The experience is amazing - the cashiers being super friendly and knowledgeable with the menu and they are always going above and beyond to ensure your experience and order was great. I had a great experience at your NYC locations (a worker at a Shake Shack once gave me free wine so you will always have a special place in my heart). You are what I remembered, always busy, yet pretty efficient ordering process. Small, yet juicy burgers. A bit overpriced for fast food, but not too bad for the occasional indulgence. I'm sure I'll see you soon. This location is pretty busy, I came here 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was packed. We definitely had to walk around in search for seating. Kids love this place. It does seem like people come in and out pretty fast so it wasn't too much of a hassle. Shake Shack is our new go-to place on the weekends when we need convenient and fast food. There was a line to get in when we got there, but it moved quickly and we found a place inside to sit down. The burgers here are as yummy as any other Shake Shack I've been to. The fries were just as ho-hum as other Shacks, too. They need to do some kind of seasoning on the fries. Sure, the prices are high here, but no higher than 5 Guys or Smash Burger or any of those places so I don't really understand the complaints. My only complaint is that it seemed very poorly designed. The area to get drinks and napkins is right next to the pick up area and there was just a swarm of people blocking the way. They shuffle you through a narrow hall right there to get everything and it's just claustrophobic. That being said, it's better than going downtown to the Shake Shack there! read more

Burgers are good but the service here is shit. They don't deserve your biz. Dine in is so slow. Ordering curbside is 45 minute old burger time and cold fries. Delivery, forget it. Order thru the Shake shack app and it will never come. They blow it off on Uber Eats. Cool, next time just order through UE and get your $ back immediately rather than waiting three days. I heard a lot of hype about Shake Shack. I had high hopes. Sadly, not only were my hopes misplaced, they were run over, killed and left by the side of the highway. Let's boil it down: To describe the food as salty would be to insult salt licks. I give them this, the food was hot. Unfortunately that's where the positive nature of the food ended. I read somewhere that they had the best fast food chicken sandwich. Um, not even close. In fact, whatever critic said this, surely was on the payroll of Shake Shake or simply doesn't know what good food is supposed to taste like. Sure, it has a nice crispiness to it, and the chicken was moist. But that's where it ends. If you are looking for flavor, you aren't going to find it. It is incredibly expensive. for two sandwiches, fries and two drinks was $25! The place had that nice smell of antiseptic that just added a pleasant aftertaste to the food. The fries had a metallic taste to them, reminiscent of when you first got braces as a kid and everything tasted metallic. I give credit to their marketing department, you really have learned how to polish a piece of crap and justify a high price. That takes talent and my hat is off to you. But you'll never get my money again. I'm actually mad I didn't go to Chick-Fil-A for lunch. We've been to the original in Brooklyn and had to try this when our NY friends came to visit! We ordered online, which was super easy. Picking but was a little disappointing as they didn't have any designated spots for pick up and the parking lot was very full. Surprisingly, the restaurant was not that busy, so it was easy to wait for our pick up time. Food was great. I tried the shroom with burger this time and it was delicious! The cheese was fried with the mushroom! If you are looking for a good burger and/or ice cream, this is great choice! read more

First time here and a huge disappointment. Food was bland and lacked flavor. You can't tell me that New Yorkers think this is a great burger? Fries cold hamburger was tiny. I like a lot of burger places and I was very excited to try this place out. My meal was $18 for a regular single burger, fries, drink and shake. The meat did seem like fresher meat, but had zero flavor. Other than the flavor of meat with no seasoning. It all looked good besides how small the burger was. $18 and I'm still hungry. Normally I'd rate an experience like this as one star, but being my first time here I will refrain from such a low rating. Shake Shack is a new place in town and I had really low hopes for it, as I am not a huge fan of hamburgers. The decor was fairly contemporary and it was very clean. I loved the outside portion of the restaurant because it was open and the weather was nice the day we went. I was very shocked with how much I liked the food. The menu has American food. When I got my hamburger I was impressed with the size for the price. The special sauce is great. I came just at the right time, because with the restaurant being so new, it got very busy. Ahhhh shake shack... I first fell in love with you in DC then I've had you in NYC. When I heard you were coming to CO, well my mind was blown and i got extremely hungry. This location does not disappoint! I do wish they had more options for kids that don't eat burgers... they recently added chicken nuggets they are a tiny bit spicy for my little person. My favorite burger place ever!! I was so happy when they were coming to Denver. As soon as it opened in Highlands Ranch I was there. Well, I went back when there was limited seating and my burger was not very hot, ...they usually are scalding. So I waited a long time and went back today. The place was busy...burger came out hit hot hot.. fries were hot and crispy. But. Whomever cooked this great burger was so heavy handed with the salt, I could hardly eat it. I don't really understand the hype surrounding Shake Shack. I've tried it twice now, just to be sure, and I won't be back. Although the service was super fast, the burgers are tiny, bland and way overpriced. Last time I visited (pre-Covid, February 2020) the restroom was out of service so we couldn't wash our hands before eating. I often like to pay several visits to a restaurant before forming an opinion. In this case I see Shake Shack as one of those restaurants where a slightly better product than average has propelled them into totally underserved fame. I visited Shake Shack on a busy Thursday evening. After having two different people cut me off and steal a parking spot despite having my signal light on, I finally made it into the Restaurant interior. Upon entering we find the usual small print menu behind the cashier. This predictably causes people to take forever to order and I had to wait about 10 minutes for a cashier to actually open up to place my order. After ordering we found the restaurant to be full with no available seats to sit at. We were given a queue puck and waited about 10 minutes for our order to be processed and delivered. Despite being freshly grilled we found our burgers to be lukewarm and the cheese fries to be a laughably small quantity despite the $5 price point. While the fries were OK I found them to be somewhat cold and underdone and definitely unworthy of the price point I paid for them. The burger was about the same size as a cheeseburger one pays about $1.50 for at McDonalds. Although the buns we're quite fresh the burger Patty wasn't especially tasty or life changing as the hype might suggest. In all the restaurant processes are totally broken and I'm sure this place is a profit machine for the ownership. On the whole the product offering is mediocre and there are many places in South Denver offering a better product at a better price. I'd avoid this at all costs. read more

Dangit. So much hype around this place and it failed miserably. I really wanted to like Shake Shack. Completely "meh" burger - fries are nothing special and the shake (I had the black and White) was about twice the price of say, a shake at Chick Fil A and half as tasty. We don't need anymore sit down burger joints out here. We have Crave, Five Guys and Bad Daddy's which are all pretty great. Give me an In-N-Out or a Whataburger - Goodtimes is 'good' but where are the other quality drive thru options?!. We have been to the one downtown and loved it! We tried this new location and the service was terrible! The food was good! No one except the girl taking our order was friendly! My son got a root beer float and went up to ask for a little more root beer and the girl gave it to him but the manager or supervisor was right behind her and was giving my young son a dirty look and he quickly saw me and gave a smirk and walked away quickly! We really enjoyed their burgers for a fast service joint. I liked that the single wasn't overwhelming in size so I could save room for the most important thing - ice cream. The fries were also hot and fresh. I got the cookies n cream shake which was the monthly special. It also happens to be my favorite so of course it was delicious. The only bad thing I can say is how full I was the rest of the night after indulging. They even have a patio with a ping pong table for some dinner time fun. However, went today for 2 burgers. Ordered ahead on the app and called when we arrived for curbside, they said be right out. 20 minutes later, still no food so we called again and said oh yeah it's sitting here will bring it out now. So we got cold burgers that had been sitting inside for 15-20 minutes. My husband went back and ordered again this time adding French fries. Got home and they didn't give us the damn French fries. Love at first bite....it's true!!!! Wow!!!! Our family had never eaten at a Shake Shack....and I must say we have been missing out on delicious food! We had shack burgers, cheese fries, chocolate, strawberry and vanilla shakes! Yes we all have different favorite flavors but agree that the shakes were just as amazing as the burgers and fries!! Juicy flavorful burgers, crispy done right french fries and thick rich handmade milkshakes! Omg!!!!! If I could be handing out more stars for this place I would! Just FYI..... before coming here we were all in and out burger fans! They are just two different worlds....both great in their own way!! Popped into this Shake Shack for a quick bite and had the worst experience that I've had at any Shake Shack location. It was my 2nd time at this location and will be my last. Waited over 20 minutes to receive my order that was only halfway complete. Had to go back to the counter twice to even get my whole order. The fries I had to go back twice for were cold. The last time I ate Shake Shack was in Dubai last year, and that's way back before they opened one location in Colorado. The burgers I got there were big-sized and I had hopes I could get the same experience here. I ordered two Smokeshacks, one Portebello and one pack of regular fries for my family. Well, the burgers are smaller than expected, but I'm not too disappointed to be honest, probably because I was hyping to eat Shake Shack again after more than a year. It tastes just great and it was enough to make my stomach full. We paid 25 bucks for all three and I have to agree with the other reviewers that they're kinda overpriced. I didn't give five stars because the young lady at the cashier miscalculated the change that I should be getting (I paid 40 bucks in the forms of two 20 bucks of cash and that's all the money that I had at that moment) and it took her a while to get this confusion sorted out, good thing her friend was there to assist her. read more
