Once we return back to the campus, My son completed his sandwich, and most fries, once I got to my tenders, the chicken was very hard, as if they were cooked twice, and became inedible, they were also cold. The biscuit was also cold and very harden, like almost crackers at the bottom. It was not much bread texture of a biscuit. I called several times, to report the subpar food. No one answer either time I contact them. I return back to the place after the ceremony, with 2 out of 3 of the tenders, and its was completely empty, inside and drive-thru. I visit the drive-thru window and gave details and about the order and inform that I indeed called, but no answer. and the Store Manager Bernice had a very nasty attitude. I got bad freaking food and Bernice had the nerve to have. NASTY AS attitude. Girlfriend are you serious. She was loud and pointing her finger saying that when I request a refund that I need to return ALL THE FOOD, while she was continuing to talk shit. I was so confused. Because I was all of respectful and paid my money for crap. Clown all you were going to do was trash it. BERNICE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL because fries and a biscuit was missing and did not go to the trash? Girl get a clue. The assist manager ( I believe) was very kind, and she apologized for her Store manager behavior, and provide the detail I was inquiring.

I took three sips of the shake because I really wanted to like it (I like Dr Pepper and I like ice cream) but I didn't want to torture myself so I threw it away. I got the Chubbie and Rodeo Clown sliders with a side of fries. Total came out to just over $11 after tax which is pretty reasonable for lunch. The Chubbie is their classic slider, patty with cheese and diced onions. The Rodeo Clown was a patty with cheese, bacon, and onion ring. These came with a side of their house Chubbie sauce for dipping. I did like the Rodeo Clown much more because of the add-ons for the same price as the Chubbie. Nonetheless, both sliders tasted good and with the side of fries, I was content. I will say that the real deal was a bit of a disappointment compared to the photos they have on their online menu. IRL, the sliders appeared smaller and flatter. The fries were standard straight cut fries served in a paper bag. I do wish that they would have at least put the fries in a cup or butcher paper inside the bag, because all the grease got soaked up in the paper bag and made for a bit of a mess. I hope that this place makes it, as the employee (owner?) working the counter when I came in seemed like a genuine guy who was happy to help. I'd love to try more of their sliders as well as the chicken tenders because I read that these are massive!

Personally, I waited to order (understandable), and waited far longer to pay with the line backup, however I did not wait at all for my food to arrive :) I went with my usual chicken tender combo. I personally love that their tenders are coated most similar to fish. Most importantly, the quality of the tenders are unmatched. My tenders were fresh, my fries were hot, and my ice cream cold. The only thing I would have appreciated is more candy in my Reese's mixer. I asked for double candy, double candy was noted on my receipt, but I did not receive double candy. In fact, I received only one lone Reese's chunk in today's mixer. The rest were the small chocolate slivers from the candy. Perhaps I visited too late in the evening and received the last of the mix-in? Slip ups happen and this location is closest to me personally. I'm sure I'll be back when the custard craving hits and I'm on this side of town.

The burger came with double patties but was dry relatively small in size. Their North Atlantic Cod was really good topped with a very tasty bun. Culver's fries 3/5 needed salt but the Cole Slaw 4/5 has a good flavor but was drowned in dressing. I would recommend Culver's but my future visits will be for menu items other the burger.
