Stopped by while on the road and this place was delicious. The workers were very friendly and the place itself is beautiful. Waffles were amazing and the latte I had was delicious (pistachio latte). They have free WiFi so you can work and enjoy their food and coffee drinks. If I was a local, I'd definitely be back!! Oh, and their restroom was nice and clean!!!

This place was such a pleasant surprise! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance pulls you in -- beautifully decorated inside and out with picturesque displays that are definitely Yelp-photo worthy. Plenty of seating, a clean bathroom, and an overall warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. Now let's talk food... the chicken shawarma? Absolutely chef's kiss. Tender, flavorful, and easily the star of the meal. The coffee was rich and satisfying, and the crepes were packed with flavor and generously portioned. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They did seem a little young and slightly inexperienced at times, but their friendly customer service and positive energy more than made up for it. The only minor downside was noticing crumbs on a few of the seats, but aside from that, the restaurant was clean, enjoyable, and somewhere I'd happily return to. Definitely worth checking out!

Cute layout and decoration!!!! Super friendly barista There's a lot of culture here and they are kind of in a soft opening phase so there are more culture drinks to come. Lots of good sweets and lotsssss of seating! Great place to hangout or study

I've been here a few times over the last month or so. The inside of the coffee shop is absolutely beautiful. It's spacious and it doesn't matter where you sit because there's always something visually appealing near by. The coffee is great and genuinely tastes good. Good if you like the flavor of coffee but not too sweet. I've had a few food items as well like the poppy seed muffin and the chicken shawarma wrap. Both were really good. Like thinking about it the next day good. The man and woman I've spoke to who work there are both very nice. The woman was able to make some coffee recommendations for me the first time I was there which was super helpful. I'm looking forward to returning and continuing to support a local business!

Great atmosphere great customer service. The Biscoff was amazing It was beyond good. Lots of room for meetings, chai tea was good ( I had to add sugar ) I will come back indeed for the atmosphere and Biscoff. Please try this place out you will not be disappointed. Milk cake and baklava was also good.

Shahmaran is a Turkish style cafe. The storefront of the business is very unassuming. I was pleasantly surprised that the interior of this business was beautiful and spacious with ample seating. There is also a nice patio where I sat and enjoyed an Americano and a pastry. The place seemed very empty, so I hope it catches on. It's a wonderful alternative to your standard coffee shop. Stays open late. I will definitely return. Enter the parking lot from Manlove Rd.

LOVE this spot! Such good cheesecake and coffee. And the ambiance is so cool! Fast service, instagramable photo areas, the cutest aesthetic

I came to town for my book launch event and stopped by this place for coffee before our after-launch celebration party to take a break and reflect. This place is the perfect environment for that kind of quiet reflection. The walls are beautifully decorated, the seating area is spacious and clean, and the overall vibe feels warm and calming. The staff are very kind and welcoming, and the quiet atmosphere paired with the soft ethnic music makes it an even more peaceful place to relax and recharge. The drinks are pretty good too.

Met the owner on a late Sunday night. She is so kind and eager to share great food in a fun setting. Parking was easy in a little plaza. Once you step inside, you immediately notice the big moon wall and lots of comfy, cute seating. We ordered at the right side of the counter and sat in the outer room in the far left because of the umbrellas and lounges! I highly recommend a pot of tea for a bougie experience. The cheese pastry was soft and the crepe was so filling even when shared. We have big hopes for this business and look forward to bringing our families to enjoy a proper breakfast spread under the lovely sunlight.

After a walk by the river, we were looking for a place close to home to grab a coffee or something to drink as we weren't quite ready to head home. After a quick search, we landed on Shahmaran Cafe, as we prefer outdoor seating and they appeared to have it. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed and offered a menu. The person working the counter was very helpful with answering questions about the items on display. The indoor space was spacious, bright and clean. The outdoor space is also equally welcoming and calming. There's a running water fountain, fun umbrellas, and a relaxing atmosphere. We absolutely loved sitting outside and applaud the resourcefulness in the decor. We ordered at the counter, paid and the items were brought out to us. We had: Rosehip tea pot to share Shahmaran Latte with oatmilk Chicken Shawarma Tiny bite of baklava (~$35 for all of it) All of it was delicious. The tea was absolutely lovely, so much so that I vowed then to come back immediately (and did!). The coffee was fantastic and the cups they're served in feel nice on the hand. The presentation of the items made it feel like an experience, to sit and drink our tea calmly, and enjoy our conversation. The owner checked on us to make sure all was well, and made us feel welcome. She mentioned they haven't been open long, but I have a feeling they'll be here for time to come. I will continue to come here as it is my most local coffee shop, and invite you all to check it out.

Such a cute cute space. I had the Shahmaran latte which was velvety and the right amount of sweetness. We tried their Biscoff waffle that was soo yummy and fully. We also tried their banana strawberry shake and that was really yummy. Our server was incredibly kind and since it was our first time gave great suggestions.

Came to Shahmaran Cafe for a study session and appreciated that there were plenty of seating outlets available for working. I ordered the pomegranate mojito ($7.60) but it was a bit too sweet for my taste and had an artificial flavor, so I'd rate the drink about a 2/10 personally. Since it was my first visit, I also asked about non-caffeinated drink options and felt the cashier wasn't very helpful in guiding me through the menu. The space itself was comfortable for studying but the drink and service experience were a bit underwhelming.

Decided to try something new in the Sacramento area today and Shahmaran Cafe did not disappoint. The vibe here is wonderful -- warm, inviting, and relaxing. Tons of variety on the menu. I ordered the Shahmaran Latte and paired it with Turkish delight. Both were delicious and I'll absolutely be back to try more. Highly recommend!

    Nice atmosphere.

I decided to try something different and unfortunately it wasn't a winner for me. The Swiss cheese on my crepe was simply placed on top rather than incorporated into the dish, which felt a bit odd. The poached eggs were overcooked, and the bacon was undercooked, so the meal didn't come together the way I had hoped. That said, one less-than-perfect meal won't keep me from coming back. The service was still friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere remained enjoyable. I especially appreciated the outdoor seating today. It was quiet, relaxing, and perfect for a little people-watching while enjoying the fresh air. Even though this particular dish missed the mark, I've had enough great experiences here to continue recommending Crepeville. Sometimes even good restaurants have an off day, and I'm confident my next visit will be back to the quality I've come to expect.

While their salads are not cheap, they are a much better value than other non-chain restaurants that serve salads because of their top quality ingredients and the sheer size. Initially wanted to do a half sandwich and half salad my dining partner and I each one is separate types of salads, but then I saw the steak sandwich and they did not do the half steak sandwich with a half salad so we ordered a full salad and order the steak sandwich where we each had a giant half chicken, arugula, salad, and large halves of steak sandwich, and we also got our second choice of salad Fugi Apple with candied walnuts by paying a four dollar upgrade to having it instead of the french fries. They do substitute a plain dinner side salad for the fries free of charge , but I wanted the special Fugi salad, which is so so good. The amount of high-quality chicken on the arugula salad was truly impressive, and the super soft giant slice of focaccia made the salad quite the meal! Initially, I was a little disappointed to see that the steak wasn't a whole steak and was sliced into three slices, but after I tasted it, it tasted like the most tender awesome steak without any fat or grizzle that a whole steak often comes with and it wasn't anything like a Philly cheesesteak which is something I don't like. So I was super happy with the steak sandwich. Cafe Dantorels is an order at the counter and take your number and be seated. Serve your own water, kind of place which saves on staff and seems to be quite efficient. Also allows for people that are dining with other people where they don't want to have one bill they can easily just pay for their own meal and not have a be awkward. The interior is inviting and there's a giant patio in the back that's covered for a large groups and then there's quaint seating around the exterior of the restaurant, which is my favorite. The plants have been growing up. There's lovely olive treason and shrubs. I really enjoy eating at this restaurant. Can't wait to come back for the wonderful crêpes.

One and Done - Disappointing Experience at Midtown Crepes…read more We won't be going back to Midtown Crepes after a truly frustrating experience. The food was disappointing across the board, but what really sealed it was the complete lack of communication from the kitchen. They substituted two different sauces for sausage gravy without telling us -- one of them was a mushroom sauce poured all over my wife's crepe, which she specifically asked to have on the side. She hates mushrooms, and her meal was completely ruined. The "smothered beignets" came drenched in a strange white wine sauce -- again, no warning or explanation. My mother-in-law's crepe had a bunch of extra ingredients that weren't listed on the menu, and it completely threw off the dish and ruined her breakfast as well. The crepes themselves were thick and rubbery, more like tortillas than the thin, delicate crepes you'd expect. We ordered regular beignets as a starter, but they didn't arrive until after the rest of the meals, making them feel like an afterthought. To top it off, my sister-in-law's pancakes were ice cold -- so much so they wouldn't even melt the butter. Service was just as underwhelming. It took our waitress three separate visits to remember lemons for our water. No apologies, no explanations -- just slow and inattentive. There are too many great places to eat in Stockton to waste a meal here. Midtown Crepes seriously missed the mark.

Before my big move to Washington, I made one last visit in February 2026 with some friends because I knew I had to eat here one more time before leaving. Since then, I still haven't found another crepe place that compares. If you want crepes, they absolutely have your back. I never bothered ordering much else because once I found my favorite, I stayed loyal to it every single visit! The spinach and crab crepe on spinach batter. SO good every time. They also offer gluten-free crepe options, which is nice, but personally the spinach batter was unbeatable for me. Now appetizers?? Escargot and French onion soup all the way, baby! The escargot was plump and soaked in buttery oil goodness, and the French onion soup was savory, cheesy, rich, and super filling. Writing this review is making me hungry all over again. My family has tried the French toast before and thought it adequate. Simple, classic, and exactly what you'd expect from French toast. No complaints there. The restaurant itself has a cozy, humble atmosphere with paintings decorating the walls, and there's a decent amount of seating. Parking can be a little tight since it's a one-way parking lot situation, but manageable. We usually entered through the main building entrance that connects with the neighboring cantina restaurant, though there's also an outside patio entrance. Service is where the experience could be a little hit or miss, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I often preferred takeout because my order would usually be ready right when I arrived. Dine-in service depended heavily on how busy they were and what time of day you visited. Sometimes the servers were attentive and checked in frequently, while other times it could take awhile to flag someone down. Oddly enough, I noticed they seemed more attentive when I dined solo, probably because I usually came during quieter weekday mornings. I will say though, Danielle's Creperie holds a lot of nostalgic memories for me, especially with friends/family. It will always be one of my favorite comfort breakfast spots.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. We had the chance to chat with Julian himself along with a couple other staff members, and everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast wrap had the perfect balance of scrambled eggs, bacon, seasoned potatoes, avocado, and cheddar cheese. Everything worked together without any one ingredient overpowering the others, and the salsa on the side was a great addition. Honestly, it's one of the best breakfast burritos/wraps I've had. And the croissant... wow. It was absolutely delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the croissant was light, flaky, and buttery, and every bite was packed with flavor. The Nutella crepe was also very good. The crepe itself was perfectly made, though there was a little more Nutella than I personally prefer. Next time I'll probably ask for less, but that's purely a matter of taste. The avocado toast was the only item that didn't quite hit the mark for me. It was good, but the honey flavor dominated the dish and drowned out some of the other ingredients. I'd love to taste a little more balance there. I was in the neighborhood so I decided to try this place again. The place is still very bright and clean, and the menu hasn't changed. A wide selection of a lot of different things. Primarily, crêpes and burgers. (of course) I decided to go with the Greek crepe. Cheddar, onions, feta, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, and black olives. For my side, I chose the salad. Just as good as before. First of all, the salad, the greens were very fresh, and the vinaigrette had a nice tang to it. It was not overdressed as some people do on salads. I was kind of curious about mixing feta and cheddar, but it was amazingly good. The saltines of the feta was a wonderful contrast to the creaminess of the cheddar cheese. Both cheeses went well with the entire crêpe. I was going to try one of the dessert crêpes, but after this thing, I was full. Next time I will come in specifically for a dessert crêpe. Thanks again for another great meal
