I usually go to Shake Shack for their Shakes. They have some of the best shakes in town. They are not too sweet and taste really good. They have kiosks which makes the ordering easy. If you're using credit/ debit cards, I would recommend using the kiosk to avoid the line. This location is usually not that busy during lunch time, but it gets really busy in the evening. There are a lot of pick up/ delivery orders which makes the wait time longer. For ambiance, this location has plenty of tables and it is clean and well maintained. Also, the restrooms are clean too. This location is street parking only and there is public parking in walking distance.

Dropped by on a weekend afternoon. Theres street parking but also a free parking structure less than a minute walk. Nice spot and well maintained! Adam assisted us and was really helpful and attentive to our food allergy and dietary restrictions. Adam also brought food to our table. Great service! I ordered the Carolina BBQ Burger and crinkle fries with a drink which happened to be a pride cup. Love that! For my drink I tried the Seagram's ginger ale. Tried the bbq sauce and honey mustard sauces with the fries. Both were really good. I like how the mustard is more mustard than honey and the bbq is not as sweet as other burger spot sauces. The Carolina BBQ Burger was really good. Juicy and full of flavor. Thank you!

One of our family's favorite places to grab burgers! When you walk in, you can order at one of the kiosks, which makes the process quick and easy. We always go with the Shackburgers and fries. You can order your burger with a gluten free bun or lettuce wrap. The crinkly fries are good and you can add cheese and bacon. They also have TVs that are usually playing sports games. I recommend downloading the app if you want to order ahead or get some of the promos. If you dine in, they bring the food to your table. The service was friendly and the staff were checking in to see if we needed anything.

I stopped by Shake Shack tonight to get a soda since the restaurant we ate at CO2 tank was emptied so the soda was flat. Shack Shack is currently having a deal where a small drink is only a dollar if you order off the mobile app so I took advantage of that. When I was checking out, I looked at my reward and I had one for a free sandwich so I got the chicken shack. I walked to Shake Shack from where we were at which wasn't far. The chicken shack wasn't ready yet but I saw my drink on the counter so I asked if I could get it while I wait. They were not busy tonight so they had a lot of open seating inside. My coke was delicious, I took the chicken shack home. My mom ate it and she thought it was good.

I still remember when Shake Shack opened its very first store in SoCal which was in WeHo. I also remember that we probably waited in line for about an hour just to get the first taste of their burger. Fast forward many years after, SS now have so many branches across SoCal. We now have one in Burbank which I probably visited twice already. I had their shack burger and chicken bites. They still taste good but I can't get past the issue with customer service. It's almost nonexistent even if it's not busy. They refuse to ring up your order and ask you instead to use the ordering kiosk.

We wanted a quick bite before we wandered the jackalope art fair right outside. They have such dim lighting and closed/shaded windows in here, it almost felt like they were closed. They now have self ordering kiosks to place your order but they are EXTREMELY slow and laggy and very unresponsive. It takes a lot of patience for this one lol. Once you're ready to check out, they tell you to "grab a table number" but there were literally none around the kiosk except by the one on the second to farthest end. It wasn't even stacked, they were kinda just tossed around it seemed like. Food came out quick and maybe I just wasn't feeling it that day but the cheeseburger didn't hit for me. I actually didn't really like the taste and needed to get ranch to hopefully make it better, which it kinda did but I still couldn't finish it. Not sure why since we typically enjoy shake shack in general. Parking around here is awful since it's in downtown Burbank but they do have a parking structure if you get lucky on a non-busy day. Wish there were more closer to us and hoping they bring back the Korean bbq flavored burgers. Those were fantastic! IG: @ammysalamii

First time visiting Burbank location of Shake Shack. The eatery is located right on the corner and plenty of parking spots available in the plaza. Shake Shack is very welcoming and lots of tables and chairs for dining. It's bright inside and also spacious. You can do self order from the kiosk or order at the counter with cashier. Adam provided excellent customer service from the beginning of our transaction until the end. He took our order and also delivered them to our table. Thank you Adam! He also checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We had such a positive experience at this Shake Shack Burbank location. The Shake Shack Burgers, crispy cut fries and Orange Creamsicle were all on point and delicious. We ordered Shake Shack Burger both single and double stack, Carolina BBQ Burger and crispy cut fries. The burgers were all tender and cooked with the right amount of temperature. The meat was not over cooked. The crispy cut fries were definitely crispy. Carolina BBQ Burger was flavorful and not tangy. Will definitely frequent this location more often as we enjoyed our visit here along with the excellent customer service provided.

    Food

I ordered food and it was a higher amount than I was originally told. Only to find out they took a $2 from my purchase I did NOT authorize!!! THEY'LL TELL YOU IT IS ONE PRICE THEN CHARGE YOU A DIFFERENT! DON'T GO HERE! Ambiance was nice though.

I tried the limited offer BBQ Boneless BBQ Rib sandwich bec the store pics looked really good but when it arrived at my table I thought they gave me the wrong item. Compare the pics and see for yourself.

Overall Experience: I think Shake Shack is good, however the price and portion makes it difficult for me to really love this place. I'll give it more of a 3.5. I do love it when they give promos like bogo or deals that's when I'll make it out here. Food: Everything is solid. I think the burgers here are more simple like a smash burger. Portion Size: Leans more towards the smaller size. Service: Generally, everyone here is cool and nice. Ambiance: Plenty of seats and clean. Presentation: Food always looks and comes out good. Parking Situation: There is public parking available for the area and you can just walk over.

$1.45 extra for a scant amount of crispy onions .... lol
    Daryl L.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry... I ordered a double shack cheeseburger with no lettuce or tomato. I paid extra for the hot peppers and $1.45 for crispy onions. When the burger arrived, I opened it and was surprised to see maybe 4 little pieces of crispy onion .... I got that for $1.45? See the photo ..... would that be considered price gouging?

It's a shake shack. Had their SmokeShack burger for the first time. It comes with cheese, bacon, and chopped peppers. It came out quickly and tasted fresh with a soft bun.

Sprouts had it, once I actually started eating it, they discontinued it lol. I love that for the majority of flavors it's so much cleaner than other brands. I realized there was flavors I wanted to try, not in those stores. I texted cs (SUPER helpful btw) but they told me the stores had all the flavors. GCM can be a pain, and my friend sent me a story about that store, so I'm glad I ended up in studio city. I wrote her name but can't find it. I think it was Mirka. So sweet and helpful. She was patient while I tried some of the flavors I had curiosity around but had never seen in the stores. At the time the double strawberry sees collab flavor was new, tried it and liked it. The pbj needed strawberry jelly instead. There was other flavors I hadn't heard of. It was nice to be at the helm of the flavors lol. I did a sampler flight and got the strawberry sees one to go home. I will say, it's $13 in store, and a while back WF had a kick ass sale and I paid $4! But they didn't have all the flavors! So I suppose it's worth it lol. I came again w a friend. I wanted to do the corn and berries and try the berry crumble. I was so intrigued by corn and berries, but let me tell you, it's chillin w its cousins in my freezer! I should've taken a pic of my freezer at the height of the sale! I think I have 8 pints in my freezer. Don't judge me. Some of my faves: summer corn & blackberries, brown sugar w milk Bordeaux, banana cream w toffee ettes, sea salt cream & cookies and golden state vanilla. I love churros & sprinkle cake - only available here. Haven't brought them home yet but they were part of my flight. I find it interesting, of all the flavors they find strawberry oversaturated, so you can only buy it here or online. I'm not big on chocolate but even w the ss cream & cookies, they're house made cookies and SO good! Despite the name, I didn't realize chocolate w polar bear paws was a chocolate based ice cream, again lol don't judge me. Most chocolate ice creams I've had in the past are hard to get through. Let's just say that pint lasted 2 days once opened. I probably would buy it on a rare occasion but I was surprised with how smooth it is. I brought my friend with me the second time, she got the Bordeaux one after tasting. I tried to tell her it was available at WF, but that's not her usually store so she paid it. Again I'm struggling with the name of the guy that helped us. Kind and patient. Obviously I'll be back when something I'm intrigued by is only here or online. I'm extremely happy that they don't just deliver an epic product, but the service also lives up to it. It's a place I'll happily return.

Medium, nice, full scoop of ice cream that was just a bit smaller than my own head!:-) The ice cream tasted SO DELICIOUS, CREAMY, AND YUMMY! They also make ice cream right in front of you with whatever toppings that you desire. I chose my ice cream plain. The shop is small, clean, filled with a lot of happy customers. They had at least 5 employees working there and all eager to help you. I sampled 2 different ice creams until made my decision. Got it in a nice, big waffle cone. Chill ambiance, they also have their signature creations, make ice cream cakes, milk shakes, and fridge full of ready made goodies. Also, have few tables & chairs right outside of the creamery. I missed Cold Stone so much that I was happy to see one in the Burbank shopping center where AMC movie theatre is, along with other shops and restaurants. Most Cold Stones are out of business.:-((unfortunately. Thank you Laila, and staff. They also had one bathroom, clean.

Yum! I've been to a couple different wanderlust creamery locations and originally knew about them…read morelong ago because of the white rabbit candy flavor that made them popular. I can still say they still deliver on well-done, unique flavors that are inspired by other cultures. They have rotating seasonal new flavors to try every time I come back and the main staples that I always go back to. My faves are the mango sticky rice (legitimately somehow tastes just like the Thai dessert in a single spoonful), the ube malted crunch, and the pandan tres leche. I used to get a half and half but they don't have that anymore, so I get the tasting trio if I want to have multiple flavors in one sitting. Great size to share with someone else too. Love that they're open later till 11PM because I always want dessert after dinner. Never had a problem with service either and can always sample as many flavors as I want. Never change, wanderlust!

Wowow I've found one of my new all time favorite ice cream places! Wanderlust is full of amazing,…read moreunique flavors that are actually cohesive and not too bizarre (cough cough, another popular ice cream chain). The lady working was so kind and helpful! We came in with a large party, and she was the only one working. Instead of dreading our big group, she warmly greeted us, explained how things worked, and let us sample as many flavors as we liked. I split a trio sampler and we got the Taro Violet Marshmallow, Pandan Tres Leches, and the Sticky Rice Mango. The taro was my favorite flavor of the 3, but all were really good. I'm so bummed because there were even more flavors that I didn't think to try that my friends got and said were good! The three half scoops is a lot for one person - it's perfect to split with someone instead of getting the more expensive double scoop + you get to pick 3 flavors! Win win. Dreaming of the next time I'll get to go to Wanderlust... There's a small lot in the back of the store, otherwise paid street parking.
