When i came to look at the vehicle i noticed the vehicle tags were expired. Firstly, the vehicle was not even ready to be sold none of the paper work for the truck was ready. Went for a test drive and notice the AC was out. So then they needed to fix the AC before i even considered buying it. They do not let you get up to highway speed when test driving it BTW so be careful when purchasing. They offered financing there DECLINE it if you can my credit was ran through a poor company called Westlake. I offered a significant amount of employment verification for them to still turn down the loan because "of fraud and inconsistency" even though i had already signed a contract of what i would be paying. While i was doing that i was also trying to get a loan through my bank to see if i could get a better loan amount. Because of that Westlake decided they needed a million things from me because i was wanting to get a loan through my personal bank. Anyways. I signed all the paperwork paid the down payment paid for the insurance and the vehicle was released to me. I had the truck for a month !!!!!! And now TCA IS DEMANDING IT BACK BECAUSE THEIR LENDER WAS A FLUKE!!! They sold a truck with broken headlights which i paid to be fixed , i installed window tint because i had THOUGHT I WOULD BE PAYING THE CONTRACT I SIGNED!!!!!! SO NOW IM OUT OF A VEHICLE AND A LOWERED CREDIT SCORE TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHILCE FROM THIS SLIMY COMPANY There way of trying to make up for this was doing a "in house loan" at $515 a month with a 23% APR NO THANKS $30k for a $18k truck RIP OFFS

I provided my information and paid with my debit card. After processing my card, I was told I would receive an email with a transaction receipt and a copy of the sales contract for review and approval, and that once the repairs were finished, I would be contacted to return to the dealership and complete the sale. However, on my way home, I received messages saying "Congrats on your new car loan." Confused, I checked my email and saw that the application had been signed electronically without my knowledge, leaving me with a loan on a vehicle I never even sat in. I went back the very next day and expressed my disgust that this contract was e-signed without my consent. Finally, two hours later, he said he would cancel the loan and that we could start a new contract once the vehicle was serviced and the safety check was completed. Ten days later, and eight phone calls to the finance company asking for the loan to be canceled for fraud, I received a text message from the dealership stating that the loan had been canceled, and "I will fix the paperwork for you. Please take your car today, it is ready." Soon after, I received another text saying, "Congrats on your new car loan." Shaking my head in disbelief, I checked my email, and sure enough, there was another sales contract e-signed by the dealership without my consent. In the end, Im stuck with a loan on a vehicle that I was never given the chance to inspect or test-drive.

I provided all my information, including bank and income details, and made a $2,000 deposit. At no point did I sign or was I offered to sign any paperwork in person. Later, I received the closing paperwork by email and noticed major discrepancies. The documents showed my e-signature, which I did not authorize, and included terms I never agreed to. The paperwork reflected a 23.99% interest rate, which I was fine with based on the original price, but the payment terms and totals didn't match the agreement. According to the documents, I'm being charged nearly $429 per month for 55 months, totaling about $23,995--for a vehicle that was supposed to cost $14,995. That means I'd be paying roughly 65% interest and almost $9,995 more than agreed upon. This is unacceptable and deceptive. Signing a customer's signature without consent is fraud. I strongly urge anyone considering buying here to review all paperwork carefully and verify every detail before agreeing to anything. Buyer beware -- do not do business with this dealership.
