We experienced a small fire at our residence on 8/1/24. Frontier was knocking at our door as soon…read moreas the fire department left. The damage was limited to major soot and smoke throughout the lower level and 2nd floor levels. A DocuScan was performed on 8/8/24 of our whole house, including outside near where the fire originated. We were told we would be contacted "in a day or two" regarding an estimate and that likely the remediation would only take 1 to 2 days. I contacted Frontier on 8/10 for an update but was only able to leave a message with their answering service. I called again on 8/12 and spoke to a Frontier representative, who had informed me they didn't have any of my information in their system. A 2nd representative informed me that they would get back to me as soon as they spoke with a Project Manager. By 8/13, no one had called me back. On 8/13, I sent an email to both Field Consultants who had visited my house. I received a follow-up email from one of the consultants who indicated they would contact me on 8/14 with an update. As of 8/15/24, no one has notified me of any status, either via return phone call or response to an email. That in itself is unacceptable customer service. They were eager to help us restore our home and more than willing to video our residence, but have been completely silent the past week. Very disappointing.
