ASK FOR PATRICK IBARRA -- THE MVP! Visited Leeward Servco this past weekend, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. My wife had been eyeing the new Toyota Tacoma 4x4 for a while, and with just a quick call, Patrick had several options lined up and cleaned for us to check out. While there were plenty of TRD models on the lot, we weren't trying to drop $65K+ and thankfully, Patrick totally understood. He guided us thru what was available in our color preferences and manual transmission (which is becoming more rare), kept our budget in mind, and made sure we had solid options before we even stepped foot on the lot. With vehicle stock constantly shifting and new tariffs kicking in, we knew it made sense to move quickly - and Patrick made the process super easy. HUGE PLUS! Leeward Servco also offered a fair and surprisingly generous trade-in value for our 2021 Toyota 4Runner, which definitely helped seal the deal. What really set this experience apart tho, was Patrick's level of care and professionalism. He's not just helpful - HE IS ON IT. From keeping us updated, to handling details most salespeople might overlook, he was always two steps ahead. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does. It's no surprise that he's currently in the running for top Salesperson at Servco nationwide - he absolutely earned it and will put Leeward on the map, for sure! The rest of the team was just as solid. Titan, the finance manager (?), was super down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He also made the warranty and paperwork part feel relaxed, not stressful. The whole experience felt genuine and smooth, not pushy or rushed like you might expect at other dealerships. If you're in the market for a new vehicle (or even just thinking about it), do yourself a favor and ask for Patrick Ibarra at Leeward Servco in Waipahu. New Year, New Car. Decided on a Toyota, and so glad we did. Patrick Ibarra was recommended by a couple of family members, both of which recently purchased new cars from him. He booked us in between appointments, we waited briefly in their spacious lounge area, where you can overlook the service department working on cars. Definitely bring a jacket, this place is super freezing. It didn't take long to receive an appraisal for my trade-in, and the approval process to finance with Bank of Hawaii was fast. We requested to look at RAV4's prior to signing the docs. We were shown just one RAV4, no additional options and got a brief 2-minute rush through of the key features, while we peaked at the interior through the windows. I was eager to sit inside of the car, but knowing Pat had another customer waiting we didn't want to bother any further. We decided at that point to allow him to finish up his customer, so we left to grab a quick bite, and to gather our thoughts. We returned within an hour and the Finance Manager, Dan Kashima was waiting and ready for us. Dan was super patient while we decided on the type of "extras" we wanted to include with the financing. He was so good at explaining things, he didn't pressure us and made sure we understood the different packages. It was a real pleasure talking stories and connecting with him on a personal level. Once the car was prepped and the docs were signed, Pat took his time to explain all of the features in detail and he seemed very excited for us. He also told us to check with the dealership I purchased my other car from, because I can get a reimbursement for the extended warranty. I took his advice and they are in-fact prepping to send us a pro-rated refund. Love my new RAV4, and love that my car dealership is closer to home. Much better experience than my car purchased last year with another dealership.

It's very rare that I do reviews. And my whole experience getting my new Toyota RAV4 at servco Toyota Leeward is exceptional! Henry Yee Hoy is very knowledgeable of finding my dream car. And boom, in just a week or two finally he made it happen. If you guys are looking for your dream car too look for Henry! He is very patient on guiding me from the beginning to the final step. And to Derrick Nakasone he's awesome. He presented all my options on what's the best protection package for my car. A friend of mine recently purchased a car from this dealership and had a great experience, so they referred me to Patrick. My friend spoke to him beforehand to let him know my interest. I reached out right away to discuss a truck I was seriously interested in, hoping to explore options since I'm located on another island and couldn't be there in person. Fairly reasonable, right? Unfortunately, Patrick's response was underwhelming at best. From the start, he showed very little interest in actually helping me--his attitude came across like I had already signed the papers and he was just waiting for the payment. The lack of effort and professionalism was disappointing and honestly, a waste of my time. If you value genuine service and respect for your hard-earned money I don't recommend this sales rep. Can't speak for the other team members working here but hopefully they can give Patrick some tips

Solid customer service fo' real! From Henry, da sales guy, all da way to Derrick, da finance guy, da whole process was smooth, no hassle, and no get dat typical pushy car-dealer pressure. Dey actually wen go listen to my concerns and take da time fo' answer all my questions, no rush, no attitude. If da bosses stay readin' dis review, dey should know Henry and Derrick wen go above and beyond fo' help one paralyzed veteran like me get into one new car. I wen decide on one cherry 2026 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, and dey made sure it going work fo' me and my wheelchair. Dey really cared, not just about da sale, but about me as one person. Fo' real, both dem deserve one raise. Big mahalos to both of you fo' da respect, patience, and aloha you showed.

From the Test Drive to the Appraisal of my Trade In, the process was smooth. The Lounge area was noice, the atmosphere was great. The employees were friendly. Shout Out to Dan from Financing! He was informative and walked me through everything we were doing in his office. I like that Chevrolet and Toyota are under one roof!

Just a quick review update for Servco's service dept... I have my car go through routine service every 6 months and since day one have always had a great experience here. From the check in staff, the service consultant and the check out cashiers, they are always top notch. One of the things I really love about this Leeward location is they have a complimentary car wash that they can run your car through if you request it. Since being in an apt now and no longer have a house where I can wash my car in the driveway, I've made it a lazy habit of only washing my car every 6 months whenever I get the car serviced. ;-) One thing that was new since my last visit that I'm a bit irritated at is if you pay for your service with a credit card, they charge you an extra 2.5% on your bill...bleh! Anyway, still think they do a great job with servicing my 10 year old prius.

I did test drive the vehicle but for 15 minutes. No lights are warning signs came on. They sold me the vehicle knowing there was an engine issue and that I was shipping the vehicle an extra cost of $700 to a neighboring island. Also, because it took time for the purchase of the vehicle and organizing the shipment I incurred rental vehicle costs. A representative from TCA Auto drove the vehicle from their dealership to Young Brothers in Honolulu The distance between the two would have made the engine act up and the radiator go dry. Upon arrival the temperature warning light was already on in the vehicle and I could smell smoke. We drove immediately to the gas station and check the water and gas and filled it. I was still concerned since the temperature light was on. My daughter drove the vehicle 16 minutes and 10 mi to our home. I was concerned about her driving the vehicle I had a neighbor come over and just check everything out including tire pressure. The next day she drove the vehicle back from the house to my office which is about the same distance 10 miles and 16 minutes depending on traffic. By the time she got to our office the engine was acting up and shut off. We had another person come to check out the vehicle to find out what was going on so we could let the dealership know the problems we were having with the vehicle. We reached out to the dealership to inform them of the difficulties we were having with the vehicle. They never offered to return the vehicle and refund our money. We felt like we were in a bind because I couldn't purchase another vehicle I have multiple car loans two daughters with two loans that I have cosigned on. I made an agreement with TCA Auto so they could take the vehicle back and absolve the loan. They made me pay the return fee of the vehicle and refunded me $500 of the $3,000 I put down on the vehicle. I made this agreement so we could move forward I couldn't afford to continue paying for rental car costs and a loan at the same time. I felt like the dealership was going to drag it out and not pay me the money that was due to me based on the situation. After they've received the car and the loan was absolved I did reach out to BBB to let them know the situation. I'm warning others about this car company Do not purchase a car from them. Obviously, they have no care or concern what type of vehicle they're selling you no business ethics and customer service is horrible. All they cared about was their bottom line. I spent almost $1,000 a month in rental costs waiting for the vehicle to arrive and then once it did rental cost because it didn't work the entire time I had it in my possession. They only gave me two options They actually offered two options to take off $1,000 off the sale price if I kept it. Or I could return the car pay the return fee for shipping get $500 back and the loan absolved. Of course, that's the option I took due to facing the fact our family was facing hardship through not only paying the loan on a vehicle but also paying $1,000 a month in rental car fees. Returning it within the 30 days also saved me a lot of money in the return shipment with young brothers. It was apparent TCA Auto was not going to refund any of my money and only drag this out creating more of a hardship on my family. Do not use this company. If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle purchase it from a car dealership that has used and new cars on it. I did learn something from the experience and that those dealerships have to hold a higher standard of customer service and they would have immediately return the vehicle not charged me and paid the shipping fees.

My terrible experience began with a simple request. To make a deposit to hold a vehicle I was…read moreinterested in while it was undergoing repairs in the dealership. I provided my information and paid with my debit card. After processing my card, I was told I would receive an email with a transaction receipt and a copy of the sales contract for review and approval, and that once the repairs were finished, I would be contacted to return to the dealership and complete the sale. However, on my way home, I received messages saying "Congrats on your new car loan." Confused, I checked my email and saw that the application had been signed electronically without my knowledge, leaving me with a loan on a vehicle I never even sat in. I went back the very next day and expressed my disgust that this contract was e-signed without my consent. Finally, two hours later, he said he would cancel the loan and that we could start a new contract once the vehicle was serviced and the safety check was completed. Ten days later, and eight phone calls to the finance company asking for the loan to be canceled for fraud, I received a text message from the dealership stating that the loan had been canceled, and "I will fix the paperwork for you. Please take your car today, it is ready." Soon after, I received another text saying, "Congrats on your new car loan." Shaking my head in disbelief, I checked my email, and sure enough, there was another sales contract e-signed by the dealership without my consent. In the end, Im stuck with a loan on a vehicle that I was never given the chance to inspect or test-drive.

I called around just about 2 days before I needed the rental. I found ABC Auto Center on my search. I had my reservation within a few moments of speaking with someone. Fast forward to the day of pick up. I walked in and was greeted by Josh. He printed up my paperwork and we were out the door to look at my rental. I had asked for a different vehicle then the one he had the keys for ( I wanted the newer one ) and he said no problem, let's see if I have the keys for that one. We went back in, he re-printed my statement/rental agreement paper. Josh wrote down his cell number and let me know that he would be meeting me for the pickup which was on a Sunday, a day that they are normally closed. (wow! That's some awesome customer service) He gave me the keys, and had wrote down his number on my statement and instructed to me to call if I needed to change my drop off time or anything else and to fill the tank before returning. The vehicle was a brand new ford 15 passenger van. It was probably the best part of the entire day. It was clean, and the AC was delightful. Everyone rode in comfort, the kids loved it the most. I loved driving it, for an over sized vehicle, it was really easy to drive. I would definitely rent from ABC Auto Center again. They took care of me from beginning to end. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I cannot wait until my next family adventure so that I can rent from them again. Thank you so much for the pain free experience!

They were very nice at first but when we returned the van he claimed that we destroyed the inside. First off, I had a gut feeling when we first got on to take pictures of the broken seatbelt hook which cut my sons leg (I have a picture) was going to let it slide & the ceiling fans didn't have the covers to guide the air and the seats were stained but never thought that they would actually attempt to pin it on us. He has now attempted to charge us and is extremely rude, definitely not okay that he is trying to take advantage. We wish we would've looked at the reviews sooner because it seems that we all have a similar story. Wouldn't doubt the good reviews being fake. Horrible experience. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, THEY ARE FRAUDS!
