I've called multiple times and been sent to a full voicemail inbox. The ONE time someone answered they hung up immediately. I followed up with texts, Facebook messages, and Yelp message only to be ignored. I really wanted to be happy with the service, but if a business is going to communicate like this, I can't recommend them to anyone!

We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use. On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school. The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of "he needs to come before noon" did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks. $75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do? I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up. I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean. You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was. If you want it done fast, clean, and right, call All In!

It was past 8pm Friday when I arrived and I called Reyley to find out his availability and cost. He told me that it would cost $275 for the specific job plus parts. My handyman had previously called him to confirm the same rate. Reyley did not tell me that the cost would be determined once the inspection was made or given me a rough range of estimate either. On Sat. morning I met with Reyley and his plumber and I was quoted $1500. I was shocked because I thought the job would be a few hundred dollars. Because it was a Saturday and my tenants did not have any water I agreed to get the water valve repaired and water restored. If I had to look for another plumber it would take Monday or longer to restore the water. I have hired over 30 plumbers past 25 years and I have never experienced this "bait and switch". The plumbing co. will be very clear on how their prices are set. Here, Reyley gave me and my handyman a different understanding what the price would be. Reyley and the plumber spend little less than two hours, waiting for 30 minutes to turn off the main valve for the complex. The job was done but I ended up paying much more than I had expected.
