Seventh South Waterfront was an absolute smash! From to drinks to our food and the service! Derek was our bartender. He was knowledgeable and so nice! The food was delicious. We got the Roasted Oysters, Fish Tacos, & Grilled Red Snapper. The Oysters were so cheesy and had a nice crunch from the potato chips. The Snapper was delicious. The sauce was amazing. We had martinis to accompany and my gin martini was so smooth. Absolutely a fantastic time!

Gorgeous location by the water. Recently converted from a market to a full-service restaurant, and it's got an upscale, sleek vibe. We came for a drink one night, and I got the All Bark, No Bite, which was boozier-tasting than I had hoped. I prefer drinks with more layered flavors but if you love vodka, then this is the drink for you. The next day we came for lunch, and the highlight by far was the Smoked Fish Dip. I also got the salmon poke bowl, which was fresh and tasty, and the other guests got the red snapper, which was solid, and the Moroccan chicken, which my friend didn't really enjoy. This restaurant is still relatively new, and may need some time to figure out their menu. I'd definitely come back to try some of their other dishes.

Seventh South is amazing experience. Lauren was our server and she is amazingly knowledgeable on the menu. Every dish was delicious and it only got better. The best charred octopus in Naples. I had the Red Snapper with lobster and shrimp risotto, superb dish. The wine list is perhaps the most reasonable priced in town both by the glass and bottle. The decor is coastal rustic and relaxing. They will need to expand soon Best birthday dinner 10 stars

Picked this spot by chance and what a pick. We got there early 4:45 and the restaurant surprisingly was filled up by 5:30. It's no wonder why, the service, ambiance and food is benchmark. Our server was excellent and clearly knows the menu and made some great suggestions. The cocktails are expertly prepared. The food was amazing and very unique combination of ingredients. The presentation of everything is outstanding. The other impressive aspect is the attention we got from not only wait staff but the management team. Well done!

The ambiance here is great, inside outdoor dining. It's on the water so there is a view. Seems like a local favorite, was quite busy. Friendly staff. The bread, tuna and short ribs were the star of the show, very delicious and great flavors.

Funny enough we probably picked one of the worst days to try this place out. The weather was cold and rainy and this is a quaint, waterfront gem directly across from celebration park. Lucky for us they have indoor seating and a bar as well as outdoor seating on the water. We came for lunch and decided to try the fish dip and the grouper tacos (which was one of the specials). The tacos came with a side of sushi rice which I chose to substitute for fries. We also had a chocolate torte for dessert. The staff were friendly and efficient. When my tacos came out they forgot the fries but told me to just keep the rice and they would bring the fries out. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The fish dip was topped with some sort of pickle relish mix which was so good and the crackers they serve with it are light and crispy. The sushi rice was surprisingly full of spices and flavor. The tacos were perfect. Not too fishy tasting like often happens with fish tacos. The fries came out quickly and were hot and delicious. We enjoyed the chocolate torte which had some dulce de leche drizzle and a couple of strawberry slices. I will say that like so many restaurants, I find the dessert overpriced for the portion size even if it is absolutely delicious! We will be back on a beautiful day to sit outside, enjoy the view, try some alternate items on the menu and enjoy the sangria which I did not order today.

Great atmosphere, one of the few waterfront options in the area! Had the tuna poke bowl for lunch was delicious, and fresh! Very reasonable pricing for lunch as well.

Hostess was arrogant and rude. Filet mignon was tasteless and peppered. Server was great but food was fair at best.

Service was fair. Food was good but pricey. They're charging 5th ave prices without the location or ambiance. Very limited menu.

Everyone was very happy with their food. The cesar salad is very good. They put a lot of a cheese on it, which is awesome. I love cheese. I have only had the triggerfish and it is an amazing dish. The fish is not fishy at all. It is meaty but light and flaky. They give a good sized portion. The pimento cheese is to die for. I can't believe how much of it I ate on my last visit. Then we have the key lime pie. Wow. Double wow. It has a burnt sugar topping similar to creme brulee. The filling is light and tart. The pie ties with Sweet Melissas. The interior is super cute. I love the nautical colors. They have a nice bar too. Hurry up and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Service started a little slowly--we didn't meet our server for about 15 minutes, although another team member quickly brought us water and drinks. Once our server arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It seemed like he may have been covering several tables that evening, so we completely understood. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team. We'd gladly give Syren another try.

A Fantastic First Visit - Happy Hour Done Right!…read more I stumbled upon Lola 41 in Old Downtown Naples for their happy hour, which kicks off daily at 3:30 PM. I arrived a bit early - around 3:10 - and by 3:25 a small crowd had already started to gather, which tells you something about how popular this place is. Despite a little drizzle, people were eager to get in, and I quickly understood why. This was my first visit to Lola 41, and I was immediately struck by the space. The ambiance when you walk in is absolutely fabulous - beautifully designed and full of energy. The doors opened right at 3:31, and the bar filled up fast. As it turned out, they were celebrating their 2-year anniversary, which I had no idea about, but the buzz in the room made it feel like a special occasion. The bartending staff handled the rush with impressive efficiency - drinks were coming out quickly even as the place packed in. I thoroughly enjoyed my cocktail, and it delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I also ordered off the happy hour menu, and while there was a small mix-up with my food (completely understandable given the volume and the anniversary excitement), the staff was absolutely wonderful about it. They accommodated my request to have my order packed to go without any hesitation - and I have to say, once I got back to my hotel and dug in, I was not disappointed at all. For anyone visiting the Naples area, I highly recommend making Lola 41 a stop, even if just for happy hour. Grab a cocktail, try an appetizer, and I promise it will leave you wanting to come back for a full dinner. This one has earned a regular spot on my list, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Many people come for the fresh seafood market, but don't overlook the restaurant side -- it's absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend.

After sitting down, we started reviewing the menu and saw so many interesting items that it was difficult to choose. Fortunately, our server noticed we were struggling and she offered to help navigate us through our meal. Our goal was to sample a variety of options, but not to over order. And we accomplished just that! We started with some Stone Crabs, then some Peel & Eat Shrimp, then my wife and I shared an entree of Blackened Grouper with sides of fries and coleslaw, where we also added a few scallops. Delicious! We thought we were done, but our server informed us of the excellent Key Lime pie. We had room to share one slice, and we are so happy we did! It was excellent. A great balance of tartness and sweetness. We look forward to returning!
