The work was done well, relatively on time, and with minimal interruption. When an issue arose during the project, Ben was quick to respond and come over and work through the issue. We received an email late Thursday saying they needed to cancel and couldn't reschedule until the following week. They offered no explanation and because the notice was so late we couldn't find an alternative option. They also didn't pick up the phone when we called after receiving the email. Terrible customer service.

They didn't provide an estimate before fixing the disposal and tried to charge me almost $500. This was very unprofessional and a deceiving business practice. I was able to convince the tech to give me half off but honestly i still think it costs too much for just spinning an Allen wrench to clear out the disposal jam. I will not be using them again and will make sure to let friends know to not trust this company.

However, as it turned out my water heater type didn't need an expansion tank, but a pressure relief valve. The tech explained the problem very clearly, installed a pressure relief valve, and was even creative by installing a pressure gauge where the previous plumber incorrectly installed an expansion tank.
