    Aces Belli Mocktail
    Lauren C.

The 6 Course Tasting Menu made for a fun and delicious evening with friends. The food was great and the service was excellent. Chef Marc, server Phil, and Dr. Brown Sugar were enthusiastic about what the restaurant offers and gave us great detail about the food we were enjoying that evening. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant had a neighborhood hangout feel. The bar with large televisions is at the center of the room. The vibe is good for someone looking for finer dining in a more casual atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The mocktail menu offered creative options. I went with the Aces Belli with lavender, raspberry, lemon, rose water, and ginger. It tasted great and definitely gave the vibe of a fun cocktail. Every dish in the six course meal was thoughtfully created. All of the flavors and textures were wonderful together. We started with a large Ravioli with egg yolk inside and topped with mushrooms. We were brought bread to enjoy all of the decadent sauce on top. Next was a Caesar Salad. There was nothing ordinary about this. The flavors pooped and the black pepper was perfect. The Rolled Eggplant was excellent. Chef Marc doesn't bread this and explained that Italians don't bread their eggplant. It was a nice, lighter version of rolled eggplant. The braised short rib pasta was perfectly al dente pasta with the most flavorful beef. The vegetable mix in the sauce reminded me of a minestrone. The steak with sweet potatoes! Wow! The steak was perfectly seasoned and tender. I loved this. Lastly, Dr. Brown Sugar prepared a large Bananas Foster table side for us to share. He was so enthusiastic and added to the fun. This dessert was heavenly. I was so full at this point, but couldn't miss out on this. I really enjoyed my meal here. Every course was creative, had high quality ingredients, and was perfectly prepared. It felt like an experience on top of having a meal.

Decided to book our 8 year wedding anniversary dinner here and I'm SO glad we did! My last experience here was 5-star and this one was also 5-star! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This restaurant is gorgeous.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were seated right away and the hostess even knew it was our anniversary and wished us a happy one, which was really nice. Our server was outstanding and walked us through the entire menu. Last time I did the chefs tasting so i was excited to order off the menu regularly this time. To start, we ordered the meatballs, which were out of this world delicious. The sauce was sooo good. Our server also recommended the garlic bread so we could dip the bread in the sauce which was a great call. We also got the bone marrow. And when I tell you I was BLOWN away by this bone marrow... it's an understatement!! Usually when we've ordered bone marrow at restaurants, it's a lot smaller for the same price. This was MASSIVE. The bone marrow was delicious. And the sauces they served with it were so good. I definitely would recommend getting this and we'll be back for it! For dinner, I got the shrimp scampi pasta. I loved that the shrimp scampi was served on the side, so that I could mix it in as I wanted. It was sooo good! I couldn't finish the entire thing so we ended up taking it home. My husband got the riggies and he loved it. For dessert, we split the cheesecake and it was delicious. At the end, our server also brought over a couple of pastries from their pastry shop next door. He said it was for our anniversary and a snack for the baby for later haha. So nice! Incredible service and meal. We still can't stop raving about this spot and I highly recommend checking them out!

We came here during a birthday weekend just looking for a good place to try, and ended up at Scrizzi. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised. This place feels like a hidden gem on the southwest side of Las Vegas. It's one of those spots you don't hear about enough, but once you go, you get it. The food was really good. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, not heavy, just done right. The shrimp scampi had great flavor, and they even made a lasagna from scratch for our table even though it wasn't on the menu, which was such a nice touch. And the tiramisu... made from scratch and so good. Definitely one of those desserts you keep thinking about after. One of the servers mentioned the chef spent time in France and Italy learning recipes, and you can feel that in the food. It's simple but done with intention. We were also told one of the chefs, Román, was behind some of what we had, which made it feel even more personal. Service was honestly really good. Our server was super nice, personable, and just really cool. He made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable without it feeling forced. The ambiance is really nice too. It's a proper sit-down spot but still relaxed. The bar is a great option if you want to have a drink, watch a game, and still enjoy good food. Overall, it's just one of those places that's totally worth trying. If you're into good food and want to explore something a little different from the usual spots, this is it.

A wonderful experience by Chef Marc who was present during our dinner. Loved everything about this restaurant. The main entrance is through Florentine, a little cafe which offers delicious pastries and desserts that can also be ordered from Sgrizzi. The cafe also acted as a waiting area which was nice because we could see everything they had to offer. When it came time to be seated, we were met by several staff members, all so very attentive to detail. There's a bar area, a few booths and a few big tables for bigger parties. As for food, we went with My Father's Meatball, Venetian Duck Ragu, and Shrimp Fra Diavolo. The meatballs were so juicy. Chef Marc stopped by our table and informed us that they use Tomahawk trimmings in the meatballs and their Sunday sauce. Sunday sauce, can also be ordered separately. First bite of the duck Ragu, my husband said 10/10 lol. But it really was that delicious! My Shrimp Fra Diavolo was also yummy. Spice level is from 1-4. The linguine tasted freshly made and the shrimps were huge! Perfectly cooked. Chef Marc has done an amazing job with this restaurant. I appreciated that he took the time to go around and talk to the guests. I cannot wait to come back and try the other menu items on our next date night.

Came here for a double celebration a birthday and a big announcement. The side table presentations with the flame thrower had the whole table entertained. don't know what was bigger, the pregnancy announcement or my bone marrow order, both were a big deal. Food was really good across the board, no complaints. Staff was super cool. and the chefs back there are basically heroes without capes making magic happen. Perfect spot if you're celebrating something special or just want a night that feels like an experience, not just dinner. Definitely coming back.

Hands down Best Italian restaurant in town!! Chef Marc, the waiter John and Marco are simply the best!!! Tonight we tried the lobster and shrimp linguine special. Wow! This dish was to die for! It was simply amazing! The flavor was so perfection! We also had the chicken riggies again. Perfection as always. The Caesar salad is hands down best Caesar salad we've ever had! The mozzarella garlic bread pairs perfectly with the meatballs too. This our favorite local gem! We love the atmosphere in here as well. Everyone makes us feel so welcome. It's great to families too!

I had read such great reviews, that I wanted to try this for my birthday. This restaurant far exceeded my expectations! The restaurant is beautiful. The staff is extremely attentive and their customer service skills are amazing! Our waiter suggested the cocktails we ordered. They were called romeo and juliet Loved them both! I ordered the ribeye. All I can say is O.M.G. this was the most delicious steak I have ever had! It was served with cabbage, mashed potatoes and sweet mashed potatoes. A.mazing!! The chef also brought us risotto to try, so good!! For dessert we had banana foster, which was made tableside. It was perfect! Thank you for such a beautiful experience! This will definitely be a restaurant that we frequent.

Took my mom to dinner last Friday to Sgrizzi! I called ahead to see if there was availability for 2 and there was luckily. The ambiance is very romantic and moody. Our server was wonderful and so was the gentleman who did the table side bananas foster. The food was good! I'd like to go back to try their steak soon. Would recommend!

Heard that Sgrizzi Ristorante & Bar by Chef Marc was on the Yelp's list of best restaurants in the country and decided to try it out. The entrance to the restaurant is inside their bakery. The ambience is simple and romantic; and there is a nice bar on the side. There is a refrigerator near the entrance where their dry-aged meat is displayed. The four of us ordered family style and had their Spanish Octopus Livornese and Bone Marrow as Antipasti. We got two pasta dishes: the Linguine Vongole and Venetian Duck Ragu; and a 44oz Dry-Aged Tomahawk Steak. We had Baked Alaska for dessert. Food was marvelous! It was among the best Italian food I have ever had. Every dish had very exquisite taste and excellent presentation. The pastas were all home made and were fantastic. The Bone Marrow was huge and really tasty. The Tomahawk Steak was chargrilled perfectly over an open fire and carved table side. It also came with very delicious mashed potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes. Baked Alaska was awesome! Service was excellent, very professional and attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu items. It was a very delightful experience and Chef Marc and the manager even came over to chat. This restaurant is highly recommended!

Lovely experience! We came for our anniversary dinner in October and had a great dinner. We waited about 5ish minutes for our table with a reservation which wasn't too bad, we browsed the pastries while we waited. Once seated, the atmosphere is very nice, we were seated near the bar. We both ordered the specials for the night, mine was the fettuccini alfredo with truffles. The cream sauce for it was very very light, which made the truffles the spotlight. It was very good! My husband ordered a drink that came smoked and the waiter looked like he was having a great time lighting it in front of us. Service was top notch and we had no complaints about any element of our night. I would love to come back and try the pastries they had at the front. They were huge and looked so dang good!! Food was great and we absolutely would come again.

Grass fed New Zealand ribeye & gluten free gnocchi

The staff and service is top tier, the food was amazing! Every single dish was great! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is calm with great music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chef came out to connect with our table and overall we had a phenomenal time here! Would recommend for a date night, to hang with friends or even a big group.

Were you at Ahern ? Owned your restaurant before being there ? If so my family and I have been trying to find you again !

    Yes I was at Ahern.

Do you have a private dining room for parties?

We have an area we can use, it's not in a private room but works well,

Are reservations required for a party of 4?

Yes on weekends, during the week walkins usually sit promptly.

What time do you guys open and closed for a breakfast or brunch at Florentine cafe?

The cafe opens 7:00 am. Brunch starts 10:00 am and offered Sunday only. The Italian sandwiches are offered Wednsday thru Sunday starting 10:00 am. Brunch ends at 3pm on Sunday.

Are latex gloves used anywhere in the restaurant or bakery?

Not sure. But generally restaurants use food safe gloves. I would call and ask to speak with Chef if you are highly allergic to latex.

We currently do not offer gluten free pasta. We do however have other gluten free options available

Once I stepped foot inside and saw a completely packed house with an hour and a half wait and barely standing room at the bar, I knew it was worth whatever wait or process I had to go through. Ultimately I lucked out as an individual. I was able to snag a bar top seat pretty quickly and had I known then I was sitting down to what was going to be one of the best meals of my life, I would have been visibly more excited. Not only was the service absolutely top notch, the people and the regulars there were extremely friendly and outgoing. The vibe was perfect, a strange mix of a place that felt like it had been there for 200 years yet was somehow high energy and vibey. From a killer cocktail recommendation to one of the best steaks I've had in my life and coming from Oklahoma City, where I work a mile away from the stockyards and can get great quality fresh beef six ways from Sunday, that's saying a lot. I usually despise most things truffle but if I was forced to eat that truffle mac and cheese every day for the rest of my life I would consider it a life well lived. While I would have never ordered it on my own, a customer next to me recommended the porn star cocktail and I have to say it was also one of the most delicious things I've ever had in my life. Ten out of ten, top notch experience. Would recommend. Will be back every time I'm in Vegas, no questions asked.

My most recent visit was on July 1st to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our reservation was for 9:45 pm which made me nervous. Somehow the staff here can tolerate these late nights. They did not rush us and I felt like it was 8 pm and not after 10. I love how they always have a fun story about times long gone. This time we sat at Joe DiMaggio's second booth. He's the only star with 2 booths. You can look online for the story behind that. We've had the pleasure to engage with their sommelier several times. He also made our anniversary extra special by surprising us with a complimentary chocolate mousse cake topped with whipped cream and a glass of sparkling wine, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. The standout of the meal was, without a doubt, the seafood tower. It was absolutely worth ordering. The generous portions of crab, lobster, and shrimp made it feel like a great value, especially since the crab was already out of the shell and the lobster was perfectly prepared and ready to enjoy. We also loved the mango and raspberry sorbets for dessert--they were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. We brought our own bottle of wine and paid the $50 corkage fee. I also ordered the Black Cherry Margarita, which was delicious, while my husband enjoyed a glass of the Domaine Laroche Chablis. Unfortunately, the steak was just okay. We ordered it medium-rare, but it came out a bit overcooked. The wedge salad and French fries were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. We expected to spend around $500 for dinner, so the price itself wasn't the issue. We were simply hoping the quality would better match the cost. We did not originally plan on having a big meal or making a special visit. We simply wanted to sit somewhere nice, have a glass of champagne, and enjoy a quiet moment together. But once we stepped inside Smith & Wollensky, everything felt much better than expected. Sometimes the best dining experiences are the ones you do not plan too much. This was definitely one of those pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was beautiful. It had that classic American steakhouse feeling with warm lighting, sparkling glassware, and an elegant but comfortable setting. It felt upscale without being too formal, and it was the perfect place to sit with my mom and enjoy a relaxed conversation. We ordered champagne by the glass, and it was excellent. Sometimes champagne by the glass can feel a little flat or not cold enough, but this one was served very cold and the bubbles were still lively and fresh. The first sip was crisp, refreshing, and immediately made the moment feel special. My mom and I both really enjoyed it. The burrata cheese was absolutely delicious. It was soft, creamy, and fresh, with a rich but delicate flavor. When I cut into it, the texture was beautifully smooth, and the creaminess paired so well with everything else on the plate. I especially loved the fruit pairing. The brûléed orange and charred grapefruit added a bright, slightly sweet, and lightly bitter flavor that balanced the creamy burrata perfectly. The basil added freshness and brought the whole dish together. The ham served with the burrata was also excellent. Sometimes prosciutto or cured ham can be too salty and overpower the dish, but this one was not too salty at all. It had a nutty, savory flavor that went beautifully with the burrata. The creamy cheese, refreshing fruit, fresh basil, and savory ham were very well balanced. My favorite bite was with a little burrata on the crostini, some fruit, and a piece of the ham together. The crispy bread, creamy cheese, bright fruit, and savory ham all worked perfectly in one bite. We only came in for a glass of champagne, but this starter made the visit feel much more special. The service was also comfortable and professional. The staff was attentive without being overwhelming, and the pace felt relaxed. That kind of service makes a big difference, especially when you want to enjoy a nice moment without feeling rushed. This visit became a sweet memory with my mom. A cold glass of champagne with lively bubbles, delicious burrata, and ham that was savory but not too salty made the whole experience feel elegant and enjoyable. Sometimes a simple, unplanned stop turns into one of the best parts of the day. I would definitely come back again next time I am in the area. If you enjoy burrata cheese, I highly recommend this dish. We came in without high expectations, but left very impressed and very happy.
