasonably priced restaurant on the peninsula. We're going to have to stop telling people that now. Sadly, it'll be a while before we go back.
