Our insurance company was extremely difficult to deal with after having a bad kitchen leak that ruined our entire downstairs, but Ed Polizzo was assigned as the project manager and immediately made us feel at ease. He was extremely communicative and called me more often than I would have thought to call him with updates on our home and what's to come. In January of this year, we had a major plumbing problem in the walls of our kitchen. We were referred to ServPro of Corona and Ed Polizzo began working with us to get our kitchen restored as it had to be gutted completely. One of the first things he did was to have Zulma and her helpers from ServPro come to our home and they packed up everything in our entire kitchen in boxes to be stored until the kitchen was renovated. Zulma oversaw the packing of everything. Not only did they take great care in how they protected everything, but a picture of everything was put on her I Pad and noted what box it was stored in. They packed and marked 30 boxes. They did all the work. I could not have been happier with what they did. Wonderful people to deal with. Ed guided us through the entire process of the remodeling of this kitchen. We now have a beautiful kitchen and could not be happier with the people of ServPro of Corona. This Servpro SUCKS!!!! They deserve Negative stars!!! They've been hired now for OVER 4 weeks to do a demo for kitchen and floors... they are now just starting after ONE MONTH on the drywall. They complained about how much insurance is paying them. I WOULD NEVER recommend them if you are looking for fast and good work. They are SLOW and inconsiderate!!!. We told them the people moving into the house are being kicked out and to hurry...but they don't care!! It's about money and starting whenever they feel like it. I'll be sure to keep that in mind for my future real estate deals. NEVER DEAL WITH SERVPRO if you are looking for for fast and good work!!! Better off going somewhere else. We had a leak in our upper bathroom that went into the lower bathroom. Our insurance Co AAA referred us to this Servpro. This happened the same day I attended a networking meeting in Corona and coincidentally the President of the networking meeting was the owner of Servpro-Zulma. I met Zulma's husband Ed that day too. I can't explain in words how satisfied we are with the work this firm did. They dried out the walls and explained the entire process as they went along. They placed plastic down that covered our carpets and flooring. I would not want to use any other firm. These folks are excellent and they are the pros! Needed to have my insulation removed and replaced as a result of nearby wildfires. Contacted Servpro of Corona and glad I did. His crew showed up when scheduled and on time. Very few contractors do that anymore. Also very impressed with their work. They contained any messes made and cleaned up thoroughly. Had a great experience with Servpro of Corona They came in and remediated Mold, Dried out the area repaired drywall, base boards, texture and painted. When they were done it was like it never happened, they respected our home, we had no clean up to do when they were gone . No dusting , no mopping & no vacuuming. I had a horrible water leakage in my kitchen sink, which damaged my cabinets all the way to the side wall. I called 3 different companies to get a quote. The first company came in and poked a lot of areas in my kitchen and said it would cost me approximately $2500 for the drying not including the repair. The second company was not available to come by until around 6-7pm. I called Servpro and within an hour and a half, a representative came by my house, Eddie was very professional, he examined all the areas thoroughly without having to poke anything, the areas he assessed were not as over exaggerated as the other company (the other company's gadget seemed to beep wherever it pokes). Anyway, back to servpro, Eddie gave me a quote range for the drying work and a separate quote for the estimated repair. He was very honest with his assessment and I felt very comfortable with him explaining all the work they will do to get the issues resolved. If you are a clean freak like me, you would appreciate that they covered my cabinets and appliances with plastic, they put tarp on the floor to not damage my wooden floor. The repair men were very nice and professional. Arturo and his assistants were quick and cleaned everytime they were done. I hope I won't have a water disaster again, but if I do or any family member, they're definitely the company to go to. read more

Had a slab leak and insurance provided the number for SERVPRO. They came out great customer service got me set up with dryers and opened up the drywall with no issues. Used servpro to do the repairs and construction in the areas affected by the water damage. Workmanship was fine however I had to watch the workers very closely. As they repair the drywall, they kept taking short cuts and did not replace the installation had to redo all the work all over again, and very poor work when they weren't watched however if I kept on them did get a good job. Biggest issue is the disrespect and the lack of courtesy that the workers showed my house. They peed all over the floor, left pubic hairs and pee stains on the toilet rim and skid marks in the crapper and never bother to clean it up or make any attempt to clean up this disgusting mess. They also blew fuses and I had to reset the GFI, but the problem is they never told me and it affected my freezer in the garage. Although I'm happy with the work, I would never recommend them as the lack of courtesy and respect for a person's house goes farther than craftsmanship read more
